The data delivery confirmation method of MIL-STD-188-220C, which is a tactical wireless mobile Ad-Hoc communication protocol, is that a source node requires the end-to-end ack from all destination nodes and the data-link ack from 1-hop neighboring destination nodes and relaying nodes, regardless of the hop distance from a source node to destination nodes. This method has the problem to degrade the whole communication network performance because of excessive data traffic due to the duplicate use of end-to-end ack and data-link ack, and the collision among end-to-end acks on the wireless network in the case of confirming a data delivery within an 1-hop distance. In order to solve this problem, this paper has proposed the method to perform the data delivery confirmation with the improvement of communication network performance through the data traffic reduction by achieving the reliable data delivery confirmation requiring the only data-link ack within an 1-hop distance. The effects of the proposed method are analyzed in the two aspects of the data delivery confirmation delay time and the data delivery confirmation success ratio.

Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses. Article 36 (Liability for warranty Repair Defects), Article 37 (About Repair Defect, etc), and its implementing ordinances, Article 36 (Term of warranty liability) Article 37 (Defect criteria), Article 38 (procedure of Repair defect), Article 39 (type of warranty liability), Enforcement Rule Article 17 (Certifiation of warranty liability). On the basis of the upper Decree, In spite of Standard and forms of 'Completion of Repair Defect' was exist, it was hard to receive 'End of Confirmation' in practice. The purpose of this study is to propose basics in order that Practitioners can apply problems and improvements about Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses.

This paper outlines the Taguchi optimization methodology, which is applied to optimize cutting parameters in end milling when machining STS304 with TiAlN coated SKH59 tool under up and down end milling conditions. The end milling parameters evaluated are depth of cut, spindle speed and feed rate. An orthogonal array, signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are employed to analyze the effect of these end milling parameters. The Taguchi design is an efficient and effective experimental method in which a response variable can be optimized, given various control and noise factors, using fewer resources than a factorial design. An orthogonal array of $L_9(33)$ was used. The most important input parameter for cutting force, however, is the feed rate, and depending on the cutter rotation direction. Finally, confirmation tests verified that the Taguchi design was successful in optimizing end milling parameters for cutting force.

End milling is an important and common machining operation because of its versatility and capability to produce various profiles and curved surfaces. This paper presents an experimental study of the cutting force variations in the end milling of SM25C with HSS(high speed steel) and carbide tool. This paper involves a study of the Taguchi design application to optimize cutting force in a end milling operation. The Taguchi design is an efficient and effective experimental method in which a response variable can be optimized, given various control and noise factors, using fewer resources than a factorial design. This study included feed rate, spindle speed and depth of cut as control factors, and the noise factors were different cutting tool in the same specification. An orthogonal array of $L_9(3^3)$ of ANOVA analyses were carried out to identify the significant factors affecting cutting force, and the optimal cutting combination was determined by seeking the best cutting force and signal-to-noise ratio. Finally, confirmation tests verified that the Taguchi design was successful in optimizing end milling parameters for cutting force.

This study analyzed the impact of expectations congruence, usefulness, ease of use, and interaction on the satisfaction of learners who participated in distance learning. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting students taking remote classes operated by universities after COVID-19. The survey was conducted online using learning management system notices and mobile notifications at the end of remote classes. The research results are as follows. First, expectation confirmation was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Second, usability was found to have no significant effect on satisfaction. Third, ease of use was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Fourth, interaction was found to have the greatest impact on satisfaction. This study analyzed the impact on satisfaction with university distance learning after COVID-19. Based on the research results, it is necessary to specify teaching strategies such as supporting a distance learning environment optimized for learners and strengthening interaction.

Within the group of congenital cardiac anomalies manifesting atrioventricular discordance, there exists a subset of hearts characterized by the additional presence of double outlet of the morphological right ventricle. Most of these hearts have associated pulmonary stenosis and abnormal direction of the cardiac apex, and all have a ventricular septal defect. Recently, a 10-year old boy underwent successful surgical correction of double outlet right ventricle with atrioventricular discordance. Diagnostic confirmation was made by 2-D echocardiography, cardiac catheterization and cineangiocardiography. The operation consisted of patch closure of ventricular septal defect so as to leave both great arteries draining the systemic[morphologically right] ventricle, and insertion of an extracardiac valved conduit between the morphological left ventricle and the distal end of the proximally oversewn pulmonary artery. Postoperative course was uneventful.

TAn E-Mail system is one of the most important services for enterprise and electronic commerce end users on the Internet. However, security for an E-Mail service is not satisfied yet, an E-Mail system with security service is definitely required especially in electronic commerce system. In this paper, an E-Mail system with confirmation of e-mail delivery is proposed, The certification of delivery of E-Mail message is not provided in conventional E-Mail systems. The proposed E-Mail system is composed of this certification of delivery and basic security services. The certification of delivery can prove sender's E-Mail message is securely sent to legitimate receivers. The system is designed and implemented by Java Cryptography API.

There are several goals or properties which authentication protocols may have; some of them are key freshness, far-end aliveness, key confirmation, etc. Most of them have extensively been discussed and studied so far in the literature. 'Responsibility' and 'credit', which were first raised by Abadi as additional goals, received quite an exceptional treatment; there were little response from researchers about these new goals. It is surprising to see that these two properties have slipped through any investigation, successfully achieving the positions as the goals for authentication protocols. In this paper, we investigate these two new properties and their relations to authentication protocols, and answers to the question: what brings us credit and responsibility.

본 연구는 고등학교 진학을 위한 입시라는 독특한 수학 교실 배경이 있는 중국 중학교 수학 교실에서 일어나는 교실 담화를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 수학 교실 담화를 시작 발화로서 교사 발문 통계와 교사 발문 유형별 에피소드를 분석하였고, 교실 담화 구조 분석으로는 특히 다섯 가지 IRF 하위 유형을 밝혀낼 수 있었다. 중국 귀주성 귀양시에 위치한 H학교에 재직 중인 세 명의 수학 교사가 녹화했던 수학 수업 총 15개의 녹취록과 교사 서면 인터뷰 내용을 중심으로 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 보면, 차시별로 평균 20개 교사 발문이 관찰되었고 교사 발문의 사회적 스케폴딩 역할이 있었으며, 교사 발문 유형은 확인형 발문(이해확인 발문, 설명요구 발문, 상세요구 발문, 재확인 발문)과 정보형 발문(정보제시 발문)으로 분류되었다. 그리고 교실 담화 분석에 따르면 IR형 담화 구조는 거의 관찰되지 않았으며, IRF형 담화 구조의 경우는 단편적인 평가, 평가 및 이유, 근거 설명, 평가 및 학생 반응 재진술, 다른 사고나 해법 안내, 그리고 학생 답 수정이나 교사 의견 제시로 구분되었다.

디지털 미디어 환경에서 정부기관의 커뮤니케이션은 빠르게 변화해 가고 전문성도 강화되고 있음에도, 이들 성과에 대해서는 부정적 시각이 여전히 남아있다. 명확한 근거에 따른 이성적 평가가 아닌, 선입견에 의한 비판은 오히려 공공커뮤니케이션의 발전을 저해할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 정부기관 공공 커뮤니케이션 성과 평가에 있어 확증편향이 존재하는지 파악하고 이에 대한 대안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여, 본 연구는 동시적 환경과 순차적 환경 비교를 위하여 일반인 1000명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 연구결과 민간 광고/PR 대비 공공 광고/PR의 성과가 부족하다는 평가에는 확증편향의 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 공공 커뮤니케이션에 대한 이성적 비판과 평가 방안을 제시하여, 공공 가치 공유와 확장을 위해 기여할 수 있으리라 기대한다.
