Recently, the Ministry of Education is striving to move education and school libraries toward the information age and to create an atmosphere open education. School libraries need to be furnished with lots of useful materials for the curriculum of open education. School libraries need to be furnished with lots of useful materials for the curriculum of open education. Therefore, school libraries should adopt the concepts and techniques of marketing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. Nonprofit organizations such as school libraries should adopt the concepts and techniques of marketing to solve the problems for the rational management of the system. 2. Marketing techniques can be adopted in the areas such as collection development, service fee, selection of the place of library, advertising, better library user organization etc. 3. School libraries should be total educational information centers to realize educational goal and the curricular. 4. Procedures for marketing strategies for school libraries are embodied in mission statement, environmental analysis, marketing audit, marketing mix, marketing segmentation, evaluation methods etc. 5. The 4 "Ps", product, price, place, promotion make up the marketing mix for school libraries.libraries.

When a director produces motion frame with angle of camera, a director has intention of framework about each frame of animation. Charactors who appear in scene are element that have embodied intended motion of writer most faithfully and their motion acts important role to understand relevant work. Characters of frame are elements. In "Princess Mononoke", We study the characteristic of analyzing the characters'motion through structure of psychological conflict in animation.animation.

The personal identification procedure through the fingerprints is divided as the classification process by the type of the fingerprints and the matching process to confirm oneself. Many existing researches for the classification and the matching of the fingerprint depend on the number of the minutiae of the fingerprints and the flow patterns by their direction information. In this paper, we focus on extracting the singular points by using the flow patterns of the direction information from identification. The extracted singular points are utilized as a standard point for the matching process by connecting with the extracted information from the singular point embodied. The orthogonal coordinates which is generated by the axises of the standard point can increase the accuracy of the fingerprints matching because of minimizing the effects on the location changes of the fingerprint images.

In recent years, the many electric saving methods are studied because of difficulty of meeting the demand. The electric energy management such as monitoring of branch power consumption, demand control, metering, power quality monitoring, electric safety monitoring can make energy saving. The purpose of this paper is to develop a system which can provide the integrated management of various functions required for energy management by consumers. In this system all functions which were embodied into each devices are integrated into intelligent meter. The developed systems are tested and implemented by installing at consumer electric distribution panel.

This paper presents proposal for an application (only for Windows-based Mobile) that can synchronize the Third Generation Windows-based mobile with the prescribed server. This application can be used by mobile users to send information directly to the WAS server wirelessly. In this paper a comparison between Third Generation technology and WLAN ( both are parallel technologies first one embodied by IMT-2000 standards and the second one by ITU Standards) has been made and also a comparison between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth has been made.

It is recently reported that the importance of environmental impact assessment(EIA) about groundwater outflow problems is beingy raised in the case of tunnel excavation during railroad construction. The EIA about groundwater outflow into railroad tunnel is generally performed using the results of numerical analysis embodied through groundwater flow modeling program like MODFLOW. The basic data for this modeling include (1) the geological and hydrogeological investigation data along the planned block of tunnel excavation, (2) total amount of outflowed groundwater during tunnel excavation, and (3) the status of groundwater level fluctuation in the water-supply wells distributed in the planned block of tunnel excavation. In this study, the authors analyzed the cases of the computational modeling about groundwater outflow in three planned blocks of railroad tunnel, and suggest the environmental impact factors and mitigation plan during EIA of tunnel excavation in railroad construction.

This paper examines a particular period in Japanese history. when clothing was systemically changed through government policy. It demonstrates the complex relationships between an Eastern nation and a Western clothing system. It also explores the complexity of roles which clothing plays in society, clothing which brands a nation as masculine, but which resists the discourses of modernity, which were found on native clothing. It demonstrates that native, Japanese clothing has always been developing to meet the needs of its wearers, according to technology, sumptuary laws and prevailing tastes, and therefore that fashion is not any more a product of Europe than it is of the East. It reveals the Japanese fashion system as a complex and multi-dimensional one, about surface design rather than change in shape, bur also being about inner and deep surfaces as well as outer surfaces for public presentation, and thus being a carrier for private as well as public discourses. This examination also demonstrates that whilst fashion may be intimately bound up with the forces of society and also politics, it is also a force which resists outside control, and develops because of the signification with which the embodied wearers endow it.

Long term earthquake observations at different tunnel sites within a variety of alluvial soil deposits have demonstrated that a circular tunnel is liable to deform in such a way that its two diagonal diameters crossing each other expand and contract alternately. Based on this knowledge, the soil-tunnel interaction and isolation effect for this particular vibration mode is investigated. Interaction effect is considered with the condition of fixed tangential strain between the tunnel and the soil. Isolation effect embodied by covering up the tunnel with isolation materials is discussed as a possible measure for mitigating seismic damage to it. When Poisson`s ratio of isolation material decreases or the shear modulus ratios of the soil to isolation material become large, the isolation effect becomes bigger.

We have fabricated white organic light emitting diodes. To obtain balanced white emission and improve the efficiency of devices, thin electron blocking layer (TEBL) was inserted between the emitting layers. We showed that the effective injection of electrons through the optimization of TEBL (a - NPD) embodied the balance of spectra and had a possibility of getting white emission. In a device with 0.3 nm a-NPD, it had a maximum power efficiency of 3.80 lm/w at 250 $cd/m^2$, a luminance of 1200 $cd/m^2$ at 100 $mA/cm^2$ , and the CIE coordinates were (0.353, 0.357).
