$SF_6$ 가스 방전 특성의 유한요소해석 (A finite Element Analysis on the discharge characteristics of $SF_6$ gas)

  • In this paper the corona discharge in SF$_{6}$ gas used as insulating material in lots o high voltage equipment, is simulated by finite element method with Flux-Corrected Transport(FCT) method. By application of proposed method the negative corona discharge characteristics in needle to plane electrode is analyzed with time step. For the accuracy of analysis the secondary electron emission by photon and ion are also considered as well as the accuracy of analysis the secondary electron emission by photon and ion are also considered as well as townsend first ionization and electron attachment. The calculated results show that the electric field intensity between anode and ion group is decreased as times go-by according to field distortion by those space charge. Accordingly the electron density is decreased strongly by the attatchment effect of SF6 gas so that the corona discharge becomes extinguished abruptly.y.

  • In this paper we investigated the partial discharge distribution using the K-means clustering according to the needle of tilt and void at the cross linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulators. As a result, the specimen with tilt $45^{\circ}$ has highest breakdown voltage and the specimen with air void has lower breakdown voltage than the specimen with on void. In K-menas clustering distribution of clusters concentrates at inception condition, but the distribution spreads widely at breakdown.

  • This paper deals with the arc discharge characteristics of kerosene oil as a basic study on electrical discharge machine. Using needle electrode the discharge voltage, discharge current, discharge energy and the shape of discharge crater are measured. In consequence, it becomes clear that the discharge crater(depth, height, diameter) is depending on the discharge energy. Rapid increase in depth, height and diameter of discharge crater was observed during initial discharge, where discharge energy is large. However, rather slow decrease of those values was found when discharge energy is low or N is more than 3. As the ratio of $I_p$$T_on$ increase, the shape of discharge crater gets near circle. The protuberances of the discharge crater were not formed by the melted needle electrode but by the that of work piece.

공기 중 대기압 분위기에서 Zn의 산화에 의해 생성된 Tetrapod와 Multipod 형태의 나노구조와 음극선 발광 특성 (Synthesis and Cathodoluminescence of Tetrapod and Multipod-shaped ZnO Nanostructures by Oxidation of Zn in Air Atmosphere)

  • ZnO nanostructures with tetrapod, needle and multipod shapes were synthesized without catalysts through a simple thermal oxidation of metallic Zn powder in alumina crucible under air atmosphere. X-ray diffraction data revealed that the ZnO nanostructures had wurtzite structure of hexagonal phase. Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectra showed that the ZnO was of high purity. After the oxidation of Zn powder, white colored product was mainly observed and yellow colored product was observed only a very little on the surface of the oxidized source materials. The white product consisted of tetrapods, while yellow product was composed of needles and multipods. Cathodoluminescece spectra showed that the crystalline quality of tetrapods was better that those of needles and multipods.

  • ZnO nanostructures were developed on a Si (100) substrate from powder mixture of ZnO and 5 mol% Pd (ZP-5) as reactants by ${\times}$ sccm oxygen pressures(x= 0, 10, 20, 40). DTA (differential thermal analysis) result shows the Pd(5 mol%)+ZnO mixtured powder(PZ-5) is easily evaporated than pure ZnO powder. The PZ-5 mixtured powder was characterized by DTA to determine the thermal decomposition which was found to be at $800^{\circ}C$, $1,100^{\circ}C$. Weight loss(%) and ICP (inductively coupled plasma) analysis reveal that Zn vaporization is decreased by increased oxygen pressures from the PZ-5 at $1,100^{\circ}C$ for 30 mins. Needle-like ZnO nanostructures array developed from 10 sccm oxygen pressure, was well aligned vertically on the Si substrate at $1,100^{\circ}C$ for 30 mins. The lengths of the Needle-like ZnO nanostructures is about 2 ${\mu}m$ with diameters of about 65 nm. The developed ZnO nanostructures exhibited growth direction along [001] with defect-free high crystallinity. It is considered that Zn vaporization is responsible for the growth of Needle-like ZnO nanostructures by controlling the oxygen pressures. The photoluminescence spectra of ZnO nanostructures exhibited stronger 376.7 nm NBE (near band-edge emission) peak and 529.3 nm DLE (deep level energy) peak.

가스절연 구조에서 단일 부분방전펄스 분석에 의한 결함 판별 (Identification of Defect Type by Analysis of a Single PD Pulse in Gas Insulated Structure)

  • This paper dealt with a defect identification algorithm which is based on single partial discharge (PD) pulse analysis in gas insulated structure. Four types of electrode systems such as a needle-plane, a plane-needle, a free particle and a crack inside spacer were fabricated to simulate defects in gas insulated switchgear (GIS). We measured single PD pulse by an oscilloscope with a sampling rate of 5 GS/s and a frequency bandwidth of 1 GHz. Data aquisition and signal processing were controlled by a LabVIEW program. Physical shapes of PD pulses were compared with kurtosis, skewness and time-based parameters as rising time, falling time and pulse-width. These parameters were analysed by an algorithm with a back propagation algorithm (BPA). By applying the algorithm, the identification rate was 97% for the needle-plane electrode, 96% for the plane-needle electrode, 91% for the free particle and 93% for the crack inside spacer. The results verified that the algorithm could identify the type of defects in GIS.

전뇌허혈 유발 후 침전극저주파자극 적용이 소뇌의 세포자멸사 억제에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Needle Electrode Electrical Stimulation Following Global Ischemia on the Suppression of Apoptosis in the Cerebellum)

  • 본 연구는 온목동맥의 일시적 폐색에 의해 유발된 전뇌허혈로 인해 발생한 SD 랫드 소뇌 부위의 세포자멸사에 대한 침전극저주파자극(Needle Electrode Electrical Stimulation : NEES) 적용의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 면역조직화학적검사법을 통하여 조직을 관찰하였다. 연구를 통하여 대조군과 전뇌허혈유발군, 침전극저주파자극시행군의 세포자멸사 관련 인자의 발현정도를 비교하여 분석한 결과 전뇌허혈 후 침전극저주파의 적용은 SD 랫드 소뇌 부위의 c-fos 발현 감소에 유의한 효과를 보였으며, bax, caspase-3의 발현 감소에는 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 보아 전뇌허혈 후 침전극저주파자극의 적용은 세포자멸사 관련 인자의 발현 억제에 일부분 효과성이 있는 것으로 사료된다.

다중 배열 니들 코팅을 이용한 LED 스크린용 Anti-Moiré 필터 제작 (Fabrication of Anti-Moiré Filter Using Multi-Array Needle Coating for LED Screens)

  • Using a multi-array needle module developed for coating of high-density cylindrical microlens array (C-MLA), we have fabricated an anti-Moiré filter for LED screens. The Moiré phenomenon appears due to the interference between the array pattern of image sensors in a camera and the non-emission area (grid pattern) of a LED screen. To suppress it, we have employed poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and coated it on a glass substrate in the form of a grid and non-grid (parallel lines). We have rotated the needle module in order to increase the number of C-MLAs. With this scheme, we have fabricated the 150 mm × 150 mm anti-Moiré filters where 836 microlens lines are formed. They show the average width of 255.4 ㎛, the average distance between CMLs of 94.6 ㎛, and C-MLA width non-uniformity of 4.7%. We have shown that the Moiré patterns still appear in the presence of the parallel (non-grid)-type filter, whereas they disappeared completely by the grid-type filter. It is due to the fact that the Moiré patterns are diffused more effectively by the grid-type C-MLA.

전극 형태와 전극 간 거리에 따른 전기적 특성 분석 (Electrical Characteristics Analysis According to Electrode Shape and Distance Between Electrodes)

  • In this paper, in order to analyze high electrical insulation and cooling performance using mineral oil, the liquid insulating oil was changed in electrode shape and distance between electrodes to compare and analyze electrical characteristics according to equal electric field, quasi-equivalent electric field, and unequal electric field. As a result, the breakdown voltages were 36,875 V and 36,875 V in the form of sphere-sphere and plate-plate electrodes with equal electric fields. The breakdown voltage was 31,475 V in the sphere-plate electrode type, which is a quasi-equilibrium field, and the breakdown voltage was 28,592 V, 27,050 V, and 22,750 V in the needle-needle, sphere-needle, and needle-plate electrode types, which are unequal fields. Through this, it is possible to know the difference in breakdown voltage according to the type of electric field. The more equal the field, the higher the breakdown voltage, and the more unequal field, the lower the breakdown voltage. The difference in insulation breakdown voltage could be seen depending on the type of electric field, the insulation breakdown voltage was higher for the more equal electric field, and the insulation breakdown voltage was lower for the more unequal electric field. Also, it was confirmed that the closer the distance between the electrodes, the higher the insulation breakdown voltage, the higher the insulation breakdown current, and the insulation breakdown voltage and the insulation breakdown current were proportional.

지능을 이용한 의료 진단시스템 (Medical Diagnosis System using Intelligence)

  • 한방치료는 양방치료에 비해서 많은 장점이 있지만, 과학적으로 효과가 입증되지 않는 문제점이 있다. 뿐만아니라 한양방 협진을 통해서 한방과 양방의 장점을 이용하여 새로운 의료 진료를 하려는 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 침은 한의사가 자침시간을 결정하기 때문에 객관적인 데이터가 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해서, 환자의 신체조건, 나이조건, 병세정도를 고려하여 최적의 자침시간을 산출 하도록 하였다 모의실험 결과 지능을 이용한 전자침이 기존의 방법보다 효율적인 것을 입증하였다.
