International electronic commerce is different with international commerce in the aspect using electronic media and non-face transaction so there are some problems as authentication, integrity and non-reputation. These problems of electronic document and signature are resolved from electronic certification system. To introduce and develop the electronic certification in the international electronic commerce, it needs to authorize and operate certification authority under the uniform regulation base. But, because the laws and guidelines that related to electronic certification system are different among the nations and international organizations, it needs to compare each nation's law or guideline. In conclusion, to resolve problems of certification and develop certification system in the international electronic commerce, we make uniform rule of international electronic certification and harmonize the technology of electronic certification.

Chaum's blind signature scheme is the typical withdrawal procedure of electronic cash. In blind signature scheme, a signer sign a document while he never knows the content of the signed document. Yung and Jakobsson presented new signature scheme with which the content of document can be unblinded if unusual activity is detected. This signature is referred to as the magic ink signature. In this paper, we analyze the magic ink signature, and present two new magic ink signature schemes using KCDSA and Schnorr signature algorithm. We propose two types of the efficient electonic cash system using these magic ink signature schemes. One is the electronic cash system with a single server magic init signature scheme, and the other is the electronic cash system with a distributed magic ink signature scheme.

최근 항만 물류 처리를 위한 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) 문서 처리가 급증하여 이의 처리 시스템 사용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 기존의 시스템은 EDI 문서를 스크립트 방식으로 처리하였으나, 스크립트 작성이 복잡하고, 문서 처리 효율이 낮아 사용량 증가에 따른 처리 수요를 따라가지 못하고 있다. 이에, 본 논문은 스크립트 방식을 바이너리 방식으로 바꾸어 처리하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 항만 물류에 사용되는 12종의 EDI 문서를 개발하였다. 이에 따라, 기존 방식에 비해 문서 처리 속도가 약 12배 정도 개선되어 항만 물류 EDI 문서 처리 시스템에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In spite of the convenience and cost-effectiveness of an electronic document management system the paper-type documents still should be stored for a comparison against the original documents. In this paper, for the efficient management of paper documents, we designed and implemented a document management system using smart devices equipped with NFC(Near Field Communication) technology. To implement the proposed system we designed a database for document management and developed an Android application for smart device using Eclipse 3.0 and Java programming. Whenever we touch the smart phone on the NFC tags which are attached to the paper-type documents and document boxes, it is possible to registering, searching and carrying in and out services for documents and boxes. This study provides smart phone users with systematic, economical and convenient paper-type documents management functions, and thus enhances the business efficiency.

Requirement of facilitating electronic trade transactions and efforts to platform on the electronic trade in major countries are link to the interest of Bill of Lading, the major transportation document, to be electronic, namely interest in Electronic Bill of Lading. Regardless of the benefits from replacing paper based Bill of Lading to the electronic form, which are eliminating of the Crisis of Bill of Lading and cost saving of international trade community, it has not been successful so far. Among the three functions of Bill of Lading, evidence of contracts and receipt of goods can be easily transferable to the electronic form. However the most important function, Document of Title, became the hardest work to replicate in electronic form. The purpose of this paper is to clarify what kind of conditions shall be prepared to ensure the transfer of right and negotiability of the Electronic Bill of Lading and propose to ensure the use of electronic bill of lading and its transfer of right and negotiability in the era of the electronic transactions.

공급망 상 수출입에 관련된 비즈니스 영역과 규모가 큰 대기업은 전자적 데이터 기반으로 업무를 처리하고 있으나, 중소 규모의 기관 또는 민간 부분의 업무는 아직도 종이 서류를 사용하는 비중이 높아 비효율적으로 업무가 진행되고 있다. 최근 기업 환경을 보면 점차 환경친화적이고 저비용의 물류 관리에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전자문서 또는 종이 서류를 전자적 형태로 변환하여 보관하고, 필요 시 시스템에 접속하여 해당 문서를 활용할 수 있도록 하는 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 정의한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델을 기반으로 한 공인전자문서보관소를 공급망 도메인에 적용한다면, 비즈니스 트랜잭션 상 교환된 전자문서나 개별적으로 보관하고 있는 종이서류를 전자적으로 변환하여 시스템에 저장할 수 있다. 이렇게 되면 개별 기관에서 보관해야 하는 번거로움이 줄어들고 또한 물리적 보관 장소도 필요가 없게 될 것이다. 즉 개별 기관 뿐 만 아니라 국가 전체적으로 비용적, 시간적 그리고 공간적 측면에서 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

There are increasing needs for an individual or enterprise to interchange documents electronically through communication network to enhance the efficiency of business, owing to rapid process of transactions. But e-commerce encounters the problems regarding the handling the electronic documents, that is to say, deposit and proof of the electronic documents. This paper deals with Authorized Electronic Data Depot as an integrated system for processing, relaying and proving documents that. Authorized Electronic Data Depot operates as e-enabler in exchanging documents in trust among administrative agencies and a comprehensive government directory, digital government seal certification system and DNS system. Authorized Electronic Data Depot leads public and private sectors to save the paper-related costs. But the regulations concerning an authorized electronic data depot is introduced in the course of revision of Electronic Transactions Act. The purpose of this paper is to suggest some guidelines in legalizing the authorized electronic data depot.

전자문서는 문서가 변경 및 수정되어도 이를 확인하기 어렵다는 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 문서의 진본성을 확인하는 것이 전자문서 이용에 중요한 역할을 한다. 이에 따라 다양한 전자문서 소프트웨어들은 전자문서의 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 전자서명 생성 및 검증 기능을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 소프트웨어들이 전자서명 생성 및 검증을 정상적으로 수행하는지에 대한 연구가 미비하여 이를 완전하게 신뢰하기 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Adobe PDF, MS Word, 한글의 전자서명 기능과 법무부의 전자공증서비스, 국세청의 연말정산 간소화 서비스에서 제공되는 전자서명 기능의 안전성에 대해 분석해보고 이를 기반으로 전자문서 소프트웨어 개발자가 전자서명 생성 및 검증 기능을 올바르게 구현하기 위해 고려해야 할 사항을 제시하고자 한다.

정보의 이용과 보존에 따른 시간적, 공간적 한계를 극복하기 위해서 컴퓨터와 네트워크 기술을 기반으로 하는 전자도서관에 대한 국가적인 관심과 지원이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 전자도서관의 궁극적 목적인 정보의 자유로운 유통과 관리를 위한 전자문헌형식과 이에 대한 표준화는 오늘날 중요한 논점으로서 부각되고 있다. 현재, 디지털 정보를 담을 수 있는 다양한 전자문헌개발을 위한 도구들이 있으며, 여러 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 그러나, 단지 특정한 전자문헌개발도구만이 전자도서관을 구축하기 위한 도구로서 기능적인 측면에서나 전자문헌의 제작에 있어서 절대적인 우위성을 갖고 있지는 못하다. 즉, 개개의 도구들은 전자문헌의 형식과 기능 및 정보량에 따른 검색의 효율성에 따라서 상대적인 장, 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 향후의 전자도서관에서 전자문헌이 갖추어야 할 기본조건들과 전자문헌의 개발을 위한 도구로서 사용되어질 대표적인 전자문헌개발도구인 SGML, HTML과 PDF에 의한 전자문헌의 제작 방법과 특징들을 살펴보고, 각각의 상대적인 장, 단점을 비교, 분석함으로써 미래의 전자도서관에서의 자료유형에 따라 적응될 수 있는 적절한 전자문헌개발도구를 제안하였다.

Where a paper document, a manual signature, or negotiability is required in statute, then solutions must be found through a change in the law. However, where the problem originates in commercial usage, then the solution can be easier, and speedy. Certainly, nearly all of the functions that paper document provides can be equally, or better, satisfied by electronic means. That is, Electronic Commerce(EC), which has been increasing rapidly and is a new type of transaction, may be hindered by legal obstacles to use of Electronic Message, or by uncertainty to its legal effect and validity. Therefore, it is important to sustain legal effect to Electronic Message for the prosperity of EC The one of solutions is to use reliable Electronic signature system by Certification Authority to verify the authenticity of Electronic Message.
