The development of various electronic media such as the Internet and smart phones, each kinds of media informations has been accompanied by the fact that various types of media information are provided from one media, and on the other hand, various dysfunctions including smart phone addiction are also caused by a very large social problem. Especially, one of the biggest dysfunctions is the social crime problem such as sex crime caused by increased sexual desire according to watch the phonography, and even if it is not a social crime, watching the phonography has influenced bad mental and physical on human body. In this paper, we try to analyze what kind of change occurs in the voice in order to investigate what kind of bad influence it has on the human body after watching the phonography. In other words, the voice in the human body is the place where the human body signal is most expressed with the face. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on the organs of the human body by comparing the change of voice before and after watching phonography. Experimental results showed that the stress hormone was increased by the inability to resolve sexual desire after watching the phonography, which resulted in an increase in the bandwidth of the 3rd formant frequency.

Recently, many papers have been proposed in order to improve the OFDM system performance in T-DMB DOCR (Digital On Channel Repeater), by using removing the feedback signal so that the transmitter power can be increased or by using the equalizer to remove ICI. Despite these efforts, however, signal quality at the receiving terminal has not been improved because of constellation smearing in T-DMB DOCR. In this paper, in order to suppress constellation smearing, we propose an effective equalizer algorithm that can improve system performance. We perform adaptive channel estimation and non-coherent decision directed noise cancellation method that can estimate the channel subsequently during data symbols period in the frequency domain. So we can obtain better quality of the signal at the receiving terminal. In order to secure QoS(Quality of Service) required in T-DMB handsets, we evaluate SNR and BER in T-DMB DOCR(Digital On Channel Repeater) and verified by simulation. In this simulation results, this system is satisfied the performance of BER=$10^{-5}$ at less than SNR=14 dB at the receiver after compensation of phase noise -18 dBc.
Induced from government policy to boost regional economic competitiveness, regional informatization forming e-community has been the subject included in the various regional informatization master plans in Korea. However, few cases are reported for its successful implementation mainly due to the lack of profitable business model to encourage investment. On the other hand, most efforts to build smart apartments, part of the home networking in a broad sense, has been pursued from the different directions. Telecommunication giant such as Korea Telecom tries to find new source of revenue exploiting enhanced broad band technology. Also, construction companies started constructing housing complexes equipped with built-in high speed network infrastructure as a means to differentiation to other competitors. The contents providing community portal has become mandatory in the sense of bearing the cost from customer side who are willing to adopt those services for new smart house. Our research motivation stems from exploring critical value aspects of realizing the profitability of this emerging new business model, that is, industry convergence model. In this paper, mainly from the survey results of the Korean smart apartment complexes, we reported recent home networking services development in Korea, and value propositions from the business model perspective. Merged business model components of telecommunications, construction, and internet contents are analyzed to provide the insights for future directions.
The purpose of this study is to examine the global value chain of the global automotive industry to investigate the success factors through the example of the value chain of Hyundai Motor. It looks at the value chain of the well-known Korean automaker, Hyundai Motor, to find success factors with cases. It examines the process to build the supply chain of Hyundai Motor to analyze what impact it has on the growth of Hyundai Motor to look closely at the vertical division of labor of vehicle parts manufacturers. A Compensation Algorithm for The Position of the User Hands based on the Moving Mean-Shift ($CAPUH_{MMS}$) in Human Robot Interface (HRI) System running the Kinect sensor is proposed in order to improve the performance of the gesture recognition is proposed in this paper. The average error improvement ratio of the trajectories ($AEIR_{TJ}$) in left-right movements of hands for the $CAPUH_{MMS}$ is compared with other compensation algorithms such as the Compensation Algorithm based on the Compensation Algorithm based on the Kalman Filter ($CA_{KF}$) and the Compensation Algorithm based on Least-Squares Method ($CA_{LSM}$) by the developed realtime performance simulator. As a result, the $AEIR_{TJ}$ in up-down movements of hands of the $CAPUH_{MMS}$ is measured as 19.35%, it is higher value compared with that of the $CA_{KF}$ and the $CA_{LSM}$ as 13.88% and 16.68%, respectively.
The trade balance for the information and communications technology (ICT) industries in 2014 have reached 863 hundred million dollars as the main export products such as smart phone and semi-conductor increase, since the ICT industries have played an important role in economic growth in Korea. Until now, the consistent supporting of government and investment of company have been doing with the growth of ICT industries, as a result, Korea marked as the first in the UN electronic government preparing index, and rank 12 in the network preparing index through the policy of national information and basic plan of inter-industry convergence. However, as the unstable international economic circumstances, ICT industries is faced with the stagnation, and then preemptive development of products and services for ICT convergence industries is needed to continually get definite ICT Korea image. In this paper, the ICT convergence industry is analyzed and forecasted. In specific, the international and domestic market for cloud, 3D convergence, and internet of things is diagnosed. The market for ICT convergence industries is predicted to be 3.6 trillion dollar in the world, and 110 trillion won in domestic. From the analytical results for technology and services development, the preemptive supporting of the technology development and policy for the internet of things and 3D convergence industries is required. In addition to, through the future forecasting by socio-tech matrix method, the policy supporting for the ICT convergence area of healthcare, fintech, artificial intelligence, body platform, and human security is needed.
Due to the development of mobile technologies, the carrier (telecommunications) billing service market is rapidly growing. carrier (telecommunications) billing service allows users to make on-line purchases through mobile-billing. Users find this particularly convenient because the payment acts as a credit transaction. Furthermore, the system is commonly believed to be secure through its use of SMS (Short Message Service) authentication and a real-time transaction history to confirm the transaction. Unfortunately, there is a growing number of fraudulent transactions threaten the future of this system. The more well documented types of security breaches involves hackers intercepting the authentication process. By contaminating the device with security breaching applications, hackers can secretly make transactions without notifying users until the end of month phone bill. This study sheds light on the importance of this societal threat and suggests solutions. In particular, "secure" systems need to be more proactive in addressing the methods hackers use to make fraudulent transactions. Our research partially covers specific methods to prevent fraudulent transactions on carrier billing service providers' systems. We discuss about the proposed improvements such as complement of electronic payment systems, active promotion for fraudulent transactions enhanced monitoring, fraud detection and introduce a new authentication service. This research supports a future of secure communications billing services, which is essential to expanding new markets.

This paper discusses 5G IOT, Augmented Reality, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Future Autonomous Driving Vehicle technology, and presents 5G utilization of Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games and Jeju Smart City model. The reason is that 5G is the main artery of the 4th industry.5G is the fourth industrial aorta because 5G is the core infrastructure of the fourth industrial revolution. In order for the AI, autonomous vehicle, VR / AR, and Internet (IoT) era to take off, data must be transmitted several times faster and more securely than before. For example, if you send a stop signal to LTE, which is a communication technology, to a remote autonomous vehicle, it takes a hundredth of a second. It seems to be fairly fast, but if you run at 100km / h, you can not guarantee safety because the car moves 30cm until it stops. 5G is more than 20 gigabits per second (Gbps), about 40 times faster than current LTE. Theoretically, the vehicle can be set up within 1 cm. 5G not only connects 1 million Internet (IoT) devices within a radius of 1 kilometer, but also has a speed delay of less than 0.001 sec. Steve Mollenkov, chief executive officer of Qualcomm, the world's largest maker of smartphones, said, "5G is a key element and innovative technology that will connect the future." With 5G commercialization, there will be an economic effect of 12 trillion dollars in 2035 and 22 million new jobs We can expect to see the effect of creation.

Widespread use of smart devices accompanies increase of use of access point (AP), which enables the connection to the wireless network. If the appropriate security is not served when a user tries to connect the wireless network through an AP, various security problems can arise due to the rogue APs. In this paper, we are going to examine the threat by evil-twin, which is a kind of rogue APs. Most of recent researches for detecting rogue APs utilize the measured time difference, such as round trip time (RTT), between the evil-twin and authorized APs. These methods, however, suffer from the low detection rate in the network congestion. Due to these reasons, in this paper, we suggest a new factor, packet inter-arrival time (PIAT), in order to detect evil-twins. By using both RTT and PIAT as the learning factors for the support vector machine (SVM), we determine the non-linear metric to classify evil-twins and authorized APs. As a result, we can detect evil-twins with the probability of up to 96.5% and at least 89.75% even when the network is congested.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the radiation-pattern characteristics above 1 GHz for the electromagnetic wave radiated from multi-slot such as ventilations, etc. on the enclosure of an EUT and so to make recommendations for suitable test methods. An experimental EUT was formed by putting a comb-generator at the center of a rectangular enclosure with 4 slots, and its radiation pattern was analyzed in the frequency range of 1~6 GHz. As analysis results, multi-lobe appears above 2 GHz and the number of multi-lobes is growing as the frequency increases. And real radiated-emission measurements were performed for the experimental EUT by scanning a receiving antenna in the height of 1~4 m and tilting toward maximum radiation, as well as setting the height of a receiving antenna to the central position of the EUT which is prescribed at the present standards. The measured results are +12.8 dB in the scanning and +16.4 in the scanning and tilting compared with the present standard test method. Therefore, the latter must be revised in order to consider the radiation pattern above 1 GHz.
