최근 수집되는 GPS 정보를 분석하여 개인화 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 연구가 다양한 방면으로 연구되고 있으며, 수집된 GPS데이터가 대용량화됨에 따라 다양한 서비스들이 출시되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 연구들은 사용자에게 맞춘 서비스 모델을 제시할 뿐 GPS정보를 시스템에 도입하여 지능화된 컴퓨팅 기술을 도출하는 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 지능화된 컴퓨팅 기술을 선도하기 위해 GPS 정보를 시스템에 도입하여 도로정보를 분석하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 수집된 차량의 GPS정보와 구간 이동 정보 판정 방식을 이용하여 지도를 분석하여 실제 사람이 수집하는 도로의 정보를 컴퓨터가 스스로 판단하게 하는 알고리즘이다. 실험결과 데이터를 활용하여 도로정보를 분석하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 분석된 데이터가 소규모 일 때는 낮은 신뢰성을 가지는 단점이 존재하였으나, 대규모 일 때는 높은 신뢰성을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Economical consumption of energy, longer life of lamps, higher lighting comfort and new aesthetic of illumination is subject of numerous research and development works. The halogen lamps are an example of positive solution some of above mentioned problems. The electronic transformers are more frequent used for their supply. In comparison with conventional transformers they have less weight, less volume and 60% less power tosses. Their advantages are particular visible, when the hybrid technique is applied. The paper presents the results of engineering research and development works carried out ill Private Institute of Electronic Engineering, in R. & D. Center for Hybrid Microelectronics and Resistors and in Technical School of Communications in Krakow, in the field of the design and exploitation tests of hybrid converters 220V AC /12V DC (electronic transformers) and electronic ballasts destined for the supply of halogen lamps 20W to 150W and fluorescent lamps respectively. To perform the converters, thick film technology and surface mount technology were used. For the protection of converter electronic circuit the thick film temperature sensor and transistors were applied. Moreover the paper presents the base application circuits of elaborated converters, their technical parameters and exploitation results. The development perspectives of hybrid domain of hybrid circuits are also discussed.

This paper proposes new suboptimum, yet very efficient demapping methods for Turbo coded noncoherent MFSK systems under AWGN and Rayleigh fading channels with channel state information. Simulation results show that the proposed methods achieve performance within 0.2 dB of the maximum-likelihood decoder and the previously proposed suboptimum demapping schemes with a fraction of the complexity.

In this paper, a novel codebook generation strategy is proposed. With the given codebooks, two codeword selection procedures are proposed and analyzed for generating the quantized multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channel state information (CSI). Furthermore, three different quantization and normalization strategies are analyzed. The simulation results suggest that the proposed 'quantized channel generation method 2' is the best strategy to reduce the quantization and normalization errors to generate the final quantized MIMO CSI.

A direct computation algorithm of two dimensional fast Fourier transform (2D-FFT) is considered here for implementation in mesh connected multiprocessor array of both a 2D-toroidal and a rectangular type. Results are derived for a hardware algorithm including data allocation and interprocessor communications. A performance comparison is carried out between the proposed direct 2D-FFT computation and the conventional one to show that a new algorithm gives higher speedup under a reasonable assumption on the speeds of operations.

An MPEG-2/4 AAC decoder on 16-bit fixed-point processor is presented in this paper. To meet audio quality criteria, despite small word length, special design methods for 16-bit foxed-point AAC decoder were devised. This paper presents particular algorithms for 16-bit AAC decoding. We have implemented an efficient AAC decoder using the proposed algorithms. Audio contents can be replayed in the decoder without quality degradation.

The protection of communication lines against harmful effects from electricity lines is very important with the rapid development of communications network. This paper is introduced the reference of noise voltage and the test methods of foreign countries. Further we will also present study measurement equipment for telecommunications noise voltage and circuit noise phenomenon.

In this paper, we propose a key agreement protocol using Sylvester Hadamard matrices. Users obtain their common key by using a matrix shared in advance. Matrix construction is very simple, and the computation is quite fast. The proposal will be useful for communication between two users, especially for those having low computing power.

A new power and bandwidth efficient modem technique-Correlative Encoded FSK (CEFSK) is proposed. CEFSK has a spectral efficiency comparable to Gaussian filtered FSK (GFSK), and it achieves 0.7db Eb/N0 improvement at bit error rate (BER) of 1 * 10 -4 over GFSK in an additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel and 3.0dB improvement in a Rayleigh fading channel
