대학교 건축물의 에너지소비 특성 및 변화 추이 분석:서울소재 A대학교의 에너지 소비 실태를 중심으로 (Analysis of Energy Consumption of Buildings in the University)

  • Increasing demand for comfortable indoor environment and air-conditioning demand is also increasing. Building energy consumption in university which is made up of many different kinds factor was researched. Central control air-conditioning systems are being replaced with individually controlled air-conditioning system. The amount of growth of electricity consumption is due to the increasing demand of EHP. Conversely, the demand for absorption chiller-heater is shrinking. Winter and in summer a lot of electricity and gas usage. On the other hand, showed less energy in spring and autumn. Increase the amount of electricity than the degree of decline in gas consumption was higher. Can be considered as transitional phenomena. Because EHP and the absorption chiller-heater are used at the same time in some of the buildings. To use energy efficiently is needed additional research about environmental impact, economic evaluation.

  • For the last half a century, Korea has been experienced rapid economic growth and industrialization development, however they cause serious problems that environment pollution and energy shortage are appeared, and the biggest problem that we are now confronted are required solutions through all over the world. Now, Korea's energy consumption is the 10th in the whole world. Among them, energy for buildings, about 25% in the whole Energy which spend in Korea, is very serious. Especially, the energy consumption of school buildings which have heating & cooling system according to improvements of educational environment are rapidly increasing. These features are explicit in the University, Because it has lots of colleges and facilities for lecture, experiment, and research. Especially, electric power consumption account for 75 percent of energy consumption in educational institutions. Accordingly, it is important to understand and analyze the pattern of electricity energy consumption which is used. This study attempts to appoint the place which is one of university and to investigate the characteristics of energy consumption like electricity, gas, oil.

국내 제조업종별 전력소비와 경제산출간 인과관계 분석 (A Study on the Causal Relationship Between Electricity Consumption and Output in Manufacturing Sectors of Korea)

  • 단위근검정, 공적분검정, 오차수정모형을 이용하여 2001년~2014년 기간 중 한국의 11개 제조업종별 분기별 전력소비량과 산출(GDP)간 인과관계를 분석하였다. 단위근 검정 결과 전업종에서 단위근이 존재하다는 귀무가설을 기각하지 못하여 불안정한 시계열들임을 확인 하였다. 공적분 검정에 있어서 식료품, 목재종이 인쇄, 전기전자, 정밀기기 등 4개 업종에서 공적분 관계가 존재함을 확인하였으며, 공적분 관계가 있는 4개 업종은 장기 인과관계가 있다는 의미이므로 오차수정모형(VECM)을 통해 장기 인과관계를 검정하고 나머지 7개 업종은 표준 그랜저 인과관계 검정을 통한 단기인과관계를 검정하였다. 오차수정 모형을 통한 인과관계 검정결과 전기전자는 보존가설을, 식료품은 성장가설을, 정밀기기는 장호의존 가설을 그리고 목재 종이 인쇄는 독립 가설을 지지하는 것으로 각각 나타났다. 표준 Granger 인과관계 검정결과 보존가설은 1차 금속 등 3개 업종이, 성장가설은 식료품, 섬유의복 업종이, 상호의존 가설은 석유화학, 전기전자 업종이, 독립가설은 목재 종이 인쇄, 비금속광물, 정밀기기, 운송장비에서 각각 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며 제조업 전체적으로 경제성장이 전력소비를 이끄는 보존가설을 지지하는 것을 확인하였다. 연구 결과가 제시하는 시사점은 요금 현실화, 효율향상 투자 등을 통한 전력수요관리정책이 에너지 생산성 향상과 기후변화 대응 측면에서 중요하나, 제조업종별 특성을 반영하여 부정적 영향을 최소화하고 신중한 추진도 고려해야 함을 시사하고 있다.

  • 스마트 그리드는 기존에 발전소에서 전력을 일방적으로 공급하는 단방향 전력망에 정보기술을 접목하여 전력 공급자와 소비자가 양방향으로 실시간 정보를 교환함으로써 에너지 효율을 최적화하는 방식이다. 스마트그리드의 전력 관리 시스템은 동적인 가격제도와 함께 소비자들에게 전력사용에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써, 수요의 반응을 유도하고, 전력 계통의 투자와 운영에 있어 효율을 향상시키는데 있다. 하지만, 최근 전력 관리 시스템들은 실시간 가격 등 가격 제도에 주로 초점을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가격 제도에 초점을 둔 기존 전력관리 시스템을 개선하여 전력 사용의 효율성에 초점을 둔 전력에너지 운영 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 전력 데이터는 배전반에 설치된 PMU(Phasor Measurement Units)를 통해 수집되며 데이터 마이닝 기법을 통한 분석 방법으로 효율성 높이고자 한다. 또한 전력 부족 및 과잉 공급 시 PMU와 양방향 통신을 통해 제어할 수 있도록 구현 및 실험하여 전력에너지 관리시스템의 효율성을 입증하였다.

스마트그리드 환경하의 가정용 AMI 자료를 위한 시계열 군집분석 연구 (Time series clustering for AMI data in household smart grid)

  • 스마트그리드 환경하에서 ICT 기술의 발달로 AMI 기기를 통해 가정의 실시간 전력사용량을 수집할 수 있게 됨에 따라 이러한 자료들을 활용하여 보다 더 정확한 가정용 전력사용량 예측을 할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 1시간 단위 가정용 전력사용량 자료를 바탕으로 ARIMA, TBATS, NNAR 모형을 사용하여 전력수요를 예측하는 모형을 연구하였는데, 기존과 달리 가구 전체 사용량을 한 번에 예측하는 것이 아닌 유사한 전력사용패턴을 나타내는 가구들을 군집하여 군집별로 예측 모형을 수립하고 각 모형별 예측치를 합산하여 예상 전력사용량을 산출하였다. 특히 전력사용량 자료는 전형적인 시계얼 자료로서 군집분석 방법으로 시계열에 적절한 방법을 선택하였으며 본 논문에서는 동적타임워핑(dynamic time warping)과 Periodogram 기반의 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 사용량이 유사한 가구들을 군집하여 전력사용량을 예측하는 것이 한 번에 예측하는 것보다 예측 성능이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났으며 예측 모형 중에서는 여름철의 경우 NNAR 모형이, 겨울철의 경우 TBATS 모형의 성능이 가장 좋았으며 군집분석 방법은 군집 간 패턴의 차이가 명확히 나타난 동적타임워핑 방법을 사용했을 때 예측 성능의 향상이 가장 많았다.

제조업 일별 전력 사용량을 활용한 일일전력경기지수(DEBI) 개발 (Development of a Daily Electricity Business Index by using the Electricity Daily Data of the Manufacturing Sector)

  • Electricity sales are directly measured from individual consumers, which could minimize the time gap between data collection and public announcement. Furthermore, industrial electricity sales are highly linked with production and output. Therefore, industrial electricity consumption can be used to track production and output in real time. By using the high-frequency data of industrial electricity sales, this study develops the daily electricity business index (DEBI) to capture the daily economic status. The steps used to formulate DEBI are as follows: (1)selection of the explanatory variables and period, (2) amendment of the seasonal adjustment to eliminate daily temperature and effective day effects, (3) estimation of the weighted value via variables by using PCA, (4) calculation of DEBI and commencement of validation tests. Our empirical analysis and the Hodrick-Prescott filter analysis show that DEBI is highly related to existing economic indices.

The Economics Evaluation of Grid-connected Photovoltaic Systems in Residential Houses

  • Purpose: To evaluate the economic performance of grid-connected photovoltaic system in residential house, household electricity bill policy of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) must be applied precisely, and market tendency and uncertainty of system also need to be considered. In this study, to evaluate the economic feasibility of PV system, we measured PV power generation and electricity consumption of six of Green home in Daejeon through web based remote monitoring system. Method: We applied Monte-Carlo simulation based on life cycle cost analysis, to reflect an uncertainty of main factor in economic feasibility evaluation of photovoltaic system. Result: First, with deterministic analysis, the difference of NPV of cumulative financial savings among households varied from -3,310 ~ 24,170 thousand won, portraying notably big range. Also the possibility of getting the same result was 50% when applying uncertainty. Second, the higher electricity consumption is, the more economic feasibility of photovoltaic system increases because KEPCO uses progressive taxation in household electricity bill policy. Third, The contribution to variance of electricity price increases in NPV varied from 98.5% to 99.9%. While the inflation rate and annual degradation contributed very little to none.

학교 건축물 전력소비의 기온감응도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sensitivity to Temperature of Electricity Consumption in School Buildings)

  • In case of school buildings, energy consumption has been noticeably on the increase, along with the changes in outdoor temperature triggered by the improvement in national economic development and educational environments. Research on the characteristics of energy consumption in school buildings influenced by the changes in outdoor temperature is considered very significant in social aspects in that it will be fundamental to the suggestion of the alternatives, such as saving energy consumption in construction buildings and control of emitting carbon dioxide. In this regard, this study examined sensitivity to temperature of power consumption in school buildings, based on the changes of outdoor temperature for the past five years in the target buildings of elementary, middle and high schools and the amount of energy consumption. From the results, it has been believed that this study was very significant in terms of figuring out a quantitative, optimum level of energy consumption, maintenance of pleasant environments and functions, and the necessity of effective energy use and management in school buildings.

도심 임대아파트의 에너지 및 상수 소비 특성에 관한 연구 (An Analysis on the Characteristics of Energy and Water Consumption in Urban Rental Apartment)

  • It has been a serious problem to consume the energy of apartment while increasing to use of heating & cooling System because of residence environmental upgrades. Great attention has been shown to the problem of the rental apartment, so there are few reports of energy consumption about the rental apartment in korea. To solve the lack of housing, our country has supplied an enormous volume of apartments, and these days it occupies 75% of our buildings. As apartments occupy most of our housings, the rate of energy usage from them are also high. On this, setting apartment energy reduction as a target, by researching the actual conditions of energy consumption and drawing a basis data, we can apply this as a way of saving energy, rationalization of the scale of energy supply facilities and a standard when planning facilities. To grasp the present condition of energy usage of the urban rental apartment, this research analysed the use of electricity, gas and water monthly and annually of a rental apartment that is located in Daegu. The results showed that in 2003 the electricity usage was 1,198MWh but 1,315MWh in 2007, which means 9% of electricity usage increases every year. The average of water usage was $85,072\;m^2$ per year and typical energy consumption unit was $604.2\;MJ/m^2$ on $74.4\;m^2$ of area and $448.8\;MJ/m^2$ on $105.8\;M^2$. By showing the usage of energy and water of the urban rental apartment, understanding the tendency and preparing an typical energy consumption unit standard through this research, apartments should use energy more efficiently.

On the other hand, showed less energy in spring and autumn. Increase the amount of electricity than the degree of decline in gas consumption was higher. Can be considered as transitional phenomena. Because electric heat pump, gas driven heat pump and the absorption chiller-heater are used at the same time in some of the buildings.
