In this paper, we propose a settlement method using e-settlement in the network. and we suggest a security method for efficiency of e-money. Also, we propose a reform plan of e-settlement system.

As the Korea Railroad (KR) was privatized at the beginning of 2005, the Korean Railway Standards (KRS), which was managed previously by KR, have been managed by the Korean Ministry of Construction and Transportation. According to Railway Safety Law and ordinances, which are for the guarantee of safety in railway applications, the management of KRS including enactment and revision of technical standards for railway vehicle and components, was committed to Korea Railroad Research Institute. In this investigation, the detailed management plan and contents are introduced for the effective management of KRS.

This study is focused to find the ways to improve the effective BIM introduction plan on school building construction by Delphi Technique. For this, the questionnaire is made by in-depth interviews of 10 BIM specialists, the survey of other 30 experts was carried out. The results of 30 experts Delphi survey are as followed. (1) The haptic effect of BIM introduction is very rare as lack of awareness and information on BIM. (2) Problems are arising from deficiency of training and experience on BIM. (3) Practical utilizations of BIM are very useful. (4) Barriers of the spread of BIM are high cost and insufficient environments. (5) The development potential of BIM is high. In order to activate the BIM market, the introduction of an accurate evaluation criteria and rational cost calculation standard are needed.

Value Engineering(VE) process is going to make a series of improvements for the effective construction project management or optimal proposal to improve quality, performance improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. For making the quality model based on better than the architecture that is required in the VE, such a project promoting creative plan, functionality and constructability reflecting the materials and improved construction methods and building life cycle for reviewing the smooth progress of the construction projects may be necessary for management techniques. This study is to establish a management plan in the educational facilities construction process through education institution's recent orders completed by VE case study.

In this study, the effective technology readiness assessment (TRA) method for system development project is suggested. We analyze the domestic and foreign TRA practice and derive the new idea to resolve the problems found from the analysis. Domestic and foreign organizations develop and use checklist for the precise TRA, but the checklist has some problems in type of questions and analysis of assessment. TRA method using the original TRL definition or the checklist should be selected depending on the project characteristic. Questions of the checklist should be classified into critical or non-critical according to their importance. Finally, Test and evaluation master plan (TEMP) in system engineering process can provide an obvious criteria to assess technology readiness level (TRL) of critical technology elements (CTE) composing the system.

This study is about the Type classification of architectural assets in Seosungro (one of the 4 Roads of Rampart in Junggu, Daegu), the main stronghold of Urban Regeneration projects according to the recent Urban Regeneration law. The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data about Operation management method of Original Downtown modern buildings and valuable hanok, and Conservational Regeneration of Architectural property of Urban Environmental Improvement and Architectural assets. By researching, analysing the feature and classifying the type of the buildings in Seosungro, The type classified Conservation plan can be suggested. The Types of the Architectural assets will be the basic data of the application plan of modern buildings which is for the urban regeneration, and this can predict the quantity and the demand of the building for effective urban regeneration, and also can be an effective Urban regeneration policy data.

Recent demands of market forces are causing considerable attention to be forced on logistics functions and revitalizing interest in outsourcing them. The need to efficiently and economically adjust support to meet market demands is growing significantly. Logistics is playing a role it has never played before. In light of this, outsourcing to third parties has become a strategic issue demanding greater attention in corporate boardrooms. From the perspective of TPL users, this paper focuses on how best to make a strategic plan for the effective utilization of TPL. And the results are as follows : First, after deciding their logistics outsourcing, the companies have to set up the aim of TPL through development of logistical strategies. Second, the companies must decide service provider that fits to their business environment and conditions. Third, they have to conclude a contract with logistics service provider. Fourth, after doing the preparatory implementation they carry into effect the original implementation. Fifth, they use the result of original implementation to fix a partnership.

This treatise suggests the effective method for the dental laboratory technology teaching plan. It will present concrete practical steps for and audio-visual dental laboratory technology education approach. It will also help students to understand the dental laboratory theory and practice learned in the class and make use of it greatly in the field work. As follows: 1. Instructor should teach interestingly basic dental laboratory technology theory with illustrations and figures on the teaching method. 2. In practical traing class, instructor should teach every step, using audio-visual materials such as slides and video tapes/Instructor and his assist and should show an example to the students. 3. Instructor should make a standard and train the studtnes repeatedly until they come up to it. 4. Students should be skilled in every case through field work during their spare time and vacation. 5. Instructor should also teach job moral and manner to the students so that they can be adapted themselves to the social activities and be successful dental laboratory technician after graduation.
