신경망 학습의 일반화 성능향상을 위한 인자들의 결합효과 (The Joint Effect of factors on Generalization Performance of Neural Network Learning Procedure)

  • 본 연구에서는 신경망 학습의 일반화 성능과 학습속도를 개선시키기 위한 인자들의 결합 효과를 살펴본다. 신경망 학습에서 중요한 평가 척도로서 여기서 고려하는 인자들에는 초기 가중값의 범위와 학습률 그리고 계수조정 등이 있다. 특히 초기 가중값과 학습률을 고정시킨 후 새롭게 조정된 계수들을 단계적으로 변화시키는 새로운 인자 결합방법을 이용한다. 이를 통하여 신경망 학습량과 학습속도를 비교해 보고, 계수조정을 통한 개선된 학습 영향을 살펴본다. 그리고 비선형의 단순한 예제를 이용한 실증분석을 통하여 신경망 모형의 일반화 성능과 학습 속도 개선을 위한 각 인자들의 개별 효과와 결합 효과를 살펴보고 그 개선 방안을 논의한다.

The Mediating Effect of Brand Awareness on the Relationship between Online Shopping Mall Quality Factors and Consumer Satisfaction

  • Purpose: The development of e-commerce in the marketplace is becoming a big trend, but there is a handful of research about the unique characteristics of e-commerce. Online distribution has several differences from offline, such as consumer approach, payment, and product assortment. In addition to the relationship between quality factors and e-commerce satisfaction, this study research how brand awareness affects consumer satisfaction and which quality factor affects brand awareness. Research design, data, and methodology: This study conducted a survey on 457 customers using top online shopping malls. As for the analysis method, multiple regression analysis to verify the mediating effect. Results: All quality factors and brand awareness affect consumer satisfaction. Among the quality factors, only price, payment, and delivery had an effect among the four factors. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of brand awareness in the relationship between online shopping mall quality factors and consumer satisfaction, price, payment, and delivery showed mediating effects. Conclusion: Online shopping mall satisfaction affects the satisfaction of brand awareness consumers perceive aside from consumers' direct experience. The result showed that price, payment, and delivery were significant in the relationship of quality factor and brand awareness of an online shopping malls.

중도입국 청소년의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 보호요인과 위험요인 분석: 보호요인의 조절효과 (Analysis of Protective Factors and Risk Factors Affecting School Adjustment of Immigrant Youths: Moderating Effect of Protective Factors)

  • 본 연구는 중도입국 청소년의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는데 있어 위험요인에 대한 보호요인의 조절효과가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 전국다문화가족실태조사 대상 중 만 9~24세 청소년 자녀 6,079명 데이터에 가중치를 적용한 69,720명을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 중도입국 청소년의 위험요인인 차별경험, 학교폭력, 우울은 학교적응에 모두 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 보호요인인 부모관계, 자아존중감, 한국어 능력, 국적취득은 학교적응에 모두 정적인 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 중도입국 청소년의 학교적응에 있어 3개의 위험요인 가운데 우울을 조절하는 보호요인 중에는 자아존중감과 국적취득 변인, 학교폭력을 조절하는 보호요인은 부모관계, 자아존중감, 한국어 능력, 국적취득 변인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 중도입국 청소년에 대한 우울감소, 학력폭력 대처, 다양한 역량강화 프로그램 개발과 지원을 주요 사회복지적 실천방안으로 제시하였다.

PROBABILISTIC LANDSLIDE SUSCEPTIBILITY AND FACTOR EFFECT ANALYSIS

  • The susceptibility of landslides and the effect of landslide-related factors at Penang in Malaysia using the Geographic Information System (GIS) and remote sensing data have been evaluated. Landslide locations were identified in the study area from interpretation of aerial photographs and from field surveys. Topographical and geological data and satellite images were collected, processed, and constructed into a spatial database using GIS and image processing. The factors chosen that influence landslide occurrence were: topographic slope, topographic aspect, topographic curvature and distance from drainage, all from the topographic database; lithology and distance from lineament, taken from the geologic database; land use from Landsat TM (Thermatic Mapper) satellite images; and the vegetation index value from SPOT HRV (High Resolution Visible) satellite images. Landslide hazardous areas were analysed and mapped using the landslide-occurrence factors employing the probability-frequency ratio method. To assess the effect of these factors, each factor was excluded from the analysis, and its effect verified using the landslide location data. As a result, land 'cover had relatively positive effects, and lithology had relatively negative effects on the landslide susceptibility maps in the study area. In addition, the landslide susceptibility maps using the all factors showed the relatively good results.

The Factors Affecting on Elderly' Life Satisfaction in the Residential Environments

  • This research is designed to identify factors that affect life satisfaction of the Korean elderly by studying residential environments and individual personalities as independent variables, and life satisfaction of the elderly as a dependent variable. It also includes emotional and instrumental support to describe relations between variables as mediating variables. It utilizes a questionnaire survey as its research method and studies those aged 65 and over living in urban, suburban and rural areas. In addition, regression and path analysis is used to identify casual links between different variables. The results are as follows: (1) Direct factors that impact emotional support are home ownership (direct effect= -.18) and transportation services (.15). That is, those who own their home and have easy access to public transpiration show increased levels of emotional support. (2) Direct factors that affect instrumental support are economic status (direct effect= .311) and living arrangement (.17). In other words, those who are financially stable and live with their children have more instrumental support. (3) Factors linked directly to life satisfaction of the elderly are their age (direct effect= -.10), health status (.19), economic status (.25), region of living (.22) and housing type (.19). (4) Among the mediating variables, emotional support has direct effect (.45) while instrumental support has indirect effect (.16).

6시그마 성공요인이 직무만족과 품질성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Success Factors of Six Sigma on Job Satisfaction and Quality Performance)

  • This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought), job satisfaction, and quality performance. In particular, mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and quality performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. A survey was conducted on the employees working in 'H' company which is applying six sigma at Ulsan City. The survey questionnaires were sent to 300 people and 216 of them were returned. Data obtained was analyzed with SPSS 18.0. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and job satisfaction. Second, there was also a positive relationship between job satisfaction and quality performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and quality performance. Finally, job satisfaction were full mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward) and quality performance. Critical success factors of six sigma(customer and quality focused thought) had a partial mediating effect on quality performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on quality performance.

  • Purpose - This study examines the effects of purchasing factors of consumers based on customer satisfaction and repurchasing intention buying through Internet shopping malls. The subject of this study are Chinese residents who have lived over a year in Korea.     Customer satisfaction factors of internet shopping malls have meaningful effect to customer repurchase intention. Measurements developed 4~5 items to each factor and questionnaires were made. The survey was conducted on 1,000 Chinese people. Out of 292 surveys, 9 were excluded which responded nothing or were unfilled. Finally 283 surveys were used in empirical analysis with SPSS 22.0 statistical program. Hypotheses were verified by structural equation modeling. Results - The following conclusions are shown in the empirical study. First, the service and promotion factors of internet shopping mall have effects on customer satisfaction. Second, customer (Chinese people who live in Korea) satisfaction have effects on repurchase intention. Third, the products value and price level of internet shopping mall have strong effects on repurchasing intention. Conclusions - There are suggestions that Chinese customers satisfied with Korean internet shopping malls might increase their royalty to the shopping malls as possibility of repurchase arises. This study has differentiating points with preceding researches that subjected residents in Korea. But there are limitations that this study also used purchasing factors used in preceding studies. Also this study has limitations, such as generalization in global market circumstances because this study subjected only Chinese people and not global customers. Therefore, further study executed complementary with those limitations would be an interesting study.

제조업 남자 근로자의 심혈관질환 위험요인에 대한 모형 구축 (A Structural Model Development on the Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors among Male Manufacturing Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and test a structural model on cardiovascular disease risk factors among male manufacturing workers. Methods: Data were collected through questionnaires and health exams from 201 workers in a local electronic company during September 2004. Data analysis was done with SAS 9.1 for descriptive statistics and PC-LISREL 8.54 for covariance structural analysis Results: The overall fit of the hypothetical model to the data was moderate, it was modified by deleting five paths. The modified model had a better fit to the data($x^2=504.23$(p<001, df: 180), $x^2/df=2.80$, GFI=.95, RMR=.07, NFI=.90, PGFI=.64). Health behaviors and psychosocial distress were found to have significant direct effects on the cardiovascular disease risk factors. Self-concept had direct effect on psychosocial distress or health behaviors. Self-concept, work environment, and work condition had direct effect on social support. Work environment had indirect effect on psychosocial distress. Social support had indirect effect on health behaviors. But work environment and work condition were found to have little direct effect on health behaviors, psychosocial distress or cardiovascular disease risk factors. Conclusion: A cardiovascular health promotion program should therefore include psycho-social factors as well as health behavioral determinants in worksites.

어업피해발생요인이 어가에 미친 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Fisheries Damage Factors on Fisheries Price)

  • Conventional studies concerning about economic evaluation of fisheries damages caused by public undertakings have focused on showing the causality between marin environmental variation and fisheries production. But almost all of them have ignored the effect of fisheries damages factors on fisheries price. The study tries to suggest a model how to examine the existence and measurement of the effect of fisheries damage factors on fisheries price using statistical approach, in other words, the estimation of the statistical coincidence between two different population means. The paper tries to give a good application of the model using the case of fisheries damages caused by oil leakage pollution which happened three years ago in the coast of Taean province.

심장수술 후 지속적 통증의 관련 요인: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 (Factors Related to Persistent Postoperative Pain after Cardiac Surgery: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aimed at identifying factors related to persistent postoperative pain after cardiac surgery and estimating their effect sizes. Methods: The literature search and selection was conducted in four different databases (CINAHL, Cochrane Library, PubMed, and PQDT) using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Statement. A total of 14 studies met the inclusion criteria and were systematically reviewed. For the meta-analysis, R was used to analyze 30 effect sizes of for both individual and operative factors as well as publication biases from a total of nine studies. Results: The meta-analysis revealed that persistent postoperative pain after cardiac surgery was related to one individual factor (gender) and two operative factors (acute postoperative pain and use of the internal mammary artery). Operative factors (OR=5.26) had a larger effect size than individual factors (OR=1.53). Conclusion: Female gender, acute pain after surgery, and use of the internal mammary artery are related factors to persistent postoperative pain. The development of interventions focusing on modifiable related factors, such as acute postoperative pain, may help to minimize or prevent PPP after cardiac surgery.
