  • Globalization, development of the information society, intensification of migration processes, and internationalization of education in recent years have significantly affected the international labour market and increased competition between professionals in various fields. Academic, research and teaching staff are currently facing rapid changes and growing demand for quality educational services. Under such conditions, educational institutions around the world pay particular attention to improving the quality of the educational process in order for their graduates to be able to compete in the international labour market. The study of the experience of teachers' professional training in advanced countries opens new opportunities for improving the system of pedagogical training in Ukraine in order to adapt it to the requirements of the European educational space. The progressive achievements of countries demonstrating a high level of teachers' professional training in accordance with international standards, having rich historical educational traditions are of considerable scientific interest; consequently, this contributes to their leadership in science and education at the regional and global levels. The purpose of the present academic paper lies in analysing the latest trends in exploring teaching experience in the European countries and performance review of passing by students and teachers of the program on studying of pedagogical practice and experience of teaching in the countries of Europe. Methodology. Analytical and empirical (questionnaire) methods were used in the research process. Results. According to the obtained results of the research, the advantages, the most common areas of educational programs and the wishes of the participants regarding the practical implementation of the experience were identified.

  • In this paper, we propose a novel model and authoring method of digital contents which improves the educational effects in the area of cyber educations through Web. Especially we offer a new model of contents authoring for engineering departs using JAVA technology and concept-based branch strategy, making unit-contents separated in accordance with their characteristics and then accessing them at arbitrary instant in the replaying time. In proportion to the proposed model and strategy, the resultant contents might show advanced adaptabilities and interactions for users and the educational effects are really improved. Combining and realizing the proposed conceptual branch method and JAVA applet library with the conventional page-branch or subject-blanch we expect to get a novel basic scenario of engineering cyber contents and the scenario might improve the authoring and educational effects of the contents by applying its good interactive properties and realistic operations.

  • This study examines how teaching metacognitive strategies to students in a sixth-grade mathematics class affects their metacognitive awareness. Participants were 36 sixth-grade students in a middle school affiliated with the Ministry of National Education of Turkey in the 2020-2021 academic year. The students in the experimental group (n = 18) were taught a total of 40 mathematics lessons for eight weeks to improve their metacognitive awareness. The students in the control group (n=18) were taught mathematics in line with the regular mathematics curriculum. Using the Jr. Metacognitive Awareness Inventory, participants in both groups took a pre-test at the beginning and a post-test at the end of the study. To better interpret the data obtained, various statistical tests were performed. The pre-test and post-test averages of the groups were compared using the t-test for the normally distributed data for dependent and independent groups. The pre-test results showed no significant difference between the metacognitive awareness scores of the experimental and control groups (p>0.05). The comparison of post-test averages showed that students' metacognitive awareness differed significantly in favor of the experimental group (p<0.05). According to this, it was concluded that metacognitive strategy teaching in mathematics courses positively affected students' metacognitive awareness levels.

  • The Purpose of this study is to find out the renewal methods of Dae-jun railway station areas, focusing on the domestic/foreign case studies of the railway station areas and the possibility of the Industry-University-Institute collaboration in this area. As a result, this study shows that the revitalization for the impact area around rail transit station in the aspect of urban spatial structure, mixed land use, type of facilities and exchanging transit system of mass traffic etc, as well as such non-physical aspects as Industry-University-Institute collaboration and administrative planning. It does so by strengthening ties between hardware and software studies of urban planning and University Facilities planning. Finally this study suggested the strategy for the renewal of impact area around the rail transit stations.

  • This study analyzes the realities of computer curriculum to accommodate computer study as an elementary and secondary educational course of study, and reviews its value and character as a course of computer subject matter, and the strategy for organizing educational courses, reflecting those value and character, etc. First of all, the study raises some questions on the excessively instrumentaI and study-oriented approach of the computer educational curricula at this point of time, as well as summarizing and analyzing viewpoints from the related societies and experts on the character and distinctive feature of the computer study. And this study verifies that the character of computer study is pretty similar to the empirical meaning curriculum from the viewpoint of an educational scholar. Based on the foregoing, a strategy is needed to expand the extrinsic value of computer study as an elementary and secondary school educational curriculum, clarify the knowledge structure internally and to organize a computer subject curriculum which is closely related to daily life of students.

  • The current research aims to reveal the impact of using some participatory e-learning strategies (participatory product - classroom web simulation) in developing cognitive achievement, electronic course design skills, and - skills list - Torrance test of innovative thinking). The tools of innovative thinking among a sample of Information Science students. To achieve the objectives of current research, the researcher designed an educational website to train students to produce electronic courses via the web, according to the two participatory e-learning strategies. The researcher used a set of tools represented in (achievement test research and experimental treatment were applied to a sample of the Faculty of Computer students at Umm Al-Qura University. The results found that both participatory product strategy and web simulation have an imact on developing learning aspects discussed in the research. As for which of the two strategies had a greater impact than the other, it turned out that the web simulation strategy had a greater impact than the participatory product strategy in developing these aspects.

  • With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the uses of e-Learning have also increased the effectiveness of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-leaner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on self regulated learning strategy. The former consists of LMS, learning contents and interaction that are provided by e-Learning and the latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. We will show the validity of the model empirically. As result, most of the hypotheses except for H6 suggested in this model were accepted.

  • This study investigates the efficacy and coping strategies of Home Economics teachers in secondary schools. Data were collected from 75 Home Economics teachers via a mailed survey and from 282 Home Economics teachers via an online survey. Descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation; in addition, the ANOVA, t-test, multiple linear regression, and correlation results were reported using SPSS statistics 17.0. The results were as follows: First, the average Home Economics teachers efficacy level was 3.82 out of 5-point Likert scale. The efficacy level of learning assistance was the highest. The composite efficacy of Home Economics teachers showed a significant difference depending on the major. Second, the averages of the positive and negative coping strategy level of Home Economics teachers were 3.54 and 2.03, respectively. Third, the efficacy of instructional strategy out of the five components of efficacy was the most influential to the positive coping strategy. There was no significant relationship between teacher efficacy and the negative strategy.

  • This endeavor is an attempt to explore the effect of flipped classroom strategy (FCS) on (a) academic achievement in the computer and information technology course and (b) students' attitudes towards this strategy. The sample of the study consisted of 64 students, divided into two groups: experimental and control groups. Two instruments were used to collect the data: a test and a questionnaire. The test was used to measure the students' achievement and the questionnaire to measure their attitudes towards the FCS. The results show statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in support of the experimental group at all Bloom's levels. Similarly, students' positive attitude towards the FCS was evident. Therefore, expanding this strategy in different courses is highly recommended because it positively impacts students' achievements. Organizing workshops and designing courses that encourage teachers to implement the strategy in the classroom and develop their technical skills are also recommended.
