We have developed three evaluation checklists of educational softwares for users such as, learners, teachers and parents, not for the software develops or designers. This study has especially focused on CD-ROM titles and softwares on the internet. The followings were selected as the essential attributes that the educational softwares of high quality should possess : ease of use, technical support and interest of learning for learners, educational value and smartness for teachers, packaging integrity, investment value and childproof for parents. The evaluation checklists were developed on the basis of evaluation criteria which were concretion of the essential attributes. The validity of the evaluation checklists was supported by a theoretical study for the development of ckecklists and the actual development process. The interrater reliability and the retest reliability were confirmed by statistical methods. Thus, the developed checklists can be a useful tool to evaluate educational softwares. This study will contribute to improvement of the software quality and help users in selecting educational softwares.

Purpose: This research is to find a solution for educational work on high blood pressure control in public health centers by analyzing their current status. Method: It analyzed data from 133 public health centers that had been doing educational work on high blood pressure, through a questionnaire. Also, it developed recommendations by converging opinions from an expert group made of 25 people with nominal group technique. Result: The educational methods of public health centers did not make any approach to get to the goal of the work. The mass media education and campaign activities for the general public had just temporary and passive propensities. In education for patients, it did not use appropriate methods to present management techniques for diagnosis process of patients, medication management, self monitoring BP, and risk factors. Pocket book for monitoring high blood pressure was not focused on self-recording for self-management. The expert group recommended that educational materials for adults should be developed focusing on treatments and observance of risk factors through daily living, and those for children should be focused on basic understanding about diseases, and life style. Conclusion: Presenting direction and strategy of fundamental education work is needed for public health centers by giving them standard educational guidelines of managing high blood pressure nationally, and it is desirable that fundamental frameworks of educational materials should be developed and distributed by professional groups nationally.

The article discusses theoretical and methodological issues of modern pedagogical technologies: the essence, structure, functions, principles, conditions for successful functioning in educational process of the university. The article reflects the results of the analysis of publications on the following grounds: 1) levels of presentation of scientific information (theoretical, theoretical and experimental, empirical); 2) signs and properties of educational technologies; 3) approaches to the choice of grounds for classifications of educational technologies; 4) the possibilities of educational technologies in the formation of the academic, communicative and professional competence of a specialist; 5) criteria for assessing the effectiveness of their application in university educational practice; 6) the readiness of university teachers to develop and implement educational technologies.

Purpose: This study explores the impact of digital transformation (DT) strategies on gaining a competitive advantage in interactive educational services. Methods: We develop a service value proposition model by analyzing educational service elements to confirm the impact of DT in the classroom through case studies. This study focuses on educational services that DT has a positive impact on organizational competitiveness by providing opportunities for customers to engage in operational processes. This case study summarizes competitiveness using SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis. Results: The findings of the case study indicate that DT-enabled competitive factors contribute to an organization's competitive advantage. The study results present key resource as social cloud services, data combination, content sharing, and products/services. The online application that collects user data about education and shares class and evaluation information creates a new class operational process in the field of educational service for a value proposition of collection-merging-sharing with social cloud function. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as a good guideline for educational service providers interested in applying DT for improved customer satisfaction and educational organizations' competitiveness. In addition, the study findings provide theoretical and practical implications on SWOT approaches to changing the educational service provision ways through digital transformation.

This study is aimed to identify environmental management expert's competencies, to analyze educational need, and to improve curriculum of Global Environmental Management major of 'Seoul National University'. Environmental experts are divided into three groups through 'the right people' of the Global Environmental Management major: environmental management businessman, environmental management policy maker, environmental management international cooperator. This study selected three high-performers of each categories through recommendation and made them build a competency model for what the high-performer's behavioral characteristics is. And the educational needs analysis was carried out by practitioners in environmental management field. This study ordered the priority of educational needed competencies by method of Borich's proposal. The high priority of competencies that should be educated preferentially are as follows: responding to environmental policy, analyzing domestic & foreign environmental policy and design international environmental cooperation project. To be secure the consistency with the field need and university curriculum, it is needed to find various interventions in environmental management education and to improve curricula focused on specific competencies.

Recently junior colleges in Korea have been working to meet changes in industrial and educational surroundings by establishing new departments, integrating and abolishing existing ones, or adjusting departmental quotas. These endeavors need to be based on analysis of industrial policies, both national and international, and of the industrial trend of the region in which the particular college is located. They also need to take into consideration change in educational policies and the direction of the college's specialization. This study aims to provide some foundation materials for these endeavors. As a result, it has considered changes in industrial and educational surroundings and analyzed the whole spectrum of departments existing at Korean junior colleges, with a focus on business-related ones. To summarize, each college offers departments, having taken into consideration its regional, industrial, and educational environments. The result of this study may be utilized by colleges when they establish new departments, integrate and abolish existing ones, and adjust departmental quotas.

The purpose of this study was (1) to assess the level of financial management and financial goal attainment on housing purchase and children's educational expenditure, (2) to identify individual, family and environment variables which influence financial goal attainment, and (3) to investigate causal relation of variables which affect financial goal attainment. Data were collected from questionnaire with 772 married women who were residents of Jeonju. The major finding were as follows; (1) The levels of financial management and financial goal attainment on housing purchase and children's educational expenditure were middle. (2) The variables which exerted direct effects on financial goal attainment on housing purchase were time orientation of consumption life, asset, income stability, easiness in extending credit, financial planning, and financial implementing. the most powerful predictor of financial goal attainment on housing purchase was asset. (30 The variables which exerted direct effects on financial goal attainment on children's educational expenditure were time orientation of consumption life, asset, children's presence on the camp8us, easiness I extending credit, financial planning, and financial implementing. The most powerful predictor of financial goal attainment on children's educational expenditure was financial planning.

According to the educational statistics and information data, there were 11,317 elementary school, middle school and high school facility as of 2011. During the post decade, 1,256 schools are increased. The school facility maintenance is the important factor for the whole facility life cycle because it determines the useful life of a facility. Current school facility maintenance practices tend to ad-hok kery, namely, repairment is made after a problem is discovered. The purpose of this study is to propose the new maintenance works and management system to improve the process of maintenance. In addition, the authors suggested school facility improvement plan based upon the questionnaire survey of related management officials.

The purpose of this study was to propose the basic models of the housewives' educational program for the healthy families support center. For this purpose the role & function of the healthy families support center and the cases about the housewives' educational program of related institutions were analysed. Based on of this materials this study proposed 2 types of program model : 1. the balance of individual-family-society parts oriented model, and 2. the healthy families CEO oriented model. And the strategies for the more effective management of each model were suggested.
