이 논문은 국가 및 국제수준에서 이루어지고 있는 컨소시엄사업에 대해 개괄적으로 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 선진국에서는 컨소시엄사업이 점차 증가하고 있는 반면, 인도와 같은 개발도상국에서는 상황이 좋지 않은 편이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 시각에서 인도 타밀 나두 주의 공학교육기관들의 컨소시엄에 대한 인식을 살펴보고자 하였다. 컨소시엄에 대한 인식과 컨소시엄 가입에 대한 태도를 측정하기 위해 이 지역 공학교육기관들에 대한 실태조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과를 바탕으로 이 지역 공학교육기관을 위한 모형 컨소시엄을 제안하였다.

This study conducted a survey on 163 parents in Korea to investigate their interest in plants, experience in growing plants, and perception on horticultural activity programs (HAP) for their children. Most children (80.4%) of the respondents had experience participating in HAPs, and most of their experience occurred during school hours in preschool educational institutions more than once a month (60.3%). The more interest in plants and experience in growing plants the parents had, the more experience the preschoolers had in participating in HAPs, which implies that the experience of the parents with plants affected their children's participation in HAPs. Parents' most preferred location of HAPs was preschool educational institutions, and most preferred time was school hours with a frequency of more than once a week (57.1%), which is more frequent than the current status of HAPs in preschool educational institutions. Parents also responded that the most preferred instructors of HAP has are those with a professional background in horticulture. Among the activities in HAP for preschoolers, parents most preferred cooking (M = 4.05) activity, and they did not dislike any of the activities. They responded that the facilities for HAP needed to be improved to make HAP more active in preschool educational institutions. Overall, based on the current results, developing suitable HAPs and facilities for preschoolers, fostering professional HAP instructors, and educating parents about horticulture would enhance HAPs in preschool educational institutions, thus providing preschoolers with many benefits of HAPs.

본 연구에서는 유아교육기관에서의 유아영재 대상 차별화 교육 실태와 지원 요구를 조사하였다. 설문조사는 서울과 경기, 인천 지역의 유치원과 어린이집 및 기타(영어유치원 및 놀이학교) 유아교육기관에서 근무하는 교사 및 원장을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 최종 수집된 설문지는 총 309부였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 유치원, 어린이집, 기타기관 등의 유아교육기관에는 유아영재 대상의 차별화 교육을 위한 인프라가 충분히 구축되어 있지 않았다. 특히 유아영재를 위한 '차별화 교육 경험'이 세 기관 모두 보통보다 낮은 수준이었다. 둘째, 유아교육기관에서의 유아영재 대상 차별화 교육에 대한 교사의 요구도는 세 기관 모두 필요수준에 비해 현재 수준이 현저히 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 정규 유아교육기관에서 유아영재 대상으로 교육적 요구와 발달특성에 부합하는 차별화 교육 방향 모색에 필요한 기초자료를 제공한다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

This paper argues for modern technologies in the educational process. It specifically outlines issues germane to virtual and augmented reality. It begins with an account on virtual reality and augmented reality, and touches on their characteristics, the advantages, obstacles and applications. It also discusses some relevant studies that emphasized the role of virtual and augmented reality in education, the difference between two terms. The paper ends with a note of vision on how to activate them in educational institutions.

교육기관이 보유한 개인정보 파일의 상당수는 개인의 학사정보, 건강정보 등 민감한 정보를 포함한다. 따라서 교육기관의 개인정보유출 사건이 발생할 경우 그 피해가 클 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 피해를 막기 위해 교육부는 2012년부터 교육기관의 (개인)정보보호 담당자를 대상으로 보안인식제고 및 보안기술능력 향상을 목표로 하는 정보보호 교육센터를 설립하여 운영하는 등 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 여전히 공공기관에서 발생한 개인정보유출 사건의 상당수는 교육기관에서 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호 교육센터의 교육과정이 교육대상의 교육수요에 적합하게 운영되고 있는지 확인하기 위해 다음과 같이 진행하였다. 대학의 정보보호 관련 전공 커리큘럼을 조사하여 정보보호 분야의 지식 및 기술 11개를 도출하였고, 정보보호 교육센터의 교육대상인 교육기관의 (개인)정보보호 담당자를 대상으로 정보보호 분야의 지식 및 기술 11개에 대한 교육수요를 조사하였다. 또한, 정보보호 교육센터의 교육과정을 조사하였으며, 이를 교육대상의 교육수요와 비교해보았다.

The article analyzes and studies that pedagogical design of the educational process using information and communication technologies in educational institutions of higher education based on the development of a model and methodology personalization of training will improve the quality of the educational process at the university and solve the identified contradiction. A qualitative analysis of foreign countries in the possibility of using information and communication technologies in educational institutions of higher education is carried out.

Purpose: As a research on the effects of the characteristics of franchise educational institution and contents on the educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention, this study aimed to suggest the basic data that could be used for the performance of educational training of franchise headquarters, and also to suggest an empirical research helpful for the development of actual educational system and the operation of curriculum for franchise educational institutions. Research design, data, and methodology: This study selected the trainees who recently completed the training in a franchise educational institution as the samples. The survey was conducted for 20 days from October 1st to October 20th 2018, targeting total 230 people, and total 207 questionnaires were collected (Missing value 23). To verify the validity of the measurement tool used for this study, this study reviewed the factor loading of each factor by conducting the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and then verified the average variance extracted(AVE) and the composite construct reliability(CCR). Lastly, the structural equation model(SEM) was verified based on the research hypotheses and research model. The SPSS Win Ver. 20.0 & AMOS 20.0 were used for every analysis of this study. Results: The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the reputation and interaction of the characteristics of franchise educational institution had significantly positive(+) effects on the educational transition. Second, all the sub - variables of educational contents such as job relevance, education method, and instructors' professionalism had positive(+) effects on the educational transition while the educational transition had positive effects on the organizational commitment, career commitment, and job commitment. Lastly, the organizational commitment and job commitment had positive(+) effects on the recommendation intention. Thus, the trainees with higher organizational commitment and job commitment in a franchise educational institution, showed higher intention to recommend the educational institution to others. Conclusions: The results of this study imply that the franchise educational institutions could increase the actual performance of education such as educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention by increasing interactions within educational institutions and also designing effective educational contents, so that the trainees could highly perceive the educational transition of education.

This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions

이 연구는 교육기관 내 갑질 행태를 분석함으로써 민주성과 평등의 가치가 존중받는 교육 풍토를 조성하고 보다 나은 교육과 평등한 사회를 조성하고자 교육기관의 갑질의 유형 중 권한남용 행태를 통합연구방법을 활용해 분석하였다. 먼저 문헌 연구를 통해 갑질의 개념과 원인을 분석한 후 질적 연구를 통해 권한남용 유형에 따른 교육기관 구성원들의 사례를 탐색해 시사점을 도출하였다. 그 결과 교육기관 내 권한남용 사례는 협의 없는 업무추가와 업무전가, 지위를 이용한 강압적 지시, 법령과 지침을 위반한 지시, 관행, 개인 편의를 위한 사적 지시, 특정기관 또는 특정인 혜택을 위한 지시, 인격·권리·사생활 침해로 나타났다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 권한남용에 대한 합의된 기준 마련, 권한남용에 대한 갈등과 불만을 중재할 제도적 장치 마련, 기관 내 최고의 결기구 의무설치 법제화, 모든 정보의 적극적이고 투명한 공개, 감성행정으로 전환 등을 제시하였다. 교육기관 내 갑질 행태를 분석하고 이를 줄이기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것은 조직 구성원 간 상호 존중과 소통의 문화를 조성해 교육의 민주성과 평등성을 이끌 수 있는 초석이 될 것이다. 이 연구를 시작으로 후속 연구들이 진행되고 교육기관 내 갑질이 줄어들어 더 나은 교육환경이 조성되길 기대한다.

기록관 도서관 박물관은 각자가 다루는 자원은 다르지만 서비스 부문에서는 여러 공통점을 지니고 있다. 특히 교육 분야에서는 다양한 자료와 관점을 아우르는 통합적인 서비스가 필요하기 때문에 향후 각 문화유산기관들은 효율적인 교육서비스를 제공하기 위해 서로 협력할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 협력의 필요성을 제고하고, 국외와 국내에서 문화유산기관이 협력하여 서비스를 제공한 사례를 분석했다. 특히 각 기관에서 이루어지는 교육서비스의 현황을 분석함으로써 그 공통점과 특화된 영역을 제시하여 향후 교육서비스 모형을 개발할 때 참고할 수 있도록 설명하고자 했다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 국내에서 문화유산기관의 협력을 활성화시키기 위한 방안을 제시하고, ADDIE모형을 적용한 개발 프로세스를 통해 교육서비스 모형을 제시했다.
