교육환경이 주거용 오피스텔의 가격에 미치는 영향 : 서울 전월세거래를 바탕으로 (Effects of the Educational Environment on Studio Apartment Prices : Focusing on Deposit and Monthly Rental Rates in Seoul)

  • 2010년 이후 분양되는 오피스텔은 관련법령 개정에 따라서 주거공간으로 활용이 되며 교육환경 면에서 소비자들이 선호하는 지역의 주택에 대한 대체재로 역할을 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 주택의 가격형성 요인 중 하나인 교육환경이 주거공간으로 할용이 되는 오피스텔의 전월세 가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 2015, 2016년에 거래된 서울시 소재 오피스텔을 분석대상으로 하고 오피스텔에서 가장 가까운 중 고등학교의 전국단위 학업성취도 평가와 특목 자율고 진학률을 주요 독립변수로 가지는 분석모형을 헤도닉가격모형과 인공신경망기법을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교육환경 관련 변수의 값이 증가할수록 전월세 가격에 정의 영향을, 학교와의 거리는 멀어질수록 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다른 독립변수 또한 주택 관련 연구와 유사한 결과를 보였다. 이 연구는 오피스텔이 업무용보다는 주거용 부동산 성격으로 변하고 있으며, 이를 주택가격에 내재된 특성 중 하나인 교육환경을 통해 분석하였다는데 의의를 가진다.

농촌지역 초·중등 교육시설에 대한 마을단위 접근성 평가 (Evaluation of Accessibility to Elementary and Secondary Educational Facilities on Village Level in Rural Areas)

  • Although the educational facility are an important considerations on a social equity standpoint, educational environment in rural areas has been continuously deteriorated by numerous social problems such as decreasing birth rate and increasing of local school closing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accessibility of educational environment in rural areas on village level. First, we evaluate physical accessibility based on legally defined commuting distance. Second, the implication of village population of potential accessibility is analyzed. Lastly, the facility centrality index of each village is estimated for assessing the relations of educational accessibility. The main results of this study are as follows; (1) The accessibility of most villages in Pyeongchang-gun is vulnerable that 81.10% for elementary school, 73.17% for middle school, and 82.32% for high school, respectively; (2) The average commuting distance per student considering estimated number of students for each educational facilities indicated 2.75km for elementary school, 4.37km for middle school, and 5.79km for high school; (3) the facility centrality index is highly correlated to educational facilities but not to village population.

교육용 AVR 로봇의 자바기반 플랫폼 (Java based Platform for Educational Robots on AVR)

  • C 언어는 AVR사의 ATmega128을 기반으로 하는 교육용 로봇 팔의 주 프로그래밍 언어다. C 언어는 교육용 로봇 팔을 제어하고 프로그램 학습하기 원하는 중학교 또는 고등학생들에게는 매우 어렵고 복잡하였다. 더구나, 통합개발환경, 디버딩 및 테스팅 환경도 제공하지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 교육용 로봇을 위한 자바 기반의 통합 개발 플랫폼을 제안하였다. 이 플랫폼은 교육용 로봇 팔을 위한 최신의 초소형 자바 가상 머신(NanoVM), 이클립스 플러그인을 사용한 통합개발환경, 실제 로봇을 연결하지 않아도 테스트 및 디버깅을 할 수 있는 3차원 시뮬레이터를 포함하고 있다. 이러한 자바 개발환경은 어린 학생들이 매우 용이한 교육용 로봇 팔 학습환경을 제공하게 되었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of physical environments change on children. Specifically, this study investigated the effects of a newly designed elementary school environment to implement open education on elementary school students. The changed environment was improved in various aspects including architectural type, the number of space types, layout, shape of the building, and color planning. This study showed evidence of interaction between aspects of the physical environment and the actual behaviors of children. The impacts of change in physical environment, more specifically, on children was confirmed by the study. Therefore, this study can be used as a basis to insist why physical educational environment needs improvement, to insist importance of physical educational environment and to justify importance of physical environment in educational setting.

미래 중등학교의 건축 계획원칙 및 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning Principles and Directions of the Secondary School for the Future)

  • This study is on the architectural planning of the secondary school for the future. It focuses on principles and directions of the architectural planning. There are two motivations on the change of education paradigm. The one is that educational philosophy changes and the other is that the knowledge based society has come. Now these affection factors put the education paradigm to be changed. These educational paradigm need to be analyzed from constructivism and educational informationage. Lastly, architectural principles and directions were analogized from educational directions. Architectural principles(6 elements) and directions(15 elements) have been proposed in this study. The conclusion of this study, architectural planning of educational facilities must be with those criteria for more characteristic schools and organic schools.

독일의 학교수용계획 사례연구 - 포츠담시의 학교개발계획에 나타난 학생수용계획, 교육환경계획, 시설투자계획을 중심으로 - (A case study on the School Accommodation plan in Germany - Student accommodation, Educational environment and its Facility Investment shown in Potsdam -)

  • Analysis of the case of the German school acceptance plan was to help complement the limitations of the nation's student accommodation plan will be judged. Therefore, the present study in order to determine what the content covered in the plan of the German student acceptance of Potsdam, Germany, which contains information from the Potsdam school development plan (Schulentwicklungsplan) were analyzed. A scheme suggested in this study was based on the analysis of survey to elementary school in Potsdam and actually surveyed data on educational environment, the result can be summed up as follows; Korea's plan to accommodate students and school development plan (Schulentwicklungsplan) is called, as shown in the case of this study in Potsdam(Germany) student acceptance of the educational environment plans, as well as accommodate students like us, school facility planning and school facilities dealing with the financial investment plan. In addition, the plan as a long-term plan that will ensure the predictability of long-term school facilities to finance investment plans. This study, there are limits to Potsdam, Germany, to analyze the characteristics of Germany's student accommodation plan to represent the characteristics of the students of other cities in Germany and an acceptance plan.

  • 본 연구는 학생들의 교육 및 생활 전반에 중요한 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 교육환경 개선 관련 지표를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 문헌분석을 통해 선행연구와 차별화된 본 연구의 구체적인 방향과 교육환경 개선 개념을 설정하였으며, 교육환경 개선 지표 설정 방향 및 교육환경 개선 분야와 요소를 설정하였다. 이를 토대로 2차에 걸친 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 연면적 적정성, 일반교실 적정성, 다목적강당 적정성 등 양적 측면의 지표 43개, 내진성능 확보유무, 소방시설 노후도, 화장실 노후도, 마감재 노후도 등 질적 측면의 지표 34개, 에너지사용량, 사용자 만족도 등 운영 측면의 지표 11개 등 총 88개의 교육환경개선 지표를 최종 설정하였다.

  • Korean government implemented the Build-Transfer-Lease (BTL) mechanism since 2005 as one of the privatization methods to procure the social infrastructure with private investment. The mechanism was originally prepared 10 provide such public properties as education facilities, child-care facilities, old generation recuperation facilities, medical welfare facilities, military personnel's apartments, environment facilities, and lease apartments. Since 2005, a total of 13.5 trillion won-valued private fund has been directed to the public educational facilities, which occupies 58% of the total private investment in the facilities of the seven categories. However, many officials in the local public entities have anticipated that the local entities need to be restructured or downsized because of the privatization in stead of providing the educational facilities by governmental finance. The main objective of this study is to identify the appropriate technocrat organization structures to manage the privatization procedures.

Development of a Code Generation Support System in Integrated Development Environment of an Educational Compiler

  • Compiler course is one of the important courses in computer science. It requires more efficient learning environment because of its large coverage scale and complexity. One of its solutions is to provide the integrated development environment for educational compilers which is enable to give practice-oriented class and enhance student's interest. This paper presents the code generation support system developed in an integrated development environment of educational compiler. Our system helps students to understand the process of code generation and visualizes the relation among the source language, AST, and the target language. It makes students develop their own compilers more easily.

  • The core of the change in the era of the 4th industrial revolution is the change in the base of 'digital technology'. These changes are incomparably large and are expected to have a more important impact on our lives than ever before. One of the major inflection points in the transition to the digital era is the education field, and IT technology has become an essential element in the educational field. Accordingly, this study examines domestic research trends related to the educational environment based on digital technology. Then, we would like to provide implications for the establishment of a digital-based educational environment that will change in the future. To this end, Semantic network analysis has been conducted to quantitatively structure text data obtained from studies related to digital technology in the field of mathematics education over the past 10 years, and the discussion will continue based on the results.
