Acceleration of globalization in almost all industries, including fisheries, already had been a major paradigm of the age. And It has been weakened its meaning of geographical, cultural and economic boundaries between the nations. In particular, various changes in the fisheries environment have exceeded the area of problem for conventional single country is resolved. And if there is no cooperation with international cooperation other problems also almost nearly impossible to alleviate or solve. So it has emerged in this context, the concept of sustainable development and conceptual diagram of responsible fisheries. However, it has been passed about 20 years since the FAO documents published, there is little interest in it. In this study, analyzed the characteristics of the changes and its constitutive trends and contents of the FAO's responsible fisheries documents. And proposed both the need for analysis and research for the fisheries in an international context for the future and educational aspects. The results of this study show that FAO related documents are hardly to find that have been translated into Korean, in particular since the 2000s. And it is fairly skeptical whether there is a direct effective in fisheries in terms of language barriers. Therefore, the study on responsible fisheries much more important to develop the current status and future-oriented policy of international fisheries even in fisheries related education.

The purpose of this study is to discover the nature of users' flow experience in virtual reality education services. To this end, we analyzed the factors that affect the user's immersion in virtual reality by applying grounded theory, which is one of the qualitative research method. An experiment was conducted on 11 subjects who were interested in conducting virtual reality education, and conducted interviews after experiments. All of the interviews were documented and configured to construct a paradigm model through the steps of opening coding, axial coding, selective coding. Based on the results, it presents suggestions for future virtual reality education services.

Big data technology has been rising as a leading technology in the healthcare paradigm. As a world-class big data nation including National Health Insurance data, Korea has been focused on health policies and sustainability through database forecasting and policy establishment. So the need for education of big data by public officials in healthcare sector is increasing. However, there has not yet been National Competency Standards(NCS) or education modules, in this study, healthcare big data education module and content have been developed for the public servants with confidence.

Purpose: There is increasing attention to smart-learning as a new education paradigm. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of intention to use smart-based Continuing Nurse Education (CNE) and factors influencing intention to use smart-based CNE. Methods: Participants were 486 nurses from 14 organizations, including 12 hospitals, a nurses association, and an office of education. Data were collected from November 5 to 18, 2014 using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score for intention to use smart-based CNE was 6.34 out of 10. The factors influencing intention to use smart-based CNE were nursing informatics competency, current unit career, and smartphone addiction. These variables explained 10% of variance in intention to use smart-based CNE. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that efforts to enhance the nursing informatics competency of nurses could increase usage rate of smart-based CNE. The CNE policy makers will find this study very useful and the findings of this study will help to provide insight into the best way to develop smart-based CNE.

All the factors related in education of Korea are very important in the aspect of economic development. The numbers of students being in school from kindergarten through university approximate a quoter of Korean people. Nevertheless paradigm of commercialism in education has been excluded completely in discussion by the reason of 'educational objective' of education fields in Korea. So Korea's educational services have been confronted with various problems which could hardly be solved, and have lost global competitiveness with the development of globalization. The purpose of this paper is to examine the commercialism of educational services by analysing various social phenomena and government policies relating to educational services in Korea, and to find some alternatives which are able to introduce commercialism on educational fields in Korea. Methodology of this paper depends on the theoretical analysis. Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, notwithstanding that the relative importance of education is the same to that of economy in Korea, the providers of educational services in Korea are against their commercialism problems. Second, it is suggested that the stereotyped idea, that is, the commercialism in educational services be excluded, should be removed above all. Third, in order to improve the competitiveness of educational services in Korea, it is recommended that the commercialism be recognized in a part and various strategies such as the s-SCM, educational service marketing, etc. be introduced. Fourth, we have to prepare for globalization of educational services through making the educational industry to exporting services.

There are several fields using the dynamic application and multimedia contents. RIA(Rich Internet Application), which. is the new paradigm of the web, provides clients with more effective and rich contents, combining the dynamic application and multimedia contents. With the existing web script language, a lot of time and efforts will be very needed to provide learners with various and rich contents. The development of ICT and the popularization of smart devices are affecting not only politics, economics and culture but also even education. Smart education, a concept that promotes active learning based on the latest mobile technology, is being noted for a new paradigm in education of the $21^{st}$ century. The aim of this study was to develop a mobile application, Smart Medical Terminology(SMT), allows health science students to learn medical terminology anytime, anywhere, easily and conveniently. The SMT makes learners interested in and motivated to learn medical terminology. It also provides various learning methods that enable self-direction learning in accordance with the level of learners.

National efforts responding to climate change is directly connected to competitiveness of the urban environment. Practice in the daily life of the individual citizens is prerequisite for the paradigm shift that can be made by the reduction of the city's energy consumption and low-carbon green growth. Therefore, the comprehensive understanding combined with the educational programs is required on the issue of the ecological environment and the urban environment competitiveness. In this paper, the meaning and role of urban ecological environment will be researched first. it also takes a look at the content of curriculum and analyses domestic policies related to environmental education of primary and middle schools. In addition, video documentary on urban ecological environment will be analyzed for the development of educational media dealing with environmental training in schools. Consequently, urban ecological environment shown in video media content will be identified and the advantage of this possibility as a medium of education is to be proposed.

This study proposes an entrepreneurship education process for fashion product start-ups through rewards-based crowdfunding. It examines issues such as: the general concept of crowdfunding and the pros and cons of rewards-based crowdfunding, the detailed curriculum plans in a chronological order for the regular class development, and the presentation of a visual plan to show the whole process. An entrepreneurship education process is developed in 13 steps: research on crowdfunding market, prototype plan, prototype production, story development, visual contents development, rewards development, project evaluation, public schedule & service setting, period setting & start funding, community management (Q&A), funding ends & deposit, complete manufacturing & start delivering, and the final information disclosure & open the next project plan. This research is intended to investigate rewards-based crowdfunding as a new paradigm of entrepreneurship and apply entrepreneurship education in fashion product development. However, it is limited to studying the Wadiz crowdfunding platform in Korea. Therefore, we propose a case study on various crowdfunding platforms in Korea, a case study on entrepreneurial curriculum application, and a follow-up study on the possibility of entry into an overseas crowdfunding platform.

In this paper, cognitive radio and simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) are effectively combined to design a spectrum-efficient and energy-efficient transmission paradigm. Specifically, a novel SWIPT-based primary-secondary cooperation model is proposed to increase the transmission rate of energy/spectrum constrained users. In the proposed model, a multi-antenna secondary user conducts simultaneous energy harvesting and information forwarding by means of power splitting (PS), and tries to maximize its own transmission rate under the premise of successfully assisting the data delivery of the primary user. After the problem formulation, joint power splitting and beamforming optimization algorithms for decode-and-forward and amplify-and-forward modes are presented, in which we obtain the optimal PS factor and beamforming vectors using a golden search method and dual methods. Simulation results show that the proposed SWIPTbased primary-secondary cooperation schemes can obtain a much higher level of performance than that of non-SWIPT cooperation and non-cooperation schemes.
