  • Science and Technology University(STU) will be established by twenty-two government institutes next year. STU has latent problems with geographical limitations caused by organizing the faculties and facilities of the government research institutes, which are located all over the country. This study tries to examine the Educational Administration(Opreation) Model of STU and analyse expected problems and further, proposes the introduction of cyber education system which will maximize efficiency of educational operation of the system and enhance learning. It also discusses the practical problems in the implementation of cyber education system.

Z명세를 이용한 EJB 컴포넌트의 구현 (Implementation of EJB Component by Using Z specification)

  • 소프트웨어 명세는 비정형, 반 정형, 정형 기법이 존재한다. 이 중 정형 기법은 수학적인 이론을 바탕으로 명세의 모호성, 애매성, 불완전성을 제거하는데 효율적으로 사용되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 Z 정형명세로부터 EJB의 자바 소스코드 까지의 구현 단계를 제안하였다. 또한, 사례 연구로 Stack을 명세하고 EJB 컴포넌트를 구현하는 단계를 제시하였다. 결론적으로 Z의 명세는 스키마의 분류, 인터페이스의 정의, Post-condition과 Pre-condition의 정의 단계를 거치고 정제를 통해서 EBJ의 인터페이스, 예외 클래스, 메소드 구현에 사용할 수 있음을 보였다.

3D VR 기반의 교육 콘텐츠 개발 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Developement System of Education Contents Utilizing 3D VR)

  • 3D virual reality technique develop rapidly such as parts of education, health, national defense, etc. This paper implements an education contents utilizing 3D virtual reality based on HMD. In this paper, contents make up Changdeokgung Palace using to 3Dmax and Unity program, it shows on implemented Helmet Mounted Display. HMD obtain dynamic image from the target source of smart phone. Also, contents consist of service senerio through divided palace position and King's a day's journey especially. Above all, this paper indicate improving performance according to reduced cybersickness and immersion enlargement. And memory capacity reduced by various technique such that file type, compressed file, minimized resource. Proposed technique can obtain dynamic 3D image by HMD implementation at real time basis so that it is possible to use simultaneously multi-source. From the various and practical experiment, it is confirm that proposed 3D VR education system is useful for experience of virtual reality practically.

Analysis of Learning Process and Achievement for Environmental Microbiology Taught in English as a Basis of Environmental Science and Technology

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate Environmental microbiology (EM) as a basic course for the environmental engineering program of Korea Maritime University which has been accredited by Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea (ABEEK). Evaluation result of the lecture objectives was more than the average (3.5/5.0). The overall score for learning achievement assessment was more than average level of learning achievement (3.4/5.0). Interestingly, engineering design implementation regarding a specific topic as an extensive learning process has proven to be more effective (3.5/5.0). Some of effective class improvement strategies suggested were to encourage students to participate in the class with self-motivation and accountability: preview and review of the lecture, team presentation in English-speaking settings, and submitting project report written in English. In the future class of EM, test and evaluation of application capability of EM and environmental biotechnology (EB) theories to engineering problem solving should be emphasized.

초등학교와 중.고등학교 건강증진학교 수행 현황과 관련 요인: WHO 건강증진학교 지표를 중심으로 (Implementation Status and Related Factors of Health Promoting Schools among Elementary, Middle and High Schools: Based on the WHO Guidelines)

  • Objectives: The objectives of this study were to assess the implementation status of Health Promoting Schools (HPS) among elementary, middle and high schools and to identify characteristics of the schools that affect the implementation of HPS. Methods: A total of 703 teachers (male 32.2%, females 67.8%) from 70 elementary, middle and high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi participated in the survey. A 60-item self-evaluation questionnaire was used to assess implementation status of HPS. Results: Implementation of HPS in elementary schools were more favorable than middle and high schools after controling for participants' characteristics, such as age, gender, and their duties at school (<0.001). Being a private school was associated with higher score on implementation of HPS in both elementary (${\beta}$=0.170) and middle/high schools (${\beta}$=0.275). However, being located in rural areas (${\beta}$=-0.409) and having larger number of students (${\beta}$=-0.521) were associated with lower score on implementation of HPS in middle/high schools. Conclusions: Middle and high schools, especially large public and/or rural schools, were less favorable in implementing HPS. Therefore, supporting those schools are necessary and developing evaluation and monitoring system for HPS implementation will contribute to promote students' health.

  • 1990년대와 2000년대 초 현재까지 ERP시스템 구축 시장은 괄목할 만한 성장을 계속하여 왔다. 2009년에 ERP 시장은 세계적으로 약 65조원 규모까지 성장할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 거의 모든 기업이 이러한 ERP 시스템에 의하여 일상의 사업 거래 업무를 처리하게 될 것이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 ERP 구축 프로젝트는 많은 시간, 광범위한 관련 범위, 그리고 큰 예산 비용을 요구하는 하나의 방대하고 전략적이며 복잡한 프로젝트이다. 이것은 기업에게 있어 ERP 시스템 구축은 반드시 성공하여야 할 프로젝트임을 의미하며 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인이 무엇인가에 대한 이해가 기업 경영자들에게 매우 중요함을 뜻한다. 본 연구는 먼저 ERP분야의 선행연구들 특히 ERP시스템 구축 성공요인 연구 결과들을 살펴봄으로써 최근에 강조되고 있는 중요 성공요인에는 어떠한 것이 있는지 살펴본 다음에 본 설문조사 실증연구 결과를 기존의 연구와 비교적으로 소개하면서 ERP 시스템을 구축 사용하고 있는 기업 경영자들에게 유용한 관리 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

Effects of an Educational Intervention Based on the Protection Motivation Theory and Implementation Intentions on First and Second Pap Test Practice in Iran

  • Background: Few Iranian women take the Papanicolaou test despite its important role in preventing cervical cancer. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of an educational intervention based on the protection motivation theory (PMT) variables and implementation intentions in the first and second Pap test practice among Iranian women. Materials and Methods: In this quasi-randomized controlled trial, 200 women who were referred to 30 primary health care clinics in Tehran were randomly selected. PMT variables and Pap test practice were measured at baseline and again after 3 and 15 months. The 4-week educational intervention program was conducted for the intervention group. Results: Following the intervention, the mean scores of self-efficacy, perceived vulnerability, and behavior intention variables were significantly higher in the intervention group when compared to the control group (p<0.05). No significant differences were found in the perceived severity, response efficacy, response cost, and fear between the two groups following the intervention. Higher percent of women in the intervention group had obtained first and second Pap test compared to the controls. Conclusions: The PMT and implementation intentions provide a suitable theory-based framework for developing educational interventions regarding Pap test practice in Iran.

문재인 정부 교육개혁의 쟁점과 과제 : 교육개혁의 방향과 내용, 추진방식을 중심으로 (Educational Reform of the Moon Jae-In Government: Issues and Tasks)

  • 본 연구는 문재인 정부가 출범한지 1년이 넘어가는 시점에서 현 정부 교육개혁의 쟁점을 고찰 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 문재인 정부의 출범이 교육정치학적으로 어떠한 의미를 지니고 있는지를 먼저 고찰하고, 이러한 배경 하에서 문재인 정부의 교육개혁 정책의 방향과 내용 그리고 추진방식은 어떻게 전개되고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 현 시점에서 교육개혁의 방향과 내용, 추진방식에서 제기되고 있는 주요 쟁점은 무엇인지, 그리고 그러한 쟁점을 해소하기 위한 향후 추진과제는 무엇인지를 논구하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 문재인 정부의 교육정책에 대한 쟁점과 과제에 대한 논의로부터 향후 문재인 정부 교육개혁이 취해야 할 바람직한 방향으로 문재인 정부에서 향후 새로운 교육체제를 구현하기 위해 비전과 방향성과 관련된 담론, 그리고 그 담론을 구체화시키기 위한 교육정책과 구성원들의 인식전환이라는 측면을 복합적으로 고려해야 함을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 정부의 초기 단계에서 정책의 방향과 내용 그리고 추진방식을 점검할 수 있는 계기를 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

농업환경보전프로그램 이행단계별 문제점 및 애로사항에 대한 이해당사자별 인식 비교 (A Comparative Study of the Perceptions by Stakeholder on the Problems and Difficulties at Implementation Stages of the Agricultural Environment Conservation Program)

  • The Agricultural Environmental Conservation Program is a useful system for creating sustainable agriculture and environmentally friendly and comfortable rural areas. However, there are still many problems and difficulties, such as the establishment of necessary activities and plans by the residents themselves, and improvements are required. The degree of importance and difficulties according to the implementation stage of each stakeholder was quantified and compared with each other, and the specific difficulties recognized by on-site support organizations were structurally analyzed. It was analyzed that the importance and difficulties of the project implementation stage for local government officials and the project implementation planning stage for on-site support organizations were very high, indicating that they perceived the most need for improvement. On the other hand, 21 specific problems and difficulties were derived based on the results of the literature survey and stakeholder interviews. As a result of the structural analysis using the DEMATEL method, the most influential factor was the low understanding of the project by residents, the most influential factor was the lack of collecting and reflecting residents' opinions, the most central factor was the lack of collecting and reflecting residents' opinions, and the most causal factor was the lack of education and promotion of the project. The results indicate that a more stable system can be established if continuous promotion and education, periodic meetings and discussions, active reflection of residents' opinions in project implementation plans, and simplification of implementation inspection and project cost execution through the implementation inspection platform are promoted. Despite the limitations, considering that no institutional analysis of agricultural environmental conservation programs has been conducted so far, the results of this study are expected to serve as a basis for the establishment of relevant policies in the future.

초·중등학교의 융합교육 운영 현황 실태조사 (Current Status of the Implementation of Convergence Education in Primary and Secondary Schools)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초·중·고등학교의 융합교육 운영 현황을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 전국 시·도교육청에 재직 중인 교사 871명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 학교급별로 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 교사 871명 중 449명(51.5%)이 융합교육을 실행하는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 융합교육을 실행하는 이유로 교사의 자발적 노력과 미래사회를 대비한 교육적 필요성으로 나타났다. 셋째, 융합교육은 정규 교과 시간에 과목 간 연계형으로 과학, 미술, 사회 교과를 중심으로 실행되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, COVID-19에 대응하여 융합교육을 실행하는 교사 중 270명(64.0%)이 비대면 융합교육을 실행하였으며, 수업 자료 제작과 학생과의 소통에 어려움을 겪었다. 다섯째, 융합교육을 미실행하는 이유로 교사의 과중한 업무, 교사 연수와 연구회 활동 지원 부족, 다양한 융합교육 프로그램 부족 등이 제시되었다. 본 연구는 융합교육 활성화를 위한 정책 도출과 실행 지원에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
