교육콘텐츠 특성과 기업 조직특성이 교육전이 및 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 프랜차이즈기업 대상의 온-오프라인 교육 훈련에 따른 비교 (A Study on the Effect of the Contents and Organization Characteristics on Learning Transfer and Organizational Effectiveness: A Comparison of On/Off Education on Franchise Enterprises)

  • 기업 교육훈련은 조직구성원 및 조직의 성과 향상을 위해서 시행되나 실제 교육훈련의 성과는 기대한 만큼 나타나고 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기업 내 교육성과를 피교육자의 조직몰입도와 업무성과로 정의하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 연구함으로써 성과 창출을 위해 기업 교육훈련 설계 시 고려해야 하는 것들을 제안한다. 우선 기업 교육훈련에서 제공되는 교육콘텐츠 특성으로서의 과제가치와 직무연관성, 그리고 기업 내 교육훈련에 대한 지원 정도인 조직특성이 피교육자의 교육전이에 영향을 끼치는 지 확인한다. 이후, 교육전이로부터 조직몰입 및 업무성과로의 인과관계를 분석한다. 이 과정에서 온/오프라인 교육의 조절효과가 있는지 분석하여 교육 전달 방법에 따른 효과성의 차이가 있는지 검증한다. 연구결과, 교육의 과제가치, 직무연관성, 조직보상이 교육전이에, 교육전이가 조직몰입 및 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 온/오프라인 교육간 차이가 있음을 입증하였다. 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 기업을 대상으로 수행하여 표본의 한계가 존재하며, 향후 대표성을 지닌 표본이나 전문직종의 집단을 대상으로 연구를 확장할 예정이다.

자기결정성과 자기주도학습에 의한 기업 이러닝이 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Learning Satisfaction in Corporate E-learning based on Self-Directed Learning and Self-Determination)

  • Companies want organizational members who take e-learning courses to enjoy the advantages of transcending time and space that e-learning has, but also want what they have learned to help the organization, the work they perform, or their future careers. In addition, while enjoying the effect of reducing education costs compared to offline education through e-learning, it is expected that executives and employees will apply the knowledge and skills learned to the field and perform tasks to achieve results. As COVID-19 continues, many education programs that have been conducted offline at corporate sites have been converted to e-learning, with a larger number of e-learning operations than in the past. This study was conducted based on the perception that learners' learning satisfaction is important for the successful operation of e-learning education, and that learners' own self-directed learning ability and self-determination are important as well as corporate efforts. As a result of the study, hypotheses 1-1, 1-2, 1-3-1, and 1-3-2 that the better the self-determination (autonomy, competence, full-time support, and peer support) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will be. Both Hypothesis 2-1 and Hypothesis 2-2 were adopted that the better self-directed learning (subjectivity, execution ability) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will increase. In conclusion, it is necessary to properly introduce the concepts of self-determination and self-directed learning in corporate education while operating with the corporate education system.

신호처리 교과목에 대한 플립러닝 적용사례 (Case Study of Flipped-learning on a Signal Processing Class)

  • 본 논문은 효과적인 학습을 제공해주는 교수법으로 알려진 플립러닝을 신호처리 교과목에 적용한 사례에 대한 연구이다. 수업을 위해 사용된 교수학습 모형과 3개년간 시행 사례를 기술하였다. In-class는 비교적 성공적인 수업이라 판단할 수 있으나, Pre-class에서 제공된 동영상 자료의 편성과 학습 여부에 대한 평가는 개선이 필요하였다. 또한, Pre-class와 In-class를 효과적으로 연계하는 방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

The Importance of CEO's Sustainable Leadership to Distribute Environmental Education Culture in the Organization

  • Purpose: CEOs develop policies through their effective decision-making while employees implement the policies so that a business realizes the expected returns. This research focuses on the importance of the CEO's sustainable leadership to distribute environmental education culture to improve employees' environmental performance. Research design, data and methodology: The PRISMA that is selected by the present research is an evidence-based minimum group of entities for reporting in systematic reviews and meta-analyses. The core focus of the concept is to note studies that evaluate the impacts of intervention and can also be utilized as a basis for writing systematic reviews rather than intervention evaluations. Results: The current investigation indicates that there are four kinds of suggestions (a. Increased organizational learning, b. Open communication, c. Participative decision making, d. Psychological empowerment) how the management should develop sustainable leadership for distributing green culture and improving employee green performance. Conclusions: Based on four solutions, the present research concludes that sustainable leadership for CEOs is not only of advantage in terms of protecting the environment and the people, but it fosters increased organizational learning. Increased organizational learning leads to better employee sustainable performance, which includes financial performance and the social and environmental initiatives the organization implements.

  • This study attempted to develop an efficient management plan that allows both workers and organizations to coexist by analyzing the factors that influence the level of organizational immersion of engineering students. Analysis methods included frequency analysis, t-test, pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical analysis. Firstly, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influential factors on organizational commitment. Second, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influencing factors of self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy was an influential factor in organizational commitment. Fourth, self-efficacy appeared as a mediating effect on self-esteem and organizational immersion in learning transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to look for various factors that can increase self-efficacy, and to find opportunities for students to be highly immersed in the organization while studying at the same time.

  • This study utilizes the image contents, one of the social interaction activities, in role-play. The one-semester class results were used for analysis to prepare teaching-learning plans for the department of aviation services. This study helped students in the Department of Aviation Services understand the airline cabin organization and examined whether it would help them understand the airline cabin organization and examine whether it would help them communicate with customers. In role-play classes, learners or groups of learners use role-playing dialogues to create role-plays and create communication situations similar to the real world.

An Empirical Study of Gender Differences in Motivational Orientations of Students in Statistics Classroom

  • Lecture theatres and computing laboratories are common types of classrooms used for teaching and learning in this study; both were equipped with a computer network through which teachers and students can access learning management system, digital library, educational software, and so on. Students were divided into groups of two or three; each group of students collaborated on the worksheets in the laboratory and naturally sat together when attending a class held in the lecture theatre. The social organization of classroom learning would promote student learning but what drives student learning; how to engage students with learning; and how to maintain their interest in learning are of research interest in the present study. The study illustrated the theoretical and empirical links, student motivation has a relation to rich collaboration with peers, communication as verbal interactions as well as teacher-student interactions. These are within socio-cultural contexts for learning to take place. The study was extended to make comparisons of the motivational orientations between student genders. It was found that female students were keener on fun or enjoyment in learning, peer communication, and teacher's intervention, whereas male students were concerned more about digital learning tools, a positive working relationship, social reciprocity, and interpersonal relationships.

Impact of Organizational Learning Culture on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment: A Structural Equation Modeling Approach

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational learning culture on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Two streams of scholarly work have provided the theoretical foundations for this study. The first stream comes from the literature on learning organization. The second stream of the theoretical foundation comes from an extensive literature on attitude-intention-behavior relationships. In addition, this study was tested three alternative models. Alternative model 1 employed job satisfaction as the mediating commitments variable between learning culture and organizational commitment. Alternative model 2 used organizational commitment as the mediating variable between learning culture and job satisfaction. Finally, alternative model 3 specified a direct impact of learning culture on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and reciprocal linkages between these two variables. The results of this study support the hypothesized relations among an organization's learning culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The findings of this study are various congruent with a widely accepted hypothesis that job satisfaction serves as an appraisal function in evaluating various work environments and determining emotional responses such as organizational commitment. Organizational learning culture is one of the important factors that organizations cannot overlook. Therefore, the findings of this study provide a new direction for researchers seeking to explain the complex relations among these central organizational variables.

공학수업에서 학생들이 지각하는 교수전략과 학습전략 간의 관계 (A Relationship between students' perceived instructional strategies and their use of learning strategies in Engineering Courses)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between instructional strategies applied to engineering courses and students' learning strategies. As a result, students perceived that the application principle was the most applied and then the problem-centered principle was applied to engineering courses. In addition, the students showed that rehearsal strategies are the most used in courses. The most important instructional principle in this study was the problem-centered principle, and the higher the degree of application of problem-centered principle in engineering course, the students were likely to use more deep learning strategies such as elaboration and organization strategy, critical thinking strategy, and metacognitive strategy.
