The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of training Program for return farm. In detail, this study evaluated the trainees' satisfaction, achievement, and effectiveness of the education. This Study polled 250 trainees who presented the Return farm training program. The results of analysis are as follows; First, the satisfaction and the reliability on the educational institutions of return farm was the highest. Second, Trainees' replied that their Agricultural Techniques was improved. Especially, 'business administrative ability, cultivation techniques & management ability, and agricultural machinery using ability were enhanced. Their self-confidence of return farm was increased. Third, the correlation of satisfaction, achievement and effectiveness of training program was statistically significant. The findings of this study will be used to plan of return farm education program.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the satisfaction of the introductory engineering education program for the employees, who majored liberal arts or commerce, among the educational programs for industrial workers which are performed as an effort to spread the performance of the Innovation Center for Engineering Education, and reinforce the competitiveness through effective program operation. This study was performed on the basis of CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). A factorial analysis and a regression analysis were conducted based on a survey made on 87 persons who completed the introductory engineering education program among the employees of D group who majored liberal arts or commerce. It is expected that this study will contribute toward suggesting the implications for designing and operating the educational programs for industrial workers in order to find out the important factors of satisfaction and to conduct the education operation with professionalism.

Purpose: Nurses play an important role in ensuring patient rehabilitation and are involved in all aspects of multidimensional rehabilitation. Therefore, strengthening rehabilitation nursing education is vital to ascertain high-quality rehabilitation and optimum outcomes. This study examined the effectiveness of a new teaching reform-a modified Six-Sigma-based training program-against a conventional educational program on rehabilitation specialist nurses' core competencies, post-training performance, and satisfaction. Methods: A quasi-randomized controlled trial was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the modified training program. We recruited 56 learners from the 2020 training course at the Hunan Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse Training Base as the control group. Sixty learners from the base's 2021 training course were recruited as the intervention group. Data were collected in a consistent manner from both groups after the training program was implemented. Results: Those who underwent the modified training program showed better improvement in all core competencies than those who underwent the conventional training program (p < .05); the scores for theoretical knowledge, clinical nursing lectures, reviews, and nursing case management improved significantly following the teaching reform (p < 0.05). Further, overall satisfaction as well as base management and theoretical teaching satisfaction improved significantly (p < .05). Conclusion: The modified training program strengthens rehabilitation nurses' base management abilities; enhances their core competencies; expands their interest in and breadth, depth, and practicability of theoretical courses; and updates the teaching methods.

The purpose of this study was to examine the implication for the return farm and rural training program through the analyzed trainees' satisfaction and general characteristics. This study polled 89 trainees who presented the Return farm and rural training program by Jeju Agricultural Research and Extension Service. and the results of analysis are as follows. First, trainees' general characteristics appeared very various at an age structure, stage and type of return farm and rural. Second, the overall satisfaction level for the training program was normal but it was different according to the trainees' general characteristics, stage and type of Return farm and rural. This result was due to the unilateral training program. Consequently, it required a lot of efforts for the improvement of satisfaction through reflecting the trainees' properties in the training plan.

본 연구의 목적은 초중등 교원의 인공지능 교육역량 강화를 위한 교사 대상 연수 프로그램을 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하고 인공지능 교육에 대한 교사들의 요구를 분석하여 기초 연구 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 참조하기 위한 연수 프로그램은 다섯 가지 인공지능의 핵심 요소를 바탕으로 교육내용을 선정하여 ADDIE 모형을 기초로 설계하였으며, G광역시교육청 소속 교육 전문직 및 교사와 인공지능교육연구회 소속 교사들이 협업으로 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 연수 프로그램 효과 및 교사 요구분석 설문 문항들은 내용 타당도 검사를 하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 적용하여 실시된 연수 결과, 연수의 각 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 현장 적용 가능성이 높게 평가되었다. 교사들은 초등학교에서는 인공지능 교육을 위한 언플러그드 활동과 기초 인공지능 체험을, 중학교에서는 블록형 프로그래밍 언어와 피지컬 컴퓨팅 활동이 포함된 인공지능 교육내용을 가르쳐야 하는 것으로 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

이 연구에서 제안한 교육프로그램은 예비교사들을 대상으로 인지심리학의 개념습득 이론 중 원형이론과 본보기 이론의 상호보완을 통하여 정보교육의 필요성과 개념을 습득하도록 하였다. 또한 언플러그드형 수업사례 시연활동을 통하여 컴퓨터과학에 관한 지식이 부족한 학습자들에게 교수-학습 설계능력을 향상시키고, 컴퓨터과학의 개념과 원리를 습득할 수 있도록 하였다. 예비교사들에게 적용해본 결과 효과성이 높은 유의미한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

This paper is to research the current status of ADR in Korea, the qualifications of mediator (or conciliator) and arbitrator, the ADR education program of major foreign arbitration-related institutions and the efficient management device of ADR education program for the activation of the ADR system. In 2007, arbitration applications received at the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board numbered 320 and the amount involved those cases was US$ 216 millions. Mediation applications received at the KCAB numbered 552 and the amount involved those cases US$ 29millions. As of December 2007, the total numbers of arbitrators on the KCAB Panel of Arbitrators was 978. There are no provisions for the qualification of arbitrator in the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and Arbitration Act of Korea. The KCAB has the consolidation regulation of the Panel of Arbitrator of which purpose is to regulate the criteria and procedure regarding the drawing up and maintenance of the panel of arbitrators. The UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has the criteria and qualifications for membership of which three grades are associate, member and fellow. The American Arbitration Association has the qualification criteria for admittance to the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators. The Japan Association of Arbitrators has the official authorization regulation for membership of which three grades are special associate, ordinary associate and fellow. The UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has the ADR education programs which are composed of the mediation courses and arbitration courses. The American arbitrators Association has the ADR education programs which are composed of in-person training and online training. The Japan Association of Arbitrators has the ADR education programs which are composed of the cultivation courses of conciliator and the practical training courses of arbitrator. The efficient management devices of ADR education program are as follows: the execution of official authorization system of arbitrator, the establishment of specialized division for training and official authorization, the establishment of ADR regular training courses, the publication of ADR training texts and obtaining of instructors, and the consolidation of regulations related to the official authorization of arbitrator and ADR training. In conclusion, for the activation of ADR system, the KCAB and Korean Association of Arbitrators should make further effort to provide the ADR regular education and training programs for potential and practicing conciliators and arbitrators.

This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator. Also job analysis was performed by the experts of education and related field though Developing A Curriculum(DACUM). The qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator was designed and policy suggestions are made for the substantiality and activity to the government. This study is performed expert interview and job analysis The results are presented the summaries of job definitions, job models, areas of vocation activities, curriculum for education and training and guidelines for making questions in examinations.

Purpose: This exploratory research is to give managerial implication to sales personal management. This study focused on antecedents of job satisfaction and organizational commitment specially in HRD programs and system by participation and effect toward job. Research design, data and methodology: This research focuses on relationship analysis among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and HRD programs of logistics and sales personnel in Korea. HRD program consider two parts one is participation and other is effect toward job. And three HRD program is included education & training, system and self-directed Learning. This study used 7th HCCP data from KRIVET and 748 employee data is analyzed. SPSS18 is used and frequency, reliability, correlation and regression analysis are conducted. Results: Result shows that job satisfaction is positively affected by education & training participation, HRD system participation and HRD system effect toward job. Organizational commitment is positively affected by education & training participation, HRD system participation, education & training effect toward job and HRD system effect toward job. However self-directed Learning participation negatively affect organizational commitment. Lastly job satisfaction partially mediates between HRD and organizational commitment. Conclusions: Based on the results, this paper provide implication to academic, practical HRD and suggest feature research.

The domestic Radiation Technology is integrated into and utilized in various areas and is closely related to the industrial growth in Korea. The domestic use of radiation and RI (Radioisotope) increases in quantity every year, however the level of technology is poor when compared to other developed countries. Manpower training is essential for the development of Radiation Technology. Therefore, this study aimed to propose a methodology for designing systemic education and training model in the field of measurement and analysis of radiation. A survey was conducted to design education and training model and the training program for measurement and analysis of radiation was developed based on the survey results. The education and training program designed in this study will be utilized as a model for evaluating the professional development and effective recruitment of the professional workforce, and can be further applied to other radiation-related fields.
