This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning rate for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can be defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist buildings to promote the functions has been applied. no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deciding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific data bate should be established to apply the suggested economic accession in business enough to forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on this area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

Recently buildings are being constructed on the downtown area. In most building construction sites on the downtown area, the need for adequate material inventories are critical in order to avoid project delays and cost increases due to inappropriate deliveries of key materials. However immoderate material inventories cause increasing inventory cost. Therefore, we need a proper management material inventories. This research re-establishes the existing safety stock and analyzes relationship between safety stock and service level. It suggests an economical re-order point based on safety stock considering service level, various demand and delivery time.

Strategic aim of Poland is an accession to The European Union. This accession means consolidation of democratic transformations and acceleration of economical development. Possibly full and quick execution of preparing works at building domain is one of conditions of Polish membership in the European Union. Poland has to adopt rules and standards, which are required at EU. It will permit to make polish companies more attactive at international market. We should know, that economical, legal whether political reforms, this is not all what consists on membership at the Union European. We must change internally, become open to the world, to represent dynamism, enterprise, knowledge and culture. We must become more tolerant and be able to communicate with people with different culture whether political orientation, we have to accept this dissimilarity and will find way of dialogue and cooperation.

The demolition works of high building in korea are expecting to increase rapidly in the near future, and its general demolition methods can be divided into mechanical demolition method and explosive demolition method. The selection of the right demolition method relies on many variable elements according to environmental and geographical elements. But, generally, the most important element of those is a economical profit. Accordingly, This study estimates each demolition cost dividing into mechanical demolition method and explosive demolition method of high building in city. And the estimating of the demolition cost makes it possible to do comparative analysis for the economical efficiency of each method more objectively than any other selective elements. Also, the analysis for the economical efficiency helps to forecast the activated time of the explosive demolition method in domestic.

Energy-saving is one of important issues in multi-family housing projects in South Korea. According to the study by Yu et al. (2002), the balcony conversion causes energy loss approximately one and a half times. Therefore, it is important to select the economical glass type in the balcony window. In order to identify the most economical glass type of balcony conversion in multi-family housing projects, the most typical type of the multifamily housing projects in the metropolitan area was selected as a candidate project. The selected candidate project has been simulated using ENERGY-10 program to estimate the heat load by the different five types of glasses as well as their life cycle cost analysis (LCCA) using present worth method. Finally, sensitivity analysis has been conducted to determine the most economical glass types under a different discount rate (interest rate) and service life of building.

OSC(Off-Site Construction) is regarded as a faster and more economical method in the construction industry, and the attention towards the OSC is growing. In the modular construction process, which is one type of OSC, accurate identification of a module is essential. Because the installation position and the MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) composition are distinct between modules, a defect in the finishing or junction area is likely to happen during the construction process. This study suggested the modular construction process by applying a beacon receiver using BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) technology on each module. Construction quality management would be improved using the location and assembly data, particularly for a different module in modular construction.

This paper introduces the result of performing research analysis on awareness and demand on economic aspect of dwellers toward remodeling by aiming at the fact that there are existing dwellers which is the biggest feature of remodeling. Providing services that are suitable for economic conditions and demands of owners or dwellers of Apartment House could be seen as something that must be considered first above all things in remodeling in which consumers have to pay for expenses are specified.

While Korea had achieved radical growth of construction industry, it also had accumulated problems in material, human and economical loss due to its low quality of safety level. Therefore, not only enterprises but also the nation is putting in a great deal of efforts for construction safety. However, its effect is not satisfiable. This research aims for change of construction cite by introduction of professional Safety Patrol Management System(SPMS) and consideration of its necessity. To consideration of its necessity, we compared and anaylzed average numbers of indicated dangers and safety accident incidences in each construction cites and we researched changes in worker's safety sense. It will establish the suitable design standards and suggest the basic database for estimating disaster and accident ratio.
