Recently, global environmental problems have become serious due to human economic activities. Therefore, in order to build a sustainable society in which human economic activities coexist with nature, it is important to promote and enhance environmental education. As a preceding study, a board and computer game of "Ecopoly," which is the game for education on global environmental problems, were developed. This study further aims to develop algorithms which make decisions in Ecopoly, to automate decision-makings of opponents using the algorithms, and to develop the environmental educational game "Ecopoly V" which enables self-learning. In order to develop the algorithms, the board game of Ecopoly was played, and each player's decision-makings at the all points at which players make a decision were observed and analyzed. From the analyses, it became clear that the decision-makings were distinguished by 3 characteristics; Ecology type, Economy type, and Balance type. Based on the characteristics, the factors and standard values of each decision-making were made clear. Algorithms were developed based on the factors and standard values. Ecopoly V was developed by incorporating the algorithms into the computer game of Ecopoly. Experimental testing of the game was conducted and the validity of the game was verified.

The process of determining whether, when, where and how to intervene, of deciding on optimum allocation of resources and minimizing the cost is a very complex problem: different track sections tend to behave differently under the effects of loading; decision-making processes for maintenance work are closely interrelated technically and economically; decision-making for maintenance plans is based on a large quantity of technical and economic information, extensive knowledge and above all experience. For that reason, It is considered very important to develope objective and computer-aided decision-making support system for track maintenance plan. On this paper, we reviewed ECOTRACK system and present the plan of develope decision-making support system for track maintenance appropriate to local condition.

Cost containment has become high political issues since financial crisis of the Korean Health Insurance fund in 2000. Korean Government has developed and implemented several measures to reduce the pharmaceutical expenditures. Pharmaceutical economic evaluation can be a tool in decision to allocate scare resource efficiently. In order to increase the quality of economic evaluation for pharmaceuticals, the Korean Health Insurance Review Agency(HIRA) is considering the development of a guideline for economic evaluation. It mandates that pharmaceutical companies could submit the result of an economic evaluation when demanding reimbursement of new pharmaceutical drugs. The purpose of this study is to provide a critical review of the economic evaluations of health care technologies published in the Korean context whether they have been performed according to current guidelines and therefore whether their results are directly useful for decision making. We found there exist important problems and deviation from, good practice' both in the general features of the studies, like the study design and perspective, and in terms of cost measurement and valuation. There are needs to develop clear guidelines and to educate and train researchers in performing economic evaluations.

We study simultaneous decision making model for a monopolistic or competitive supplier to decide inventory and pricing policies under capacity constraint. Economic implications are obtained from the optimality conditions such as production lot sizes, pricing schedules and so on. Sensitivity analysis gives us the optimal relations among the critical economic quantities.

When a company makes a decision on an investment for a new product as a source for a new program, it is not easy for them to take a proper decision-making process in this highly volatile market. There could be several ways to make an investment decision on a new program. A company needs to choose the most suitable way of investment which is reflected current corporate circumstances and potential risks. We check up the process of the engineering economic decision in a automotive part manufacturing company. We define the gap between the theory and practice on engineering economic decisions. We present advices to make a decision desirably.

본 연구의 목적은 기업에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 채택하기 전에 판단 해야하는 중요한 요인들에 대한 우선 순위를 도출하고 평가한다. 연구 방법으로 전문가들에 대한 의사결정 사항을 반영하기 위해서 AHP 분석기법을 활용하였다. AHP는 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층적으로 표현하고 그 계층의 항목 간의 쌍대비교(Pairwise comparison)를 통하여 최선의 대안을 도출해 내는 의사결정 기법이다. 기존의 통계적 의사결정 기법들과 비교해 의사결정과정이 체계적이며 간단하여 이해하기가 쉽다. 또한 분석과정에서 의사결정자의 일관성을 판단할 수 있는 지표를 제공하여 절차 또한 합리적이다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 중요도 우선순위 항목으로 보안성, 신뢰성, 경제성 순으로 나타났다. 보안성의 하위 항목요인 중 제1순위는 접근권한의 통제성, 2순위는 외부위협의 안전성으로 도출되었다. 연구 결과가 추후 실무에서 기준으로 활용될 수 있는 방안으로 활용되는데 이바지할 수 있으며, 향후 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 채택을 한 기업의 만족도를 평가하여 비교·분석하는 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다.

This dissertation are studying the conceptual structure of decision making situation in libraries, by analyzing the library function, decision makings of library and then seeking economic and efficient alternative decision making by programming the· decision making situations, and finally, introducing how to apply management information system or decision making support system. For this purpose, in order to analyzing necessary factors for the decision making system, the questionnaire used Lickert method were distributed to 400 librarians of 36 universities in Seoul by means of mail. 193 librarians, $48\%$ of the questionnaire, are returned are studied by using 'SYSTAT' statistical software to figure out the factors of the decision making system. This dissertation was put six hypotheses and tested with the returned questionnaire. The following five result can be asserted. First, to the higher degree of the librarians' participation in the important library decision makings, the quality of formal library services are improved regardless of seniority of the work. Secondly, the t-test results show that all of t-test scores of seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work are exceeding significant level and perception of decision making was proved to be different depending on seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work in libraries. Thirdly, as the results of factor af factor analysis, the encouragement on participation in the library academic activities, the extent to get useful information about performances of library and the improvements of library works were grouped by similar posibilities of distribution and therfore the academic activities, the collection of information and the improvement of library performances is proved to be interrelational each other. Fourthly, the fifth hypothesis of the close relationship between the decision making situation and types of advisor by it was more or less interrelational, but their relationship was not seen some significancies. Lastly, as the dynamic organization of library management forming a special commitee or a project team with librarian can improve the extent and quality of the librarian's participation in the decision making of library works, and thus library will become to performance more rational and effective library management.

석유화학산업은 대규모 설비 투자비용이 소요되는 자본 및 기술집약적 장치산업으로 공급사슬 내 구성원 간의 협력과 통합을 통한 경쟁력 강화를 추구하고 있어 입지선정시 공급업체와 생산업체, 고객의 지리적 위치와 연결성을 고려한 물류요인이 중요해지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다중적 의사결정 기준을 반영하여 입지 선정요인의 상대적 중요성을 평가하고 그 중에서 물류요인의 중요성의 분석 및 국내 주요플랜트 입지 후보지를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 석유화학플랜트 입지선정 요인의 우선순위를 연구함에 있어 물류적 요인이 다른 산업경제학적인 요인과 비교하여 어떠한 중요성을 가지는지 분석한 연구로서 의의가 있다. 또한 도출된 상대적 중요성을 바탕으로 현재 석유화학단지의 입지를 평가했다는데 의의가 있다. 이는 석유화학기업들이 향후 플랜트 입지를 신규로 선정할 경우 물류적인 요인을 중요하게 고려해야 할 것이며, 정부나 지방자치 단체가 석유화학단지를 조성하거나 유치할 경우 물류비, 물류연계성과 같은 물류적인 기반이 확보되어야 한다는 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

산업이 발전함에 따라 도로 터널의 사이즈와 길이는 계속적으로 증가해 왔으며 그에 따른 터널에서의 리스크 또한 증가되었다. 도로터널에서 환기방식을 결정할 때는 다양하고 많은 고려사항을 염두에 두어야 한다. 현재로서는 이러한 것들을 체계적으로 고려하여 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 방법론 내지 시스템이 제대로 구축되어 있지 않은 실정이며 대부분 전문가의 경험을 바탕으로 한 주관적 판단에 의존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 경제성 내지 주관적 판단에 국한하여 의사결정이 이루어지던 관행에서 벗어나 안전성, 환경친화성 등도 충분히 고려하여 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 터널별 최적의 환기방식을 선정하기 위한 일련의 절차와 기준을 제시하였다. 이 때 다속성 효용이론과, AHP기법을 적절히 활용하여 전문가 및 설계자의 주관적/정성적 평가를 객관적/정량적으로 측정할 수 있도록 하였으며, 환기 방식별 종합적 효용을 산출할 수 있는 함수를 도출하기까지의 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법론을 바탕으로 보다 합리적인 의사결정이 이루어질 것을 기대한다.
