원자력발전소(原子力發電所)가 지역(地域)의 생산(生産), 소득(所得)과 고용(雇傭)에 미치는 효과(效果) 분석(分析) (Regional Production, Income and Employment Impact of Nuclear Power Plant)

  • The present study has quantitatively assessed the regional production, income and employment impact resulting from the construction and operation of nuclear power plant (NPP) upon the domestic local areas by applying the regional input-output analysis model to the case of Wolsong unit-l site. The conclusions regarding the most likely regional economic impacts upon the wolsong site are summarized as follows: 1. The income multipliers are calculated to be 1.563 for the construction phase and 1.500 for the operation phase. These values are relatively high compared with those of other conventional facilities. 2. The level of total employee's wage induced employment associated with the construction phase has been estimated to be 37,000 while that with the operational phase in 1990 to be 5,610. 3. With relation to the aspect of resident welfare it is found that the industrial sector associated with electricity, gas and water supply have remarkably improved with the construction of the NPP. 4. The NPP siting has induced substantial changes in interindustry (input-output) structures of the Wolsong unit-l site which is one of the rural areas where all the domestic NPPs are sited. Such changes are attributed to the industrial recomposition of the region. 5. With the application of other regional economic analysis models and the use of more sufficient regional data, other detailed studies on the economic impact analysis of domestic NPP-related facility sitings are suggested to be carried out further since the influence of NPP sitings is significant to the national economic impact as well as the regional economic impact.

도로비탈면 녹화공사 평가방법의 개선 방안 연구 - 절토부 토사를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Evaluation Methods for Roadside Slope Revegetation - Focus on the Cut-soil Slope -)

  • Despite the eco-friendly route plan, road slopes were collapsed due to road construction, resulting in human and property damage. To solve this problem, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs established guidelines in 2009 to conduct a test-bed for slope recording considering the conditions of the site and the ecological environment, and divided them into recording quality and economic evaluation. The following results were obtained by analyzing 183 construction methods of cut-soil sections at 60 sites from 2012 to 2018 for road slope afforestation research. Straw net+seedspray, vegetation media spray method 1T, 3T were used the most, and vegetation media spray method 3T(patent) was excellent in quality, and straw net+seedspray was excellent in economics. As a result of analyzing the market unit price and the construction unit price, vegetation media spray method submitted the construction unit price at up to 60% lower than the market unit price. As a result of the analysis of the key factors of the greening method evaluation, the economic assessment had the greatest influence on all evaluation items. Problems in the evaluation method of revegetation were first identified as problems in the allocation of points and secondly as problems in the evaluation criteria. As for the improvement of the economic assessment criteria, the method was proposed to evaluate the same method based on market unit price when the same method was constructed, and not to conduct an economic assessment if there was a difference in market unit price between methods, or to add weight to the scores. Based on the monitoring data of 60 road slopes, this study drew up problems and improvement measures. However, with regard to scoring, research on appropriate scoring is needed by examining the current status.

공동주택공사의 건설용 리프트를 이용한 양중계획 타당성 분석 (A Feasibility Study on Optimal Lifting Planning in the High-rise Apartment Building Construction)

  • 점차 대형화, 고층화되고 있는 공동주택공사에서 작업효율성을 향상시키고자 양중작업의 최적화를 위한 리프트 선정방식의 합리적 절차와 기준이 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 작업효율성 및 경제적 측면에서의 분석을 통하여 양중자재의 종류 및 규격, 건축물의 높이, 공사기간에 따른 건설용 리프트의 합리적 선정 및 운영을 위한 기준을 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 고층화 복잡화되고 있는 공동주택건설 현장여건에 따른 효율적 양중계획 및 관리를 위하여 대표적인 양중장비인 저속형과 중속형 리프트의 작업효율성과 경제성의 비교 분석을 통하여 최적의 선정을 위한 기초적 자료를 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 40층 기준으로 중속형 리프트가 저속형에 비해 약 43%의 작업효율이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 공사의 용도, 규모, 형태, 조건 등에 알맞은 건설용 리프트 선정 기준/지침/규정을 마련하는 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 노후한 아파트들에 대한 사업 대안은 대부분이 재건축이었다. 그러나 건설자원의 고갈과 건설환경의 변화로 리모델링 사업은 노후한 건물의 새로운 관리방안으로 도입되고 있다. 이는 재건축의 사업 추진여부가 건물의 물리적 노후화에 기인하기보다는 기능적, 경제적 이유로 추진되었기 때문에, 리모델링을 통해 건물의 조기 재건축을 방지만 수 있으리라 예상되기 때문이다. 리모델링 사업을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 사업 계획단계에서 합리적인 경제성 검토가 선행되어야 한다. 그러나 국내 리모델링 사업은 초기단계로 경제성 평가에 대한 사례 및 연구가 매우 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고충 임대아파트를 중심으로 주택부문의 리모델링 사업에 대한 합리적 경제성 평가 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Analytic Hierarchical Procedure and Economic Analysis of Pneumatic Pavement Crack Preparation Devices

  • Various approaches have been used in crack preparations and each of the approaches has advantages and disadvantages. Although the routing method has been widely used and seems to be the best approach among the approaches, it is not a complete solution for crack preparation. This paper compares and evaluates a pneumatic crack cleaning device (CCD) developed by Robotics and Intelligent Construction Automation group at Georgia Tech, over existing devices. Surveys were conducted to discover factors that affect the performance of crack/joint preparation work. Then, data for such information were collected via field tests for devices such as router, heat lancer, air blower and CCD. Performed field test results and follow-up interviews demonstrated that the utilization of CCD has potential to offer improvements in productivity, safety, and maintenance cost. An analytic hierarchical procedure (AHP) and economic analyses were conducted. The AHP analysis considered three factors including safety, quality and productivity while the economic analyses examined the alternatives in various ways. The results indicated that the CCD was ranked first and second for the AHP analysis and economic analysis, respectively. In conclusion, the field tests and results revealed that the utilization of CCD achieved satisfactorily in performance, quality, safety and control, and showed that it has high potential in crack cleaning practice.

국가 R&D 산학연협동연구 투자계획안의 경제성 평가에서 자본적 지출의 역할: 목재칩을 이용한 발전소 건설의 경우를 중심으로 (Role of Capital Expenditure in the Economic Evaluation of National R&D Investment Project for Cooperative Research of University-industry-research Institute: Cases of Woodchip Power Plant Construction)

  • 본 연구는 투자계획의 경제성분석 계산과정의 변화가 어떻게 R&D 투자결정에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 목재칩 발전소 건설의 국가 R&D 산학연협동연구의 투자 계획안 경제성 평가를 위해 자본적 지출의 역할을 탐색한다. 연구 결과 자본적 지출항목을 수익성분석에 포함시키는 것만으로도 건설계획의 투자전망에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 국가 R&D 과제의 예비타당성 평가에 여러 산업의 특성을 고려한 계산의 표준화가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

Effects of the Real Estate Transaction Tax on Saudi Arabia's Economic Cycles

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to determine the effects of the Real Estate Transactions Tax (RETT) on the economic cycles of Saudi Arabia. A secondary purpose is to determine the effects of RETT on the construction and real estate sectors of Saudi Arabia. Research design, data and methodology: The data used is retrieved from the General Authority of Statistics, Saudi Central Bank and the World Bank Open Data. Econometric models of multiple linear regression with dummy variables have been conducted to achieve the objectives and to quantitatively verify the hypotheses. Results: With the VAT exemption in real estate transactions and its substitution with RETT, a positive effect on the economy and the real estate sector has been observed. However, this tax reform has not produced any significant effects in the construction sector. Conclusions: The main conclusion of the present research is that the real estate market has a major influence on economic cycles. After the tax reform, a reduction in the contribution of taxes on real estate transactions to GDP was detected. For the construction sector, after the tax reform, it is estimated that there will be an insignificant reduction in the contribution of the real estate price index, and of the taxes on real estate transactions, to GDP.

3D Infill을 활용한 PC 모듈러공법과 기존공법과의 시공프로세스 비교 연구 (A Study on the Comparison of the Construction Process between the PC Modular Construction Method Using 3D Infill and the Existing Construction Method)

  • In accordance with changes in the domestic construction environment, interest in off-site construction methods (factory-manufactured construction methods) including modular construction methods is rapidly increasing. Among various off-site (OSC) construction methods, the front runner is the steel-based box-type modular construction method. Compared to the existing wet construction method, the steel modular construction method is increasing in terms of securing economic feasibility by shortening the construction period and increasing the prefabrication rate. However, due to the recent rise in raw materials and a sharp rise in the exchange rate, the economic feasibility of the wet method is deteriorating compared to the wet method. Therefore, a hybrid between 9-Matrix-based OSC construction methods is considered as a solution, away from the steel-box type combination, and a comparative study of the construction process between each construction method is being conducted. It was analyzed that the PC modular construction method shortened the construction period by 9% compared to the existing steel modular construction method. On the other hand, when comparing the construction period of the Gayang-dong demonstration complex calculated assuming that all modules are applied, it is estimated that there will be a 12% reduction in construction period compared to the steel modular method and a whopping 43% compared to the RC method.

공공 건축물 지열에너지설비 적용에 따른 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Geothermal Energy Facilities Applied to Public Buildings)

  • 본 연구는 건축물 계획단계에서 적용될 지열에너지설비 적용에 있어 효율적인 방안을 제시하려한다. 보다 신뢰성 있는 경제성 평가의 기준제시를 위해 신재생에너지 설비의 공사 내역서를 바탕으로 수선주기, 교체주기를 반영한 유지관리비용과 실질적인 신재생에너지설비 설치를 위한 설계도서에 의한 초기공사비를 산출하여 생애주기비용분석에 사용하였다. 도출된 결과는 건축물 계획단계에서 경제적인 지열에너지설비를 선정하는데 도움이 될 것이라 생각한다.

한국의 동북아 물류중심로드맵 투자우선순위와 개선방안 (Investment Priority and ImProvements in the Northeast Asia Logostics Hub Road Map)

  • Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government to gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia. Current Government has Northeast Asian Economic Hub Strategy including construction of SOC in Northeast Asia for promoting peace, promotion of formation of Northeast Asia Community, logistics hub, Financial hub and national innovation for R&D Cluster. To realize Northeast Asian logistics hub, the Northeast Asia logistics hub road map has undertaken as follows: expansion of logistics infra in Incheon Airport, Busan Port and Gwangyang Port, systematic improvements such as adjustment of investment distribution, special logistics companies, transparent customs in logistics transactions, logistics manpower, improvement of system supporting global logistics and attraction of international logistics companies to the logistics center, construction of seamless and paperless logistics information network, Northeast Asia railway infra. The purpose of this paper is to study investment priority and improvements in the Northeast Asia Logistics Hub Road Map and to contribute to gain the national competitive advantage as logistics hub in Northeast Asia
