생태적 보전가치 평가를 통한 자연공원 계획에 관한 연구 - 황매산 군립공원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Natural Park Plan through Ecological Conservation Value Evaluation -A Case Study on Mt. Hwangmaesan(Mt.) County Park -)

  • This study is intend to evaluate natural conservation value, and to suggest natural park plan based on conservation value evaluation. In this study evaluation items are selected through related studies about ecological conservation evaluation, and evaluation items in this study can be classified into 2 aspects, ecological environment and topographic environment. After each evaluation items are overlaid with GIS program, management levels are derived from comprehensive overlaid maps of each evaluation items. Management areas can be classified into 5 levels; Critical Conservation Area, Conservation Area, Restoration Area, Passive Usable Area, Active Development Area and Settlement Area. So management areas can be matched each management levels to land use of natural park, that is district of preservation, district of natural environment, district of settlements and district of mass facilities. This study have good enough to evaluate ecological value for natural park plan, but, it is difficult to evaluate conservation value only with maps of each evaluation items, so it needs supplementary field survey for precise conservation value evaluation.

Exploration on the Development and Characteristics of Composites Painting in the Contemporary Art Ecology

  • The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture. In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting. In the development of artistic ecological comprehensive painting, it is necessary to put forward technical requirements and standards that meet the development of modern industry according to the characteristics and methods of ecological painting. The author of this paper discusses the necessity and social value of artistic ecological painting creation from the artist's point of view, expounds the practical achievements of ecological painting from the perspective of the history and present situation of the development of ecological aesthetics at home and abroad, and gives the concept and creative method of contemporary art comprehensive material painting in combination with his own actual situation.

친환경인증학교의 생태면적률 실태분석에 관한 연구 (Condition Analysis of Biotope Area Rate in Certified Environmental-Friendly Schools)

  • Biotope area rate and ecological environment planning for school campuses are closely related, and we can say that ecological environment of a school that has high biotope area rate is of high ecological value. Taking that into account, in this paper, we are going to have a look at the relationship between the elements of ecological environment plan for environment-friendly schools and the biotope area rate, and we are going to come up with a method how we can increase ecological value of ecological environment and biotope area rate in a school campus through analyzing the actual biotope area rate of certified environmental-friendly schools.

Water Quality Simulation of the Reservoir Using Ecological Model

  • Water quality of the Koejong-reservoir was estimated by using the ecological model to evaluate the effects of industrial sewage discharge. State variables consist of POC, DOC, phytoplankton, DIP, DIN, DO and COD. Initial conditions for the compartment are applied to the model based on the observed results. The reproducibility was found to be satisfactory with the relative error ranging between the calculated value and the observed value. Water quality simulation was conducted by applying additional industrial sewage discharge into the Koejong-reservoir. The concentrations of COD, Chl.a, DIP and COD showed fluctuations of a narrow range. The increment percentages of Chl.a, COD and DIP were 26.6%, 20.2% and 18.2%, respectively. In the case of DO, the concentration decreased 4.8%.

생태학적 관점에서 본 주부의 생활 폐기물 재활용 행동에 관한 인과적 분석 (Ecological Modeling of Urban Housewives' Recycling Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study were (1) to investigate the effect of environments on the ecological value orientation (2) to examine the effect of environments and ecological value orientation on housewives' recycling behavior and (3) to analyze the hypothesized causal model of the housewives' recycling behavior in order to explain direct and indirect effects of the selected variables. 687 samples were selected from housewives living in Seoul. Cronbach's a, descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression were used for data analysis The major findings are as follows: Housewives' recycling behavior In conclusion the result of the path analysis explained the contribution of variables on housewives' household recycling. It was found that the ecological value orientation makes the most significant contribution to household recycling.

대구광역권의 환경용량 및 생태계용역가치 평가 (An Assessment of Environmental Carrying Capacity and Ecosystem Service Value in the Daegu Metropolitan Area)

  • 본 연구는 대구광역권을 대상으로 생태적발자국(Ecological Footprint: EF) 지수 분석을 통해 도시의 환경용량을 산정하고 생태계의 용역가치를 평가하여 우리의 소비패턴이 생태계에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 1997년, 2002년, 2007년의 각 도시별 통계연보를 통해 데이터를 수집하였으며, 2007년 토지지목별 평균공시지가를 생태계용역가치(Ecosystem Service Value: ESV) 평가에 활용하였다. 도시별 총 EF지수 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 2007년 고령군의 EF지수가 3.3052gha로 가장 높게 나타났으며 반면, 대구시는 2.0134gha로 가장 적은 면적으로 소비하는 것으로 평가되었다. 다음으로 생태적자 분석 결과, 2007년 군위군을 제외한 7개 도시가 생태적자 상태로 분석되어 도시의 환경용량을 초과하는 것으로 평가되었다. 특히, 대구광역시가 현재의 소비구조로 지속하기 위해서는 약 30배 이상의 추가적인 면적이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 대구광역시를 기준으로 ESV 평가 결과를 살펴보면, 대구광역시민은 연간 1인당 1,078.6백만 원을 생태계에 빚지고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

농촌경관 생태계서비스 가치를 고려한 관리지표 개발 (Development of Rural Ecological Landscape Management Indicator considering Ecosystem Service Value)

  • The interest on rural ecological landscape has recently grown on the part of policy makers for rural development. While considerable efforts and resources have been invested to preserve and utilize rural landscape, we still lack a systematic means to quantify and evaluate ecosystem service value of the rural landscape and management status. So this study suggests rural ecological landscape management indicator considering ecosystem service value. It consists of 28 criteria and 107 subcategories, which can be applied to rural village. And We have applied ecosystem service value assessment and resident's management status on three villages, Moondang village, Yonggye village, and Sesim village.

광역생태축과 국토환경성평가지도를 활용한 지자체 광역생태네트워크 구축 방안 (Method of Developing the Regional Ecological Network for Local Government using the National Ecological Network and the Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map)

  • 급속한 경제성장으로 인한 대규모의 개발들은 산림, 농지 등 넓은 면적의 야생 동식물의 서식지의 훼손 및 단절을 유발하였다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 국토의 자연생태계를 하나의 유기체로서 인식하고, 생태적으로 우수한 서식지의 지속적인 관리를 통하여 자연생태계를 보전해야 한다. 특히 지자체에서는 생태적 연결성뿐만 아니라 환경생태적 우수성까지 고려한 광역생태네트워크를 구축하여 지자체 개발관련 계획에 적극 반영해야 한다. 이를 위해 국토의 생태적 연결성을 평가한 광역생태축과 우리나라의 환경생태적 가치를 정량적으로 분석하고 평가하기 위한 평가지도인 국토환경성평가지도의 환경생태적 평가 결과를 활용하여 지자체 광역생태네트워크 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 경상남도 사례로 지자체 광역생태네트워크를 구축하였으며, 구축 결과 기존에 구축되었던 광역생태축의 핵심지역 $2,986km^2$과 완충지역 $2,940km^2$가 확장되어 핵심지역은 $4,049km^2$, 완충지역은 $3,006km^2$으로 결과가 도출되었다. 개발계획 시 이러한 광역생태네워크의 참조는 지자체 생물다양성 증진과 생태계 보호를 포함한 지자체 통합적 환경관리에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study is to make value estimating system to valuate prototype landscape of rural and to derive itemized importance to select priority preservable object The results of the study are summarized as follows, It is examined value estimating standard by analyzing prototype landscape related previous study, law and order. Also, It is derived conclusive prototype landscape value estimating system by doing attribute assessment of preserving objects while surveying the site and interviewing professionals, Value estimating system is classified into five items of physical value which are integration, harmony, diversity, symbolism and aesthetics, The historical-cultural value are divided into four categories which are religious value, originality, historicity and scarcity, The communal values are divided into three categories which are sociality, continuing and regional locality and also divided into three categories which are rarity, primitiveness and diversity as the ecological value, Relative priority of prototype landscape value estimating system result is derived as historical-cultural value as the superior position and physical value, communal value and ecological value as the priority order. In the subordinate, historical categories are derived to be the most valuable and originality, symbolism, integration, regional locality, continuing, harmony, aesthetics, religious value, primitiveness, diversity of physical values and diversity of ecological value in order of the priority assessment The results of the study have the meaning of practical use in prior selection and preservation plan of preserving prototype landscape as practical alternative plan for systematical preservation of damaging prototype landscape.
