Recent years, many industries acknowledge that environmental substantiality of products must be an essential role and it is one of the major importances for industries to consider the environmental impacts of products at the early stages of product development. This study investigated eco-design parameters and $CO_2-eq$. emissions in each stage of raw material acquisition, manufacturing, transportation, use and disuse in life cycle of touch monitor stand based on Eco-Design. In this study, to fulfill of Eco-Design, the environmental impact assessment of through LCA(Life cycle assessment) was carried out with benchmarking monitor stand and we suggested the direction of new design of touch monitor stand mechanism based on eco-friendly considerations. New design based on LCT(Life Cycle Thinking) showed that the following eco-friendly considerations at the early stage of design to be helpful to reduce GWP(Global Warming Potential) [kg $CO_2-eq$.] in new monitor stand development and it is necessary for Eco-Design process of the product.

This study aimed to determine eco-friendly factors on the aspects of library service, materials provided or handled by the library, and programs including educational programs. Furthermore, it was setup to perform a trial evaluation for the eco-friendliness of the library based on the determined evaluation standards by this study. Results are as follows; First, regarding the question of 'Do employees of the library think that establishment of green libraries is necessary?', the employees of the libraries responded yes by 65.52%, but only 4.6% responded that it would not be necessary. Second, in analyzing the most important evaluation areas of green libraries according to the opinions of the libraries' employees, they were ranked in order: the indoor environment, energy and prevention of environmental pollution, and material and resource areas. Third, 11 areas were determined to evaluate the level of greening in the libraries; the highest averages were scored 510 for the area of energy and prevention of environmental pollution, 415 for the area of library resource, and 320 for the area of indoor environment. Last, the libraries were graded based on actual data according to the results to measure the level of greening, two libraries were graded as Diamond, the highest grade, accounting for 15.39% of all libraries; Gold and Silver grades accounted for another 15.39%, together five Certified graded libraries accounted for 38.46%, which was the highest rate among the libraries. Any library scoring less than 20% when compared to the full score was graded as Non-certified, and one library, which scored 15.06% fell into this category. The results of this study set up to serve as basic data for the direction of development for green libraries in our country, as well as reference for the employees of libraries in constructing or remodeling library buildings, establishing service infrastructure, providing information service, and planning library duties in an eco-friendly way.

교통분야의 환경오염, 석유자원고갈, 지구온난화 문제 등으로 내연기관 중심의 기존 교통시스템은 전기화를 기반으로 빠르게 재편되고 있다. 이에 수송효율이 뛰어난 친환경 대중교통수단이 향후 시장에 지속적으로 보급될 예정이다. 본 연구는 친환경 대중교통 수단들의 성공적인 도입을 위하여 대중교통 수단들의 기술적·사회적 요인들에 대한 이용 승객들의 인지적 특성을 비교분석하여 서비스 향상을 위한 방향 제시를 목표로 한다. 설문조사(N=485)를 통해 7가지 교통수단(전기버스, 수소버스, 경유버스, CNG버스, 지하철, 전기택시, 내연기관 택시)에 대한 7가지 요인(친환경성, 차내 청결성, 혼잡성, 도시 이미지, 가격경쟁력, 좌석 편안함, 승차감)의 평가가 진행되었으며, 이를 주성분분석을 활용해 분석하였다. 분석결과 잠재적 이용 승객들은 친환경 버스의 친환경성 및 도시 이미지 상승에 큰 기대를 가지고 있었으며, 기존 버스대비 차내 청결성 및 승차감도 뛰어날 것이라는 인식을 가지고 있음이 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 통하여 친환경 대중교통 수단들에 대한 승객들의 인지적 특성을 파악할 수 있었으며, 이들 결과가 친환경 교통수단의 이미지 포지셔닝 및 서비스 향상을 위한 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The objective of study is to propose theoretical basis for applying planning elements to Environment-friendly Public Land Development in integrated perspective of 'eco' and 'health'. For this purpose, First, the definition of 'Environment-friendly Public Development' and the interrelation between 'eco' and 'heath' as the component element of it are proposed. Secondly, based on internal and external case studies, eco and health related planning elements are deprived. And to assess the planning elements efficiently, representative planning elements are selected by each content. Thirdly, based on the analysis of specialist question, how the selected planning elements contribute to the improvement of human health and ecosystem is assessed. The result of study could be useful to reflect the regional condition and to predict the effect of the application.

This study aims to investigate the sound absorption ability of Acanthopanax senticosus wastes as an eco-friendly sound-absorbing material. The sound absorption coefficient was examined with different heights of A. senticosus wastes filling (40, 60, 80, and 100 mm) in impedance tubes. The sound absorption peaks shifted to a lower frequency as the height of A. senticosus wastes inside the tubes increased. The sound absorption ability at filling heights of 80 and 100 mm was obtained as 0.3M and 0.5M grades, respectively, based on KS F 3503. The results suggest that A. senticosus wastes exhibit good sound absorption ability and can therefore be used as an efficient, eco-friendly sound-absorbing material.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the national image on the intention to repurchase Korean cosmetics products from the perspective of consumers. This study investigated the effect of the Korean national image on the repurchase intention through the perceived quality and eco-friendly product image for Mongolian consumers. This study conducted a survey of Mongolian consumers, and the survey was conducted online with a total of 110 people. The analysis method was verified using the SPSS 18 program. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the national image had a positive and significant effect on Mongolian consumers' intention to repurchase Korean cosmetics. In addition, it was found that perceived quality or ecofriendly product images play a mediating role in the relationship between the national image and the intention to repurchase cosmetics.

Growing environmental awareness around the world has made environmental issues increasingly important in business. While most past research has focused on consumers' sustainable morals and lifestyles as the main motivations for eco-friendly consumption, few studies have examined the effect of traditional marketing programs on sustainable consumption. In this study, the author posited that delicate visual cues in store retail environments, particularly visual cues of the store interiors, affect the ways consumers evaluate the brand. The author specifically tested the effect of visual congruence, or the perceived fit between brands and visual cues in retail atmospheres, on perceived brand image and trust. The results of the online survey of 622 U.S. consumers indicated that visual congruence has a significant positive effect on consumer trust in the brand. The author also hypothesized that environmental concerns would moderate the relationships. consumers' subjective environmental concerns do not moderate the positive effect of visual congruence on trust in the brand.

메타게놈(metagenome)은 연구실에서 배양이 불가능한 미생물을 포함한 자연계에 존재하는 미생물의 유전자를 직접 연구하는 학문분야이다. 지구상 거의 모든 자연, 인공 환경에서 살고 있는 미생물 DNA를 분리 정제하는 것이 가능하며, 재조합 DNA 기술 등을 이용하여 배양 가능한 숙주미생물에 메타지놈을 클로닝함으로서 메타지놈 라이브러리를 제작할 수 있다. 최근 메타게노믹스를 통하여 자연계에 존재하고 있는 대다수의 미생물들이 실험실에서 배양되지 않았던 이유를 구명할 수 있게 되었고, 그들이 가지고 있는 생태학적인 의미와 역할에 대한 이해와 더불어 점차 그 응용 분야와 범위도 확대되고 있다. 이와 같은 메타게놈의 응용 분야 확대의 한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 새로운 제초활성 물질 및 제초활성 물질 생산에 필요한 유전자를 확보하기 위해 메타게놈 라이브러리를 대상으로 오이 떡잎절편 검정, 미세조류 생장저해 검정, 종자발아 저해 검정의 HTS (high throughput screening) 시스템을 구축하였고, 구축된 시스템으로부터 선발된 최종 단일 클론인 9-G1과 9-G12의 바랭이에 대한 in vivo assay를 통해 본 연구에서 개발한 HTS 시스템의 유효성을 확인 하였다. 후속연구로서 활성단일클론이 만들어내는 제초활성물질의 동정 및 제초활성물질을 합성하는 유전자군에 대한 연구를 수행 중에 있다.

BACKGROUND: Some microorganisms extant in nature have ability to suppress various plant pathogens, and also can promote plant growth. Thus microorganisms are such great source of antimicrobial agents to develop antagonistic microorganism production and eco-friendly crop management. We isolated the microorganisms in various eco-friendly formulations. The suppressive abilities against plant pathogens have been characterized in vitro level. METHODS AND RESULTS: The indigenous microorganisms have been isolated from Cooked rice, Black sugar, Rice Bran, and Red clay using dilution plating method. Population of bacteria and fungi were above 107 in the all formulations. We isolated and pure cultured the microorganisms based on morphological characteristics. Three major plant pathogens (Fusarium oxysporum, Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora capsici) have been used to select antagonistic microorganisms. Total 20 bacteria and 9 fungi showed the pathogen growth suppression ability in vitro condition. The selected microorganisms were identified by ITS sequence similarity. CONCLUSION: All tested eco-friendly formulations contained high-density of the microorganisms. Among the isolated microorganisms, Bacillus spp. and Streptomyces spp. showed the most effective antifungal activity against the plant pathogens such as F. oxysporum, R. solani, and P. capsici. Among the selected fungi Trichoderma sp. demonstrated antifungal activity. Our results suggest that the currently adapted eco-friendly formulations might useful for sustain agricultural system.

본 연구에서는 새벽배송의 물류서비스품질(주문품질, 배송품질, 사후서비스품질)과 고객만족 간의 영향 및 친환경 태도의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위하여 선행연구를 바탕으로 변수를 구성하였다. 새벽배송 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌으며 210개의 설문지를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0에 의해 분석되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 새벽배송의 물류서비스품질은 고객만족에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 새벽배송의 배송품질이 고객만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 새벽배송 물류서비스품질과 고객만족과의 관계에서 친환경 태도의 조절효과를 검정한 결과, 물류서비스품질 중 주문품질의 경우 친환경 태도에 따른 그룹 간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.
