As the offshore oil and gas upstream industry moves into deeper water, the FPSOs are the cost-effective solution. In the harsh environment such as in North Sea, station keeping and heading control capability obtained through the DP and Position Mooring (DPM) system of FPSOs play important roles to keep the safety. This paper introduces the concept, function and sub-system of the DPM systems which has been applied for the North Sea FPSOs since the late 1980s. The requirements and guidelines of some internationally recognized standards are also described, which are important to build the design basis at the early phases of the project.

We report on a detailed study on gap-state distribution in thin amorphous silicon layers(a-Si:H) with film thickness between 5 nm and 20 nm c-Si wafers performed by UV excited photoelectron spectroscopy(UV-PES). We measured how the work function, the gap state density, the position of the Fermi-level and the Urbch-energy depend on the layer thickness and the doping level of the ultra thin a-Si:H(n) layer. It was found, that for phosphorous doping the position of the Fermi level saturates at $E_F-E_V$=1.47 eV. This is achieved at a gas phase concentration of 10000 ppm $PH_3$ in the $SiH_4/H_2$ mixture which was used for the PECVD deposition process. The variation of the doping level from 0 to 20000 ppm $PH_3$ addition results in an increase of the Urbach energy from 65 meV to 101 meV and in an increase of the gap state density at midgap($E_i-E_V$=0.86eV) from $3{\times}10^{18}$ to $2{\times}1019cm^{-3}eV^{-1}$.

The main purpose of this study is to find the factors affecting the consumer goods buyers' choice on e-commerce sites in Vietnam. By using the quantitative method, the paper examines the theoretical research model and tests four hypotheses. The sample was drawn from the population of e-commerce sites in Vietnam comprising about 1,000 respondents. This study used the questionnaire method to collect primary data to test the hypotheses. Data analysis of the questionnaire was done using SPSS. The results show that there is a correlation between personal preferences of consumers on colors and brands and their actual final choice on e-commerce sites in Vietnam. The most important factor affecting the consumer goods buyers' choice on e-commerce in Vietnam is the brand of E-commerce site, following by the color and position. Among all educational groups, respondents with a Master degree pay the biggest attention to the site's color attribute, and those with a Bachelor degree pay more attention to the brand attribute. Women pay much more attention to the location of the products on the screen than men, as do consumers with a PhD degree, over respondents with a Bachelor or Master degree, and foreigners over Vietnamese consumers.

The purpose of study was to investigate the kinematic variables of Kenmotsu motion in Parallel bars. To this study, by 3 dimensional kinematical analysis of 4 male national gymnasts participants in the 28th Athens Olympic Game in 2004, kinematic data collected using video camera. Coordinate data were smoothed by using a fourth-order Butterworth low pass digital filter with cutoff frequency of 6Hz. The conclusions were as follows. 1. In P2, because the constrained swing movement made the movement of a rising back difficult7, the movements of Reg. were performed at low position after Air phase. 2. In E5 event, for the shake of a stable handstand and applied techniques like a Belle(E-value), a Belle Piked(super E-value), a vertical velocity in E2, a horizontal velocity in E3 and a vertical velocity in E4 were necessary for high velocities. 3. In E4 event, it was appeared that for a flexible body's movement of a vertical up-flight, the large angle of the shoulder joint and the flexion & extension of the hip joint were necessary in Air phase and a long flight time and vertical displacement made Reg. movements stable at the high position.

19대 총선에서 특정 후보의 이름을 포함하도록 정한 통합식별아이디 이포지션(ePosition)을 기반으로 후보 개인 맞춤형 LBSNS 앱을 기획하여 개발하고 선거기간 동안 홍보 목적으로 활용하였다. 선거를 전후하여 본 LBSNS 앱이 후보의 지지율 변화에 어느 정도 기여했는지 정량적으로 그 영향을 분석하였다. 대전광역시 6개 지역구 24명의 후보를 대상으로 개인 맞춤형 LBSNS 앱을 활용한 후보와 그렇지 않은 후보를 구분하여 선거운동 기간 동안 언론에 공개적으로 발표된 지지율과 개표 결과를 바탕으로 개인별 지지율 변화를 비교하였다. 해당 앱을 활용한 3명의 후보는 각각 12.6%, 11.4% 및 11.2%씩 두 자리 수의 지지율 상승이 있었지만 나머지 21명의 후보들은 지지율 변화는 모두 3% 이내로 머물러 개인맞춤형 스마트폰 앱을 활용함으로써 후보 지지율 상승에 상당한 효과가 있었다.

최근, e-스포츠, e-게임을 포함하는 e-레저를 위한 새로운 콘텐츠가 요구되고 있다. 이러한 요구로 사람을 추적 대상으로 하는 e-레저용 모바일 AR 연구가 진행되고 있다. e-레저 모바일 AR은 실외환경에서 사용되기 때문에, 원거리에서의 추적 성능이 중요하다. 그러나, snow, snapchat 등과 같은 기존 모바일 AR은 원거리에서 추적 성능이 낮은 단점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 실외환경에서의 e-레저 모바일 AR을 제안한다. 제안된 e-레저 모바일 AR은 색상 마커 및 인체비를 이용하여 실외환경(원거리)에서 머리의 위치를 추적하고, 추적된 위치에 가상의 객체를 증강한다. 제안된 e-레저 모바일 AR의 성능은 추적 성능 및 연산 시간의 측정 실험을 통해 검토되었다.

In this paper, we study the position vectors of a spacelike W-curve (or a helix), i.e., curve with constant curvatures, with spacelike, timelike and null principal normal in the Minkowski 3-space $\mathbb{E}_1^3$. We give some characterizations for spacelike W - curves whose image lies on the pseudohyperbolical space $\mathbb{H}_0^2$ and Lorentzian sphere $\mathbb{S}_1^2$ by using the positions vectors of the curve.

This paper presents a fuzzy predictive sliding mode control for high performance induction motor position drives. A new simplified inner-loop sliding-mode current control scheme based on a nonlinear mathematical model of an induction motor is introduced. Novel predictive fuzzy logic PI and PID controllers are used in speed and position loops, respectively. Sliding-mode current controllers and fuzzy predictive logic controllers are designed based on indirect vector control. The overall system performance is examined under different dynamic operating conditions. The performance of the drive system is robust and stable, and insensitive to parameters and operating condition variations even though non-exact system parameters are used in the implementation of the proposed controllers.

정지 위성 궤도의 평균 궤도 요소를 비 특이점 궤도 요소 항으로 연구하였다. 실제 위성의 위치는 평균 궤도로부터 단주기 섭동 만큼 위성 위치가 진동하는데, 그 진동의 진폭은 1800m 이하이다. $e_c$ 와 $e_s$의 평균값도 얻었다.

It has recently shown that a solenoid valve can be utilized in a hydraulic position-control system by discontinuous control methods. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of solenoid valves on the response characteristics of a hydraulic position-control system by applying two kinds of discontinued control methods i.e., Simple On-Off (SOF) and Pusating On-Off(POF) controls. Three types of solenoid valves i.e. low-frequency, closed-center type (LF/C), high-frequency, closed-center type (HF/C), low-frequency, tandem-center type(LF/T) were used in this study. Effects of loading conditions and control parameters on the response characteristics were experimentally examined and compared each other. Pressure transients within the actuator were also studied.
