Smart Healthcare System as an Open Platform (Shesop) is an integrated healthcare system and have several features, one of them is Steppy Application. Steppy does count your step and display on Shesop website. In this system security issues are not properly addressed, while Personal Health Record (PHR) patient stored in the cloud platform could be at risk. In fact, the huge electronic information available online, people needs reliable and effective technique for privacy preserving. In order to improve the security of data which are displayed on the Shesop website, so that anyone who access could not tamper without permission. Recently Xu et al. showed a pseudonym scheme using smart card as a solution in e-health systems which uses discrete logarithm problem with cyclic group. In this paper, we adopt their scheme and use it application into smartphone using Near Field Communication (NFC) to construct security in Steppy apps.

In this paper, to introduce synthetic concept of electronic cash that it solved disability elements of e-money issued by existing operators. In addition, a wireless network offers enhanced features due to RFID-technology. Moreover, The mobile phones, easy deployment, equipped with electronic money functions and should be give a convenience of mutual gift. Finally, To introduce concept of coin purse that it gets out of the inconvenience possession and loss of the concerns, casting cost about coin.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference of performance between banks with electronic-based banking service and banks without electronic-based banking service in Korea. The performance indicators we use are DEA efficiency and profitability such as NI, ROA and ROE. The findings are that the performance of bank with electronic banking service are significantly different from that of bank without electronic banking service in DEA efficiency, financial efficiency(cost and revenue) and profitability. But there are some differences among the type of electronic-based service channel that banks provide. The banking channels comprise two major groups: the traditional channels and e-channels. E-channels provide cost-saving for banks and their clients. Among them, only card-related ATM significantly affects the profitability of banks in the positive direction, and technical efficiency also affects the bank's profitability. But the others do not affect.

A Study on the Information Security System of Fin-Tech Business In traditional electronic commerce, there have not been severe issues of trading information through documents in paper or the closed EDI. The scale of e-commerce has increased as internet develops, however, turning to the online e-commerce, which caused a number of issues such as authentication, information forgery, and non-repudiation between the parties. To prevent conflicts from such troubles and perform the post management, security technologies are applied throughout the process of e-commerce, certificates intervening. Lately, meanwhile, FinTech has been creating a sensation around the mobile payment service. Incidents of information leakage from card corporations and hackings imply the need of securing safety of the financial service. Development and evolution of FinTech industry must be accompanied by information protection. Therefore, this research aims to inquire into the information security system of leading FinTech company in a foreign country.

Background: To evaluate the influences of Eye movement program applied to elderly people on static balance. Methods: The subjects consisted of fourteen elderly people. The subjects were divided into two group. The control group (n=7) received no exercise and/or stimulation. The Eye movement program training (E/P) group (n=7) performed balance training using word card and batom. E/P group were accomplished during 4weeks (5 day/week, 60 min/day). All tests were completed before and after experiment. The static balance ability was measured by normal standing when eye open and close on good balance system, respectively. For each case, the experimental data were obtained in 3 item; mean X speed, mean Y speed and velocity moment. Results: The result of this study were as follows: 1. In E/P group, the statistically significants were shown on only mean Y speed in the case of normal standing when eye open (p<.05), but the statistically significants were not shown on mean X, Y speed and velocity moment in the case of normal standing when eye close (p>.05). 2. In control group, the statistically significants were not shown on all posture (p>.05). 3. There was a statistically significant difference on the mean Y speed and velocity moment in the case of normal standing when eye open between control group and E/P group (p<.05). Conclusions: The above results revealed that balance training using Eye movement program were partly effective for improving the static balance ability.

The leaking of personal information is mostly occurred by internal users. The confidential information such as credit card number can be disclosed or modified by system manager easily. The secure storaging and managing scheme for sensitive data of individual and enterprise is required for distributed data management. The manager owning private data is needed to have a weight which is a right to disclose a private data. For deciding a weight, it is required that system is able to designate the level of user's right. In this paper, we propose the new algorithm named digit-independent algorithm. And we propose a new data management scheme of gathering and processing the data based on digit-independent algorithm. Our sharing and recovering scheme have the efficient computation operation for managing a large quantity of data using weight table. The proposed scheme is able to use for secure e-business data management and storage in ubiquitous computing environment.

The goal of this study is to recommend a new type of stage-discharge rating curve ($Q=p(h-e)^{\beta}-{\gamma}$) useful for satisfying divergence, and one other seemingly irresolvable problem related to exited rating curves, while also extending this rating curve model. The problem of divergence is that during the finding of the CZF (cease-to-zero flow) parameter e and while minimizing the sum of total errors of the estimated curve, the exponential parameter ${\beta}$ become an abnormally large value. The insoluble problem is that when the value e is greater then the recorded minimum at the gauged stage, it is impossible to have a negative logarithm value (h-e). The two problems above can be satisfied by adapting the control value ${\gamma}$, which affects the reduction of ${\gamma}$ and gives us the possibility of controlling (h-e) over zero. The study results show that the effects of parameter ${\gamma}$ are very similar to that of e when conducting physical and sensitivity analyses. This system can be used towards developing a new stage-discharge rating curve for river discharge, for use in evaluating the acceptability of existing stage-discharge rating curves generated by using hydrologic analyses at all stations.

The specific attributes of aroma quality of canned tuna meat were investigated before and during refrigerated storage. Fresh, cooked tuna, beefy and meaty flavor notes of canned tuna meat were changed to card-boardy(1 week storage), oxidized fat-like(2 weeks storage), fatty acid-like and heavy oxidized fat-like(3 weeks storage), and then moldy and painty(4 weeks storage) flavor notes during storage in refrigerator at $4^{\circ}C.$ More than 126 peaks of volatile compounds collected from canned tuna meat were separated on Carbowax 20M capillary column of gas chromatographic analysis. Of the peaks, 54 compounds were identified by mass spectral data, matching $I_E$ values, and sniffing the effluent of each peak from GC detector. The contents of many low molecular weight compounds eluted with early retention times were decreased, whereas some other new compounds eluted with longer retention time were formed during storage. The compounds increased up to 3 weeks of storage and then decreased at extended storage time(4 weeks) were 1-penten-3-ol, 3-penten-2-ol, heptanal, limonene, 1-pentanol, octanal, 1-hexanol, nonanal, 2-octanone, 2-nonanone, 1-heptanol, benzaldehytde and some methyl substituted benzenes. p-Thiocresol, 2-chlorophenol, and 2-heptylthiophene were formed after 4 weeks of storage, but not detected in fresh canned tuna. Therefore, these compounds could be used as indicators for the quality changes during refrigerated storage.

In B2B e-Commerce(Business to Business Electronic Commerce) market, many companies use B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Service. Guarantee service raised the stability of collect debts for seller, and made purchase fund for buyer. The purpose of this study is development of KPI (Key Performance Index) for measuring performance and improving service quality. Through analysis for 'B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service based on RFID', the study developed KPI and made the case. The study suggests KPI of B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service based on RFID by IT BSC(Balanced Scorecard) model. The process of developing KPI is 4 phase. First phase is connection between service goal and KPI, second phase is make a KPI pool, third phase is development of standard for valuating and selecting index, the last phase is defining and applying of index. This study suggests the standard of measuring performance in B2B e-commerce Guarantee Service and guidelines on revitalization of service in B2B e-commerce industry and the other industry.

In this study, the performance analysis was divided into the public sector and private business sector. The four perspectives of the BSC performance analysis for the private business sector can be applied to all of the enterprises as there are Logical Linkages between the four Perspectives. However, these can not be applied in the same way to the public sector. There is no Logical Linkage between public sector and private sectors. Therefore, since there is no Logical Linkage, the KIX project of the public sector has a constrained condition. With the internal and external perspective views, the BSC of the KIX identifies the quality(operation) factor, user(customer) satisfaction factor, and economic costs effects(finance) factor. Based on the linkage model in both the internal and external perspective views and the BSC performance analysis of these views, a performance analysis model was developed and then performance results were analyzed of the whole KIX project.
