  • 1990년대 이후 전자상거래에 대한 요구와 기대로 인해 각 국가와 Solution업체들은 전자상거래와 관련된 분야에 대한 연구개발에 큰 관심을 보이고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 전자상거래에 대한 연구는 주로 비즈니스 프로세스에 관한 연구가 대부분이었고 전자상거래의 발전에 의해 변화되는 유통구조를 새롭게 적용해야 하는 물류부분에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 발전과 더불어 변화하고 있는 물적 유통에 대한 주요 요구사항의 하나인 물류 수요자(화주)와 공급자(운송회사)의 정보를 관리하고 그 정보를 바탕으로 상호간의 거래를 중개하는 e-Logistics 중개시스템의 구조 설계 및 기능을 제안한다.

Optimal Routing and Uncertainty Processing using Geographical Information for e-Logistics Chain Execution

  • The integrated supply chain of business partners for e-Commerce in cyber space is defined as Logistics Chain if the cooperative activities are logistics-related. Logistics Chain could be managed effectively and efficiently by cooperative technologies of logistics chain execution. In this paper, we propose a routing and scheduling algorithm based on the Tabu search by adding geographical information into existing constraint for pick-up and delivery process to minimize service time and cost in logistics chain. And, we also consider an uncertainty processing for the tracing of moving object to control pick-up and delivery vehicles based on GPS/GIS/ITS. Uncertainty processing is required to minimize amount of telecommunication and database on vehicles tracing. Finally, we describe the Logistics Chain Execution (LCE) system to perform plan and control activities for postal logistics chain. To evaluate practical effects of the routing and scheduling system, we perform a pretest for the performance of the tabu search algorithm. And then we compare our result with the result of the pick-up and delivery routing plan generated manually by postmen.

전자무역시대 농산물 수출물류 활성화 방안 및 과제 (A Scheme of the Agriculture Export Logistics Improvement in E-Trade Era)

  • The DDA negotiations, in 9th multilateral trade round, has focused on nine sectors including agriculture, non-agricultural market access, and service. After August 2004, member countries have intensified negotiations in order to reduce gaps between countries perspective. So most attention of members countries has been focused on agricultural trade and non-agricultural market access. Agricultural negotiation confront tough challenges because of different positions among members countries, and are not expected to reach perfect forms of modalities. Nevertheless based on the fact that many countries nearly reached agreement on some core. Under this circumstance, Korea has to prepare more practical strategics and more effective individual commitments to minimized the agricultural market opening. The other way, some Korean agricultural products will be exported by the DDA negotiation. Recently the understanding of Third-Party Logistics and Logistics Outsourcing are receiving increased attention as means of becoming competitive in agricultural products export improvement. So this paper presents a in-depth analysis for third-party logistics and its implications for Korea agricultural product export system improvement in E-trade Era.

  • 최근들어 인터넷의 발달에 따라 물류 업체간의 정보 및 자료 공유를 통한 협업 프로세스를 구축하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 물류 업체간의 협업 서비스를 구축하기 위한 기반을 제공해주기 위하여 설계된 e-Logistics 통합 플랫폼에 대하여 설명하고, 협업 서비스를 수행하는데 기본이 되는 업체의 서비스 정보를 저장 및 관리할 수 있는 등록저장소에 역할과 e-Business의 통합을 위한 표준인 ebXML을 적용한 설계 방법에 대하여 설명한다

공간시장화에 따른 새로운 비즈니스 분류 프레임워크의 제안과 적용 (The New Framework for Taxonomy of Business Caused by Cyber Space Marketization and Its Application)

  • 본 연구는 산업계 구조변화와 그에 따른 새로운 비즈니스 형태를 체계적으로 분류하고 해석하기 위한 이론과 개념을 수립하고 그것을 토대로 e-business를 포함한 새로운 비즈니스의 분류 프레임워크를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 제안한 모델은 비즈니스의 계층성에 주목한 비즈니스 계층(BL)의 개념, 업계를 연계하는 가치사슬(VC)의 개념, 그리고 실세계(혹은 실 주체)와 가상공간 세계(혹은 가상주체)의 개념을 상징 하는 R/V(Real/Virtual)의 개념을 기본 프레임으로 하여 구성되었으며, 이러한 BL-VC-R/V의 조합을 통해 이론상 해당업계에서 존재할 수 있는 모든 비즈니스의 분류가 가능하다는 점을 보였다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 제안된 프레임워크의 개념을 토대로 e-business의 새로운 정의를 제시하였고, 산업에 본 모델을 적용하여 공간시장화에 따른 구조변화와 그에 따른 비즈니스 분류를 행하였다. 그리고, 비즈니스차원의 관점에서 최근에 거론되고 있는 e-Logistics를 새롭게 정의하였다.

e-Lollapalooza: A Process-Driven e-Business Service Integration System fore-Logistics Services

  • There are two newly emerging research issues in the enterprise information systems literature. One is the scalability issue for rapidly increasing choreographic volumes between interrelated organizations. The other is the business intelligence issue for traceable and monitorable business processes and services interchanging e-Business data and applications across organizations. Based upon these emerging issues, through a functional extension of the ebXML technology we have developed a process-driven e- Business service integration (BSI) system, which is named ‘e-Lollapalooza’. It consists of three major components ? the Choreography Modeler coping with the processdriven collaboration issue, the Runtime & Monitoring Client for coping with the business intelligence issue and the EJB-based BSI Engine coping with the scalability issue. This paper particularly focuses on the e-Lollapalooza’s development aspects for supporting the ebXML-based choreography and orchestration among the engaged organizations in a process-driven multiparty collaboration for e-Logistics and e- Commerce services. Here, it is fully deployed in an EJB-based middleware computing environment for e-Logistics process automation and B2B choreography.

중국 C2C 전자상거래 물류서비스 품질이 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of C2C E-commerce Logistics Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in China)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between C2C logistics service quality(convenience, responsiveness, reliability, information and empathy) customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 252 survey data from consumers who use C2C platform in China. Then using SPSS 24.0 in order to analyze the data. This study used SPSS 24.0 to perform empirical analysis with 252 people who use C2C platform in China. Findings - First, it was confirmed that the quality of logistics service(convenience, responsiveness, reliability, information and empathy) had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, logistics service quality(convenience, responsiveness, reliability, information and empathy) positively affects the customer loyalty. Third, there is also a strong relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Research implications or Originality - It is well known that logistics is an important part of e-commerce. Research on the influence of B2B logistics service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is more currently, but research on C2C is relatively less. Our study contributes the related research area by doing empirical analysis of the relationship between the logistics service quality and customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to provide development suggestions for C2C sellers.
