Expectation and interest about e-CRM are rising for more efficient customer management in on-line including electronic commerce. The decision-making tree can be used usefully as the data mining technology for e-CRM. In this paper, the representative decision making techniques, CART, C4.5, CHAID analyzed the differences in personalization point of view with actuality customer data through an experiment. With these analysis data, it is proposed a new decision-making tree system that has big advantage in personalization techniques. Through new system, it can get following advantage. First, it can form superior model more qualitatively in personalization by adding individual's weight value. Second it can supply information personalized more to customer. Third, it can have high position about customer's loyalty than other site of similar types of business. Fourth, it can reduce expense that cost marketing and decision-making. Fifth, it becomes possible that know that customer through smooth communication with customer who use personalized service wants and make from goods or service's quality to more worth thing.

본 논문에서는 능동적 응급 호출 서비스 지원 ACE시스템을 설계, 구현한다. ACE(Active Emergency call service system) 시스템은 의사전달이 가능한 경증 장애인, 독거노인 및 어린이 등이 사용가능한 E-단말(Emergency Mobile Device), E-단말 실시간 모니터링 관리 기능 및 E-단말의 제어 기능을 가진 E-서버(Emergency Server)로 물리적인 구성을 이루고 있다. E-단말은 저가, 경량으로 개발하고 경증 장애인, 독거노인, 어린이 등이 손쉽게 휴대할 수 있는 크기로 개발한다. E-단말을 통하여 응급 상황을 응급 기관 혹은 E-단말 사용자의 보호자에게 인터넷 및 CDMA 네트워크를 통하여 응급 상황을 알린다. E-서버는 기본적으로 E-단말 관리를 위한 종합적인 관제 시스템으로 개발한다. E-단말의 응급 호출에 대한 실시간 위치 추적기능을 제공하며, 효율적인 E-단말 관리와 양질의 응급 서비스를 위한 실시간 모니터링 기능을 제공한다.

본 연구의 목적은 전자문서를 안전하게 보관하는 국가로부터 인증 받은 제3의 기관인 공인전자문서 보관소에 대해 고찰하고, 공인전자문서보관소 제도가 활성화될 수 있도록 서비스에 대한 발전방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 국내 사업자 3곳과 외국의 유사사례를 조사하고, 서비스를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 공인전자문서보관소에서 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 IT 시스템 위주의 기본서비스에서 발전하여 각 보관소별 특화영역 발굴, 기록관리 컨설팅 업무, 위기관리서비스 실시등의 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기업기록 보존을 위한 공인전자문서보관소 시장을 확대할 수 있는 다양한 비즈니스 모델을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we introduced a POS(Point of Sale) system for a wallpaper company. We designed the database schema for the POS system, and proposed various application areas of the POS system. Especially, we discussed such application areas as inventory control, marketing, product development, and distribution channel. The quality of product management is enhanced by precise ABC inventory control and safety stock control. Marketing strategies can be more precisely established, and their effects can be measured. The development time can be shortened and new products can be developed based on the real market demands. Distributors can improve their management quality using precise sales data.

이 논문에서는 국제 학습 콘텐츠 표준인 SCORM을 지원하는 공개 소프트웨어 기반의 학습관리 시스템을 구축하기 위해, 기존 학습 관리 시스템을 비교 분석하여 무들(Moodle)을 선정하였고 학사관리시스템, 스트리밍서비스 등의 기존 시스템들과 연동 운용함으로써, 공개 소프트웨어 기반 학습관리 시스템의 현실적 가능성을 보였다. 공개 학습 관리 시스템인 무들은 모듈화 구조를 수용해 사용의 편의성과 확장성을 충분히 제공하고 있으며, SCORM지원을 원활하게 하고 있다. 또한, 사회적 구성주의 학습 이론을 기반으로 설계, 구현되어 있다는 중요한 장점을 갖고 있다. 이 연구는 학습 관리 시스템을 포함한 공개S/W 기반 e-Learning시스템 구축이 안정적으로 가능하다는 것을 보였다.

과학기술분야 전문학술지의 학술논문 투고와 심사처리 전과정에 대한 영문전용의 웹기반 시스템을 설계하기 위하여 국내외의 대표적인 사례로 Elsevier Editorial System과 KISTI-ACOMS를 조사하고 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 해양과학기술분야 전문학술지 Ocean Science Journal에 적용할 수 있는 웹기반 논문 투고심사 시스템이 구현되었다. 웹기반 시스템은 기존의 오프라인 논문심사과정에서 발생하는 원고관리, 심사기간의 지연과 원고분실 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 e-journal 전자출판의 기반이 자연스럽게 조성되어 효율적이고 신속한 학술정보 유통환경이 구축된다. 이러한 시스템의 개발과 활용은 과학기술분야 전문학술지의 수준제고 및 국제화 과정에 크게 기여할 것이다.

ATM is the transport method for the broadband integrated services digital networks(B-ISDN). It may replace existing LAN, MAN and WAN technologies such as CSMA/CD, FDDI, Frame relay, X.25, etc. But it is more complicate than existing network technologies. One of the main difficulties in ATM network is performance management. Specifically, the problems are evaluating the performance and tuning the values of the performance parameters, The goal of this paper is to introduce a system architecture designed for ATM network performance management, The major ingredients of the system are generic performance parameters In be measured from ATM network, performance evaluation models and decision criteria concerning the network performance. In this paper, general requirements for performance management application in ATM network are discussed.

Document retrieval (DR) has been a serious issue for long in the field of Office Information Management. Nowadays, our daily work is becoming heavily dependent on the usage of information collected from the internet, and the DR methods on the Web has become an important issue which is studied more than any other topic by many researchers. The main purpose of this study is to develop a model to manage business documents by integrating three major methodologies used in the field of electronic library and information retrieval: Metadata, Thesaurus, and Index/Reversed Index. In addition, we have added a new concept of eDocument, which consists of metadata about unit documents and/or unit document themselves. eDocument is introduced as a way to utilize existing document sources. The core concepts and structures of the model were introduced, and the architecture of the eDocument management system has been proposed. Test (simulation) result of the model and the direction for the future studies were also mentioned.

As information and communication technology advances driving the rapid evolution of e-commerce and e-business becomes on effective marketing means for both business and institutions, the industry deals with these changes and has a profound, positive impact on production and operations management. But the construction industry falls behind compared with other industries in productivity, informationalization, automatization and globalization. Especially even though the informationalization is inevitable in any developing society, a number of construction industries can hardly cope with it properly. As the construction industry gets informationalized and advanced, the introduction of PMIS (Project Management Information System) is making progress actively for the effective construction project control and productivity improvement in construction. With the government officials' political promotion and the rising desire for construction informationalization of enterprises, many are attempting to develop integrated systems or to replace a previous system with a more advanced alternative. Construction Industry, however, has the peculiar properties that the period for the completion of construction is limited and on top of that, most of its data processing systems are seen as being an early stage in the design of management information systems. As a result, there are extremely few applications in the construction industry. In this paper, we propose the PMIS system based on new model 4CM that improves on previous models.

이 논문에서는 공개 소프트웨어 기반의 e-Learning 시스템을 구축하기 위해, 기존 학습 관리 시스템을 비교 분석하여 무들(Moodle)을 선정하였고 학사관리시스템, 스트리밍서비스 등의 기존 시스템들과 연동 운용함으로써, 공개 소프트웨어 기반 e-Learning 시스템의 현실적 가능성을 보였다. 공개 LMS(Learning Management System)인 무들은 LAMP(Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) 환경을 기반으로 하고 있으며 모듈화 구조를 수용해 사용의 편의성과 확장성을 충분히 제공하고 있다. 또한, 사회적 구성주의 학습 이론을 기반으로 설계, 구현되어 있다는 중요한 장점을 갖고 있다. 개발된 시스템은 대학에서 한 학기 동안 7개 강좌를 혼합 학습 모델로 운영이 되었으며 COLLES(Constructivist On-Line Learning Environment Survey), ATTLS(Attitudes to Thinking and Learning Survey) 설문을 통해 참여자들의 높은 만족도를 확인하였고, 공개 S/W 기반의 안정적 e-Learning 시스템이 가능함을 보였다.
