네트워크 기반 건축설계정보 공유 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sharing Architectural Design Information through the Computer Network)

  • The architectural design requires collaboration among various participants, such as architects, clients and engineers in the stages of the design process. Rapid development of information technology enables effective and prompt exchange and sharing of digital architectural information, otherwise should have been exchanged and managed by traditional ways. However, the core technology for supporting this demands has not been fully investigated so far. This paper aims to show the possibility of adopting network based architectural design information sharing system through surveying and analyzing the state-of-the-art network technology and its uses in architectural information exchange among various design actors. To realize these aims, this paper 1) investigates and analyzes the current status of network technology in the architectural and construction practice, 2) suggests systematic information exchange and sharing mechanism for architectural products and drawings data, and 3) demonstrates network based prototypical architectural information system.

  • The unprecedented growth of Internet technologies has made resources on the World-Wide-Web(WWW) instantly accessible to various user communities. While e-commerce has become as an important issue with the growth of the Internet, there are insufficient empirical research efforts concerning its status in Korea. The United States, in contrast, has made significant efforts in making empirical research regarding this issue. In this paper, we demonstrate not only how these contextual differences influence consumer satisfaction with the purchased products/services, but also what contextual constructs make consumers satisfied or dissatisfied. In addition, we tried to find the difference in the factors of consumer satisfaction between a developed country(i.e., United States) and a developing country(i.e., Korea) with regard to e-commerce. The study findings suggest that contextual problems need to be solved before e-commerce provides real benefits for consumers and businesses.

  • 건설업 특성상 공사비용의 약 $40{\sim}60%$가 자재의 구매 및 조달에 투자되는 만큼 B2B e-Marketplace를 통한 건설자재 구매는 최적의 비용과 기존 Off-line에서 낭비된 시간과 절차를 단축 할 수 있다는 점에서 건설기업의 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 건설 B2B e-Marketplace는 중소 건자재 제조회사 및 중소 건설기업 모두에게 비즈니스 범위를 넓혀 줌으로써 대기업 위주의 건설시장에 활력을 일으킬 수 있다. 그러나 현재 국내의 어떤 산업을 막론하고 B2B e-Marketplace는 기대 이하의 저조한 시장 참여로 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 건설업에서도 초기에 보였던 건자재 분야 B2Be-Marketplace의 낙관적 전망은 특정 대기업을 제외하고는 실질적인 이익이나 운영 실적면에서 뚜렷하게 성과를 나타나지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 건설 B2B e-Marketplace의 운영 현황을 사례조사를 통해 파악한다.

정보 제공 에이전트를 이용한 실시간 경매 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a realtime Auction System using information providing agent)

  • Along with the rapid emergence of the Internet and e-commerce, online auctions are hitting the spotlights. The inconveniences found in off-line auctions, such as time and place restriction and limited number of items, are solved in the online auction. However, not so many auction sites have integrated auction information systems, which monitor the present status of auctions, resulting in greater inconvenience for the online auction users. Moreover, there is no auction site that suggests the appropriate starting or closing price that is useful for users when they make, their bids, What the online auction users need is an auction system that can solve such problems. This study is purported for solving the problems by designing and implementing a real time auction system that applies the comparison search functions and the agent functions. In other words, an integrated database system using a bidder-oriented agent for providing information is built so that the users can search and compare the information on the item they are interested in and make a faster and more accurate purchase. Also the appropriate starting and closing prices are offered to the sellers and bidders through the integrated system for a closer and more accurate comparison and analysis of the prices. For future work, the product recommendation service, which accurately reflects the bidding patterns, and the methods for studying the multi bidding pattern will be applied to the suggested system to realize a real time auction information system that supports CRM(Customer Relationship Management) .

Reservation and Status Sensing Multiple Access Protocol in Slotted CDMA Systems

  • This paper proposes a medium access control protocol for integrated voice and data services in slotted CDMA systems. The proposed protocol, which is named as RCSSMA (Reservation Code and Status Sensing Multiple Access), adopts a code reservation and status sensing schemes. RCSSMA protocol gives higher access priority to the voice traffic than data traffic for reducing the packet dropping probability. The voice terminal reserves an available spreading code to transmit voice packets during a talkspurt, whereas the data terminal transmits a packet over one of the available spreading codes that are not reserved by the voice terminals. In this protocol, the voice packets never contend with the data packets. Packet dropping probability and average data packet transmission delay are analyzed using a Markov chain model.

  • Recommender systems have been widely advocated as a way of coping with the problem of information overload in e-business environment. Most of the existing recommender systems focused on what kind of items to recommend, although when to recommend to the target customer considering their context is an important issue. Even right item might be a spam advertisement or wrong recommendation for the customer if it can not be recommended at the right context. It is particularly important for recommendations where the user's context is changing rapidly, such as in both handheld and ubiquitous computing environment. Therefore, we propose CARS (Context-Aware Recommender System) based on CBR and context-awareness for ubiquitous computing environment. CBR is used to generate a target customer class and proper context. Context-awareness is used to gather suer context information from sensors, networks, device status, user profiles, and other sources. An illustrative case example is suggested to explain the procedure of CARS.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analysis the legal aspects of e-commerce, particularly those relate to electronic contract, in China On 23 November 2005, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts, known popularly as the Electronic Communications Convention. China signed it but the convention is not binding yet as it still requires the ratification by three states. On the other hand, China adopted a new act legalizing the electronic signature in 2004. This new act provides electronic signatures with the same legal status as handwritten signatures. But the efficiencies that business hopes to achieve through electronic commerce are not completely reflected in the legal processes necessary to support those hopes.

중국의 전자정부 구축현황과 시사점 (The Current Status and Implications of E-Government in China)

  • 전자정부는 새로운 기술을 이용하여 대중들에게 편리한 정보와 서비스를 제공해줄 뿐만 아니라 서비스의 질을 향상시켜 준다. 오늘날 전자정부는 21세기 국가경쟁력을 높이는 핵심수단으로서 현재 세계 여러 나라가 경쟁적으로 추진하고 있는 대표 프로젝트이다. 국제적으로 전자정부가 보편화되는 추세 속에서 중국 또한 WTO 가입과 함께 전자정부의 발전이 새로운 도전을 맞고 있다. 하지만 이러한 전자정부의 발전과 동시에 많은 문제점들을 드러내고 있다. 특히, 정부와 전자정부에 관련된 법률과 정책이 하나로 통합되지 못하고, 정부의 관리체계를 전환할 수 있는 법적인 근거가 미약하다. 따라서 본 논문은 중국 전자정부의 개념, 추진과정, 구축목적, 관련 정책내용 등 일반적인 사항들을 살펴보고, 한국과 중국의 전자정부 구축현황을 비교하여 시사점을 도출하는데 연구목적이 있다.

  • 세계의료관광 서비스의 시장 규모는 날로 커지고 있으며, 국내 의료관광 시장 또한 높은 성장세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 다양한 정보와 서비스가 정형화되어 있지 않고 정상적인 가격경쟁의 불가 등 의료 서비스 제공으로 인한 문제점이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 이렇게 정형화 되지 않은 의료 서비스 제공으로 인한 문제점이 대두되고 있으며, 이를 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 의료 생태계 조사를 통하여 ICT 기반 한국형 의료관광 서비스 모델을 설계하였다. 우선적으로 국내외 의료 생태계 현황 분석을 진행하여 국내 시장에서의 의료관광 문제점을 파악하고 개선을 위한 주요한 방향성을 제시하여 전략을 수립하였다. 이를 반영하여 국내 실정에 맞으며 고객이 접근 가능하고 편리한 ICT 기반 의료관광 서비스 모델, 클라우드, O2O 서비스 기반 역경매 시스템, 빅데이터 기반 라이프사이클 관리 그리고 모바일 중심 헬퍼 서비스를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 의료관광 서비스 모델은 고객에게 편리함을 제공하며 향후 한국 의료관광 문제점들을 해결하고 활성화에 기여하며 산업적으로도 파급력 있는 효과를 기대한다.

제조부문의 6시그마 활동 운영 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Operational Status of the Six Sigma Action in Manufacturing Industry)

  • Purpose: Most enterprises adopt six sigma acts to maximize the business performance with raising the executiveness for the project improvements in each parts. But there are little studies about six sigma actual operations in manufacturing whether the six sigma improvements that have injected a lot of budget, efforts, labours and time are run properly. Methods: This study select 31 interviewees who have MBB or BB from 5 large enterprises running six sigma over 10 years and 5 SMEs running six sigma over 5 years to understand and review the operational status of six sigma actions in manufacturing industry and to secure representativeness. This study identify the operational status of six sigma actions and key factors enhancing or impeding execution of six sigma projects through face-to-face interviews and online surveys by e-mail. Results: This study figured out the operational status of six sigma actions and key factors enhancing or impeding execution of six sigma projects. We used SPSS 16.0 for the reliability and the validity of survey data. Conclusion: There can be a lot of different factors that affect six sigma project improvements besides the key factors from this study. More study need to think of the organization characteristics and the basic conditions and to remedy the unreasonable points and defects rather than following foreign companies and enterprises.
