  • This study is to examine the effects of e-CRM activities(e-Sales activities, e-Service activities and e-System activities) and trust on loyalty. Particularly, it focuses on the mediating effects of trust on the relationships between e-CRM activities and loyalty. The data is collected from 336 university students over two and half month periods. The results are as follows: Firstly, e-Sales activities, e-Service activities and e-System activities effect exert a significant influence on the trust, but e-Sales activities, e-Service activities and e-System activities do not directly influence on the loyalty. Secondly, trust impacts significantly on loyalty. Finally, in summary, findings confirm the mediating effects of trust on the relationship between e-Sales activities, e-Service activities and e-System activities and loyalty. These results show that if e-commerce firms implement e-CRM activities(e-Sales activities, e-Service activities and e-System activities), their customers will more recognize additional service attributes and the customers' relationships, trust and loyalty with their firms will improve.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies for application of e-portfolio for improving teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers. 35 pre-service teachers wrote reflection papers and uploaded their data to their personal e-portfolio during 10 weeks. They participated in two teaching efficacy surveys which were conducted before and after using e-portfolio. Twelve participants were interviewed regarding their experience and perceptions of e-portfolio. As the result of compared-sample tests, teaching efficacy increased statistically significantly. According to the students' interview, the pros and cons of e-portfolio were identified and the strategies for application of e-portfolio were suggested for improving teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide background information for the improvement of e-Book service task in academic libraries through the task analysis of e-Book service librarians. The semi-structured interviews with 9 participants were analyzed using Activity Theory. The study results showed that participants have used various tools and interacted with diverse people to attain the goals of e-Book services. In addition, the division of labor and rules related to e-Book services were observable. However, there exist some problems in task performance, such as lack of budget, inconvenience of use due to unstandardized e-Book production, and disagreements of opinions. Furthermore, based on participants' responses, the ways of improvement of e-Book services in academic libraries were suggested in the aspects of content, system, and policy.

  • It is important to understand how pre-service teachers perceive e-learning because their prior-experience with e-learning will have a great impact on their teaching after the graduation. Pre-service teachers (401 students) with cyber learning experience, which is a form of e-learning, were selected in 2004 in May and June. Survey was conducted regarding the instructional experience (working hours, tasks and evaluation, satisfaction about cyber learning and its academic achievement, difficulties and suggestions) and instructional methods (instructional activities, frequencies of interaction, strategies of interaction, collaborative activities, behaviors in the group instructional activities for knowledge development). The results are pre-service teachers tent to spend similar v slightly less working hours for cyber learning, similar or slightly less satisfaction level for the instruction and the academic achievement. It was interesting that female students were more negative than males students, considering female students have been more active in online discussion traditionally. Logical presentation of contents and instructional strategies for the cyber learning were the most wanting suggestions. E-mails and BBS for reference materials were the two most used functions in the online learning. The amount and types of tasks were satisfactory. Students did not interact freely during the group activities, they reported they did not learn much through the group activity. During the group work, they consider they do their roles with responsibility while they have slightly negative responses toward other members' contribution in the group activity. Off line meeting is strongly suggested.

  • The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has been increasing non-face-to-face activities; as a result, this has resulted in the number of individuals obtaining medical information from the websites and mobile contents of medical institutions increasing. The study conducted the structural equation modeling to test hypotheses; as a result, all sub-factors of e-service quality of small medical clinic websites and mobile contents, usability, security, responsiveness, design, and information, had a significant positive effect on relationship quality, and relationship quality had a significant positive effect on e-Loyalty. Moreover, the structural equation model showed a good model fit, χ2/df of 2.021, NFI of .954, TLI of .969, CFI of .976, RMSEA of .046. Future research is suggested to study relationship quality by developing a system able to quickly and accurately respond to websites and mobile contents users; furthermore, improving e-service quality and relationship quality is likely to strengthen e-loyalty.

  • In this study, the marketing activity of medical service providers via Internet was considered as a new technology for approaching this problem and the consumers' acceptance of the new marketing activity was analyzed through the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) path analysis. The path analysis was conducted for the non-insured medical departments and the insured medical departments. The path analysis revealed that the consumers felt usefulness of the marketing activity of non-insured medical service providers, which means that they have intention to accept and are satisfied with the Internet marketing activity provided by non-insured medical service departments. On the other hand, in the case of insured medical service, it was clarified that the 'easy of use' preferentially affects the users' intention of accepting the marketing activity rather than 'usefulness'.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of the real number e and to investigate the understanding of pre-service teachers about the real number e. 28 pre-service teachers were asked to take a test based on the various ideas of the real number e and 8 pre-service teachers were interviewed. The results of this study are as follows. First, a large number of pre-service teachers couldn't recognize relation between the formal definition and the representations of the real number e. Secondly, pre-service teachers judged appropriately for the irrationality and the construction impossibility of the real number e, but they couldn't provide reasonable evidence. Lastly, pre-service teachers understood the continuous compounding context and exponential function context of the real number e, but they had a difficulty in understanding the geometric context and natural logarithm context of the real number e.

  • Activity Pattern Analysis(APA) is the methodology to Design the functions of information systems, to Estimate the monetary value of IS based on Activity Based Costing, to Acquire feasibility of IT Project. This study shows APA case in Health Check-up Service Organization (G-Center) and the Utility of APA. G-Center had acquired Five Outcomes through APA: (1) IT Strategy, (2) IT Project Goals, (3) Transformed Business Process, (4) Functional Blueprint of Information Systems, (5) IT Project budget and its feasibility. APA consists of three analysis processes; Activity Separation, Activity Rearrangement, Activity Costing. APA is flexible in determinating the range and the time of analysis, and is able to expand the Actors(as analysis objects) based on the purpose of analysis by researcher. Eventually APA can be used to do internal IT Management effectively.
