  • IT조선 융합의 목적은 조선산업에 IT기술을 접목해 조선산업의 초인류화를 달성하여 향후 5~10년 후에도 조선강국을 유지하고자 하는 데 있습니다. 이를 위해 정부에서는 제품의 고기능화 및 제조업의 고부가가치화를 위해 IT산업의 주력산업과 융합을 통한 10대 전력산업 중심의 이행계획으로 'IT융합 발전 전략'을 마련했습니다. IT조선 융합 분야에서는 IT융합을 통한 선박건조(Digital Shipyard), 선박통합통신망(SAN)이 적용된 지능형 선박(Smart Ship), 항로최적화 등을 위한 선박운항 기술개발 등이 고려될 수 있습니다. 국제적으로 EU, 미국, 일본 등에서 대형 프로젝트를 통해 기술개발을 완료하고 e-Navigation 정책의 국제적 합의 도출을 기다리는 상황입니다. e-Navigation은 선박의 안전항해를 실현하기 위한 방법으로써 선박에 사용되는 IT기자재의 표준화와 항해사의 의사결정을 도울 수 있는 도구 개발에 핵심을 두고 있습니다. 이를 위해 선내 모둔 기자재는 네트워크에 연결되어 선박의 항행정보와 선박기자재의 운전정보 등이 실시간으로 모니터링 되고 용이하게 제어되어야 하며, 이러한 정보는 육상에서도 모니터링 되고 필요시 육상에서 항해사의 의사결정을 도울 수 있어야 합니다. 정보교환을 위해서는 선박과 육상(Ship-Shore), 선박과 선박(Ship-Ship) 사이에 끊임없고 신뢰할 수 있는 통신채널이 유지되어야만 가능합니다. 이를 기반으로 e-Navigation의 최종 실현목표인 해양환경보호 및 항해 안전과 선박의 안전을 달성할 수 있으므로 표준화 분야도 이 범주 내에서 이루어져야 할 것입니다.

Determinants of Consumer Trust in e-Business (e비즈니스에서 신뢰의 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The main objective of this study is to investigate the determinants of consumer trust in e-business. It examines consumer perceptions trust in a Web site and address following research questions: What factors influence consumer trust in a Web site and what specific Web site cues are associated with trust and satisfaction? We test our hypothesis in a empirical data from 568 consumers across 4 Web sites. By factor analysis, the results show that Web site characteristics are such as product information and purchase process , system stability, navigation, privacy(security), design, information of seller, pay methods, and customer service. We also find that brand and Web site characteristics such as Web site design, navigation, privacy(security), and customer service can explain over 59% of the variance in Web site trust and 60% in satisfaction. The results offer important implication for Web site strategies that include the manipulation of factors influencing Web site trust. And the future directions of the present research are discussed.

  • The system that covers gathering, integrating, exchanging, presenting and analyzing of information within ships and shores for the safety and security in Marine Environment is known as e-Navigation Policy. Northern Europe has been conducting research and development. It came up into a concept that deals with ship's route information between vessels as well as vessels to shores which is better known as route exchange system. The research showed substantial advantages on navigational safety by exchanging the route information between vessels in vicinity and vessels to shores. Therefore, upon the adaptation of route exchange System as a major function in integrated navigational system, the existing procedures in VTS could be changed for betterment. In this study, it was verified the effectiveness of route exchange system by the adaptation of a recent collision accident occurred in Korean coast and suggested that route exchange system which would be carried out by the discretion of VTS center in VTS area. Finally, it proposed the new functions for outstanding services and procedures of integrating traffic organization services on coastal VTS for an effective route exchange system in Korean coastal area.

  • New paradigm is based on the e-navigation policy which is the harmonised collection, integration, exchange, presentation and analysis of maritime information onboard and ashore by electronic means to enhance berth to berth navigation and related services, for safety and security at sea and protection of the marine environment. One of the requirements is seamless communications between various communication systems. So we need the maritime wireless communications based on the SDR technology. In this paper we analyse characteristics and issues of maritime wireless communication technology and service framework and propose a SDR based maritime system platform which can operate in multi-mode.

  • Due to the changes in market place, new business types(e.g. e-business} have been rapidly emerged and increased. However, those new business types have not much been emerged in port and logistics related industries, and adoption rate of e-business in this area is very low, compared to other industries. Thus, to promote e-business in this area, many policies have been studied. However, most of previous studies have not been based on industrial structure, and results of these studies have mostly been case by case. Further, there have been no research based on the related theories. As a result, despite many of research and project for shipping and port related e-business, prominent achievements in this area have never to be presented. For these reasons, it am be stated that, first of all, basic studies related to new business types in shipping and port are needed, and then, various policies based on results of those basic studies should be discussed. The aim of this study is to classify business types existed (or expected) in a port related industry, ship bunkering. This taxonomy was based on theories related to business layer(BL) and value chain(VC), and these BL and VC combination enabled to acquire all possible business types.

브라질 OSV 시장 현황과 기업 진출 전략

  • 브라질은 최근 심해유전(Pre-Salt)개발 등 해양자원개발 등을 통해 신흥자원부국으로 각광받고 있다. 올 해 6월 국영석유기업인 페트로브라스가 '2012-2016 Business Plan'를 통해 향후 5년 간 E&P, 정제 및 운송 분야에 2,073억 달러를 투자한다고 밝히면서 향후 해양플랜트 및 OSV 수요가 커질 것으로 예상된다. 브라질이 우리나라 조선, 해운, 전문 인력 분야에서 협력대상으로 한국을 염두에 두고 있어 특히 OSV 건조 및 운영과 관련해 우리나라 기업의 진출 전략 수립이 필요하다. 이 글은 브라질 OSV 시장 현황 및 정부 정책, 그리고 우리나라 진출 전략을 크게 현지네트워크 강화를 통한 페트로브라스 공략, 로컬 콘텐츠 대응 전략 수립, OSV 운영에 특화된 전문인력 양성, 선사 조선소 기자재 업체 협력체계 구축, 정부 지원 확대 등으로 제시한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to try to find out the relationship between the perception and behavior of employees and the Information Security Governance (ISG) which consists of leadership and governance, security management and organization, security policies, security program management, user security management, and technology protection and operations.   • In this paper, Switching to digital TV broadcasting and mobile operators license expiration period of the frequency, time and 700MHz, 800MHz and 900MHz frequency band plan for the redistribution is actively being discussed. Redistribution policy direction of these frequency 800MHz (bandwidth 10MHz) integrated command frequency for wireless networks(i.e TETRA) is expected to be considered a redistribution. These Integrated Wireless Network Infrastructure configurations at the time and data communication capabilities of the system unwilling TETRA Release 2 standard for the system is presented. This system is analyzed that Release 1 of the existing system takes up more than 6 times the increase of frequency bands. Therefore, integration of the frequency band assigned to the command of a wireless network with the introduction of advanced systems will not be able to do. In this paper to the digital TV transition, and the policy based on analysis of trends in the 700MHz band for the integration of wireless networks, provides policy direction for the allocation plan.
