This research proposed the method for application of SCORM in U-learning system. That is, I proposed the API broker to connect between U-learning and API Instance of RTE that is existing SCORM based learning object interface environment. The API broker operated handling process using request port and response port between SCORM and U-learning server. For efficient operation in each service, this system has learning contents service buffer in API broker.

This study analyze Online class's current condition in Smart era. And suggest better operation model based on Internet Architecture. This study focuses the condition of e-learning operation model in University online class. Especially, 'Time Check Idea' that using for attendance on e-learning class has some side effects. So this study would applied 'Qualitative Check Idea Concept' on e-learning class. Question Based System, QBS is example model. QBS is leading a Learner's participation in e-class by Making Quiz. These quizs are shared with other students and refer to studing contents. Practically operating Qualitative Concept model QBS on university e-class, we can seek for the effectiveness of Qualitative e-learning model QBS.

본 논문에서는 시스템 사고를 이용한 이러닝 서비스의 정보보호관리를 제안하였다. 이러닝 활용이 증가되면서 이러닝 시스템에 불법적인 접근을 통한 정보의 유출, 변조, 삭제 등 다양한 위협 요인도 병존하고 있기 때문에 정보자산에 대한 위협 및 위험요소에 대한 체계적인 대책과 지속적인 관리의 중요성이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 현재 이러닝 운영 기관에서 정보자산을 보호하기위해 다양한 정보보호 활동과 노력을 하고 있으나, 하루가 다르게 변화하고 있는 IT 환경에서는 조직의 운영 환경과 여건에 맞게 정보자산을 보호하기 위해서 시스템 사고를 활용한 동태적인 관리가 종합적이고 지속적인 정보보호관리체계 수립을 위해서 필요하다.

국내 금형 및 사출 제조업체들을 대상으로 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 e-매뉴팩처링 인력양성이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 금형 e-매뉴팩처링에 대한 교육을 위하여 e-러닝 사리트를 개발하고 이에 대한 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 금형 e-매뉴팩처링을 위한 e-러닝 싸이트는 교육 콘텐츠를 체계적으로 관리하고 수강할 수 있도록 LMS(Learning Management System)으로 개발하였다. 교육 콘텐츠로는 금형 e-매뉴팩처링 기본과점, UG-Mold Wirard 과정, UG-MX 중급과정, 금형 기술과정, 금형 협업허브시스템 사용자 교육과점 등을 개발하였다.

In recent years, e-portfolios and webfolios have been highly vaunted as the next great innovation in education. Hundreds of academic institutions are variously studying, using, or innovating e-portfolio systems. Despite the presumed goodness of e-portfolios, some problems remain. In this paper we review the existing e-portfolio management systems, and propose and implement a novel system to overcome the limits of the existing e-portfolio management systems. The propose e-portfolio management system has a structure of competition with others. All of the student's activities are accomplished and preserved within the same personal web space like a blog with mutual engagements and recommendations.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of applying e-learning in industrial technology practical retraining. We have conducted a questionnaire survey for 177 subjects in 23 courses of four types of industry. Also, we have performed focus group interviews to analyze the problem and the reason for taking e-learning classes. A satisfaction measurements of the contents area(average 3.78 out of 5.0) and system area(average 3.70) were relatively high. However, the satisfaction measurement of the management area(average 3.0) was relatively low. The satisfaction measurement of learning area(average 3.68) was relatively high, but that of the behavior area(average 3.51) was on a normal level. In conclusion, an application of e-learning showed the effect on extending educational chances and spreading the technology in highly technological fields. We suggest that e-learning should be consistently and specifically expanded.

Purpose In this study, the relationships among environmental information exchange with suppliers(EIES), green collaboration with suppliers, green learning by environmental information, the adoption of green supply-chain management techniques(AGSMT) (i.e., the green purchasing, product design and production, and the recovery of extra facilities and inventories), environmental performance, and the organizational performance of a firm were empirically investigated. Design/methodology/approach Data for this study were drawn from a survey of the current status of EIES levels and AGSMT usage observed in Korean manufacturing firms. In total, 500 organizations were randomly selected from a population of about 1,000 firms that are listed on the Korean stock market. In order to collect empirical data, this research administered questionnaires with the sample firms. Only chief production executives were selected as respondents. A questionnaire with a cover letter was mailed to each respondent. The survey was conducted during a 3-month period between March 2015 and June 2015. Finally, 78 valid data of the sample firms were collected. Findings The results of this study showed that EIES positively affects the green corporation and learning. According to the results, it was observed that both green corporation and green learning have a positive impact on the levels of AGSMT(i.e., the green purchasing, product design and production). It was also demonstrated that AGSMT has a direct positive impact on environmental performance. In examining the effects of environmental performance on the organizational performance of a firm, significant impact was found.

Intelligent Tutoring System is composed of tutoring module, student module and expert module. Among the modules, interface module is the most closely related to students and shares the biggest part of a learning system. Interface module is important for students both in e-learning system but also in intelligent tutoring system. But research on the improvement of interface hasn't been actively done. It studied the interface improvement that has very close relation to e-Learning students. It studied the main components of the existing interface and designed multimedia interface to correct the problems of previous researches. It also suggested the method to relate it to the intelligent tutoring system.

Training for using e-learning has offered various options of contents and methods to learners. Both contents with high quality and the effective operation of LMS are very important to increase effectiveness. This paper analyzed the status of LMS which was necessary to improve quality of training for learners using e-learning. Based on analysis, it collected the opinions of experts by using delphi methods. Then, it suggested the improvement of the LMS and necessary functions of LMS in Distance Education & Training Institutes.

In this paper, we proposed a smart target detection system that detects and recognizes a designated target to provide relative motion information when performing a target detection mission of a drone. The proposed system focused on developing an algorithm that can secure adequate accuracy (i.e. mAP, IoU) and high real-time at the same time. The proposed system showed an accuracy of close to 1.0 after 100k learning of the Google Inception V2 deep learning model, and the inference speed was about 60-80[Hz] when using a high-performance laptop based on the real-time performance Nvidia GTX 2070 Max-Q. The proposed smart target detection system will be operated like a drone and will be helpful in successfully performing surveillance and reconnaissance missions by automatically recognizing the target using computer image processing and following the target.
