This study aims to develop the research model about the factors that have impact on uTradeHub users' acceptance and resistance to innovation. The followings show the research hypotheses and the results of test. i) The result of H1 empirical analysis confirmed that relative advantage and task adaptedness of e-Trade have more impact on acceptance of innovation than on resistance to it. And also perceived risk and complicity of e-Trade have more impact on resistance of innovation than on acceptance to it. ii) The result of H2 analysis confirmed that the characteristics of foreign trading companies (support by CEO and IT infra maturity) has more impact on acceptance of innovation than on resistance to it. iii) The result of H3 analysis confirmed that characteristics of uTradeHub user' resistance has more impact on resistance of innovation than on acceptance to it. And also, it was confirmed that acceptance of innovation has more impact on the diffusion of e-Trade than resistance to innovation. iv) The result of H4 analysis confirmed that the difference of the degree and factors that has impact on the user's resistance and acceptance by adoption stage of e-Trade. This study has significance in that it arranges the concept and stages of e-Trade systematically and, unlike other studies, it goes beyond the acceptance and diffusion of e-Trade to the inclusion of resistance together in the model.

The development of information technology got rid of much restriction on time and space, inviting earlier knowledge based society. The growing e-commerce based on internet alters the existing way of management in business groups and countries to one based on e-business. Especially, neighboring Far-East Asia countries are on the way of increasing their interest and efforts on e-commerce. Also they continue to give support to e-commerce and explore the way to North-East Asia e-Hub, on the government level. Against this backdrop, this study tried to review the current status and supporting system of e-commerce in 6 North-East Asia countries(South Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore), as a preliminary work for building the base of e-commerce and spurring the economic cooperation through e-commerce in North-East Asia region. I expect that this review would do the role of basic material for exploring and prospecting Korea's possibility as the North-East Asia e-Hub.

Single window has become a critical point of trade facilitation. While Korea has set up the first web based single window 'uTtradeHub', China has also been working on a seamless single window. As strong governmental support, advanced technology, leading agency and legal framework are success factors for single window, China already has solid foundation for this. For the leading agency, this research suggests the CIECC as a leading agency with linkage to E-Port service for seamless trade service for companies. We expect that Chinese single window will materialize in near future by a leading agency with the help of strong governmental support.

Protein interaction network contains a small number of highly connected protein, denoted hub and many destitutely connected proteins. Recently, several studies described that a hub protein is more likely to be essential than a non-hub protein. This phenomenon called as a centrality-lethality rule. This nile is widely credited to exhibit the importance of hub proteins in the complex network and the significance of network architecture as well. To confirm whether the rule is accurate, we Investigated all protein interaction DBs of yeast in the public sites such as Uetz, Ito, MIPS, DIP, SGB, and BioGRID. Interestingly, the protein network shows that the rule is correct in lower scale DBs (e.g., Uetz, Ito, and DIP) but is not correct in higher scale DBs (e.g., SGD and BioGRID). We are now analyzing the features of networks obtained from the SGD and BioGRD and comparing those of network from the DIP.

In order to improve e-Trade service, this paper has deduced impeding factors after review of precedent research on e-Trade and analysis of e-Trade current status. Then an empirical analysis of whether variables deduced are detrimental factors to utilization of e-Trade service has been made on the basis of a research model and relevant hypotheses. The scope of e-Trade service indicated in this paper is limited to use of uTradeHub system. Analytical results for the improvement of e-Trade service clearly indicate that the higher the impeding factor to utilization of the system integration, logistics and customs clearance, marketing and users field, the more necessary the service improvement for invigoration of e-Trade service. However, foreign exchange field does not seem to require attention because SMEs have not active will to do electronic payment through the process of electronic documents.

SOAP is a protocol used for information exchange in distributed computing environment and defines mechanisms for message transferring between distributed system and remote procedure cai]/response process. This SOAP is able to be used independently on operating systems and program languages because it is a protocol using text-based XML. Therefore ebXML that is a standard for I-Commerce adopts SOAP for message exchange. In this paper, we developed XML Hub System based on SOAP By this in Hub System we can more easily exchange messages for B2B. Accordingly we can manage and integrate a lots of business partners.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a chronic, progressive brain disorder that slowly destroys affected individuals' memory and reasoning faculties, and consequently, their ability to perform the simplest tasks. This study investigated the hub genes of AD. Proteins interact with other proteins and non-protein molecules, and these interactions play an important role in understanding protein function. Computational methods are useful for understanding biological problems, in particular, network analyses of protein-protein interactions. Through a protein network analysis, we identified the following top 10 hub genes associated with AD: PTGER3, C3AR1, NPY, ADCY2, CXCL12, CCR5, MTNR1A, CNR2, GRM2, and CXCL8. Through gene enrichment, it was identified that most gene functions could be classified as integral to the plasma membrane, G-protein coupled receptor activity, and cell communication under gene ontology, as well as involvement in signal transduction pathways. Based on the convergent functional genomics ranking, the prioritized genes were NPY, CXCL12, CCR5, and CNR2.

We propose Framework that (should) have data interoperability between Legacy DataBases using Proxy DataBases based on XMDR(eXtended Meta-Data Registry) Data Hub in this papers. It may occur some problems among data structure, semantics and other heterogeneous problems between interoperability of legacy DB on cooperation environment. Also, It is hard to keep consistency of Data that changes on realtime, regardless of data variety and type. In this paper, Using XMDR data hub, we solve the problem that was occurred by data integration and interoperability between legacy DB. We suggest the framework which are compatible with any class and type of interoperability-data and offer accurate information with consistency in real-time using proxy database.

UAM is emerging due to the deepening population concentration in the metropolitan area and the problem of congested ground transportation in urban areas. Accordingly, along with research on eVTOL aircraft for UAM services, interest in vertiport, the interest in vertiports, the infrastructure that allows eVTOLs to take off and land, is also increasing. However, behind the concentration of population in the metropolitan area, aphenomenon of local extinction is occurring in conjunction with the aging population. AAM, which moves quickly through 3D space, can be an effective SOC facility in times of local extinction crisis. In this paper, we introduce a design plan from the perspective of a complex transper center for a regional hub-level vertiport that can connect with local high-speed rail and utilize local airports in compliance with the vertiport design guidelines issued by FAA(Federal Aviation Administration) and EASA(European union Aviation Safety Agency). We would like to present Vertiport's future operation plan.
