It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

본 논문에서는 전자정부 표준 프레임워크 프로젝트 내에서 MDD/MDA 기술 적용으로 인한 생산성과 품질 향상효과를 기능점수 (Function Point) 관점과 코드 인스펙션 관점에서 분석하여 제시한다. 또한 본 사례의 프로젝트에서 적용한 MDD/MDA적용 방법을 소개한다. MDD 기법의 발전과 더불어 그 효과를 검증하기 위해 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 대부분은 사례 연구를 통해 얻어지는 교훈이나, 제한된 측정 데이터로 분석된 효과를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 개발 방법론과 전자정부 표준 프레임워크를 활용하여 MDD를 실제 정보시스템 개발 프로세스에 적용한 사례 연구를 통해 새로운 측정지표로 정량적 효과성을 측정하였다. 더불어 Application Life-Cycle 환경에서 모델링 된 정보들을 통합 저장소를 통하여 관리함으로써 추적성과 가시성이 확보된 방안을 제시한다.

Korean Government is increasingly focusing on the Northeast Asia Business and Logistics Hub strategy to create a competitive advantage. A key element of this strategy is creating or leveraging distribution and logistics hubs that act as centres for distribution in Northeast Asia. A Northeast Asian e-Hub Policy is required for business hub and logistics hub in the Northeastern Asia. An e-Hub is an integrated, sophisticated set of e-Biz, information and e-trade facilities and services that provides access to a marketplace and exchangee the e-trade data. To study the e-Hub policy, Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance, Korea-Japan e-Trade Hub project, and ASEM e-Trade project are considered. E-trade via cyberspace may need new methods of dispute resolution to reduce transaction costs for small value-related disputes and to erect structures that work well across national boundaries. Voluntary Mediation Councils and cyber tribunals should be encouraged by governmental sectors to continue developing private sector mechanisms to resolve e-trade disputes. Government-sponsored online cross-border dispute resolution systems may be also be useful to complement these private sector approaches. E-trade in Northeast Asia results in disputes owing to the incompleteness of e-trade law in the countries. These disputes contain disputes regarding e-trade model, central title registry, authentication body. To resolve these disputes in the Northeast Asia, a variety of electronic alternative dispute resolution bodies must be organized under cooperation of Korea, Japan, China. This study deals with the e-ADR construction in the Northeast Asia to resolve the disputes in the e-trade and to activate the e-trade in the Northeast Asia.

South and North Koreas are putting forth efforts to overcome the distrust and animosity of the past 50 years to open an era of harmony and cooperation where the two halves can work together for mutual benefits. As part of those efforts, both parties are working now to reconnect the railways between the North and the South that remained broken for the past 60 years. In addition, the restoration of Trans-Korean railway paves the way for the "Silk Road Railway" which links European continent to Asian regions and Pacific Rim. The restoration project acts as a conduit for cooperation within in the Northeast Asian continent, hence, an important tool for facilitating peace and prosperity within the Northeast Asian region. Notably, the Railway project is regarded as the cardinal future-oriented peace building project for cultivating constructive, cooperative relations (Trans-Korean Railway and Trans-Asian Railway works) by stimulating human resources and commodity flows through railroad transportations. Northeast Asian region takes on a similar instance to the unification of European continent through its astounding development in railroad transportation, i.e., the international re-construction of Railroad lines will act as a catalyst to link Eurasian areas into one regional community for cooperation and peace. At present, the government is creating a momentum to bind trans-Eurasian railroad works and an initiative for "Northeast Asia Railroad networks and consultative organization". The South Korean administration paves the way to develop railroad network within South-North Korean, Russia and Eurasian region. It also fosters railroad cooperation with China for people and goods transports. To achieve such objectives, the project requires wide publicity and cross-border cooperation from concerned countries. The blueprint would have to be drafted up for Northeast Asian railroad train demonstration runs, Northeast Asian transportation agreements, with a bid to promote constitute Northeast Asian Railroad Consultation body. Moreover, the government would also have to prepare both, a draft of the linkage and the mandated standardized proposal.

Nowadays, practical use of the internet is generalized in enterprise's business management as well as individual's everyday life. Also using internet, E-trade has given the very important meaning to company which do import and export as a part for extension of more opportunities and business scopes. In this study, I examined the actual conditions of industrial frame and information level in Gwangju Chonnam areas to achieve the easy and wide using of e-trade systems. Next, I examined the present condition and problem of education systems regarding e-trade expert incubator program of Gwangju Chonnam area. Finally, this study presented the successful cooperation model of Chosun university TI center in industrial section, educational section, and government section for more effective development systems of e-trade expert incubator program.

The development of information technology got rid of much restriction on time and space, inviting earlier knowledge based society. The growing e-commerce based on internet alters the existing way of management in business groups and countries to one based on e-business. Especially, neighboring Far-East Asia countries are on the way of increasing their interest and efforts on e-commerce. Also they continue to give support to e-commerce and explore the way to North-East Asia e-Hub, on the government level. Against this backdrop, this study tried to review the current status and supporting system of e-commerce in 6 North-East Asia countries(South Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore), as a preliminary work for building the base of e-commerce and spurring the economic cooperation through e-commerce in North-East Asia region. I expect that this review would do the role of basic material for exploring and prospecting Korea's possibility as the North-East Asia e-Hub.

사회적 난제 해결에 있어 정부 역할과 거버넌스 방향에 대한 근본적인 재성찰이 필요한 시점에, ICT 기술발전은 다양한 주체 간 상호 커뮤니케이션을 극단적으로 향상시킴으로써 정부 의사결정에 획기적인 변화를 야기하고 있다. 코로나 펜데믹 상황에서 마스크 수급 불균형이라는 문제해결을 위해 ICT 기술을 기반으로 공공부문과 민간기업 개발자, 시민개발자의 협력네트워크 형성은 새로운 이정표를 제시했다. 본 연구는 공적 마스크 앱 개발과정에서 실시간 소통을 위해 생성된 대화방을 대상으로 e-거버넌스의 속성을 살펴보고, 공적 마스크 앱 개발을 성공적으로 이끌었던 의사소통과정의 역동적 네트워크 구조를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 온라인 소통기반 e-거버넌스의 작동 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 사회문제 해결을 위한 주체 간 전문지식의 결합이 네트워크 내에서 유기적으로 작용하였고, 주요 행위자 간 협력을 위한 정서적 커뮤니케이션이 네크워크의 성공적 운영을 위해 중요한 요소임을 확인할 수 있었다.

U.S. Obama government is submit a motion to consider cyber attacks on State as a war. 7.7DDoS attack in Korea in 2009 and 3.4 DDoS attacks 2011, the country can be considered about cyber attacks. China hackers access a third country, bypassing South Korea IP by hacking the e-commerce sites with fake account, that incident was damaging finance. In this paper, for WiBro service, DDoS attacks, hackers, security incidents and vulnerabilities to the analysis. From hacker's attack, WiBro service's prognostic relevance by analyzing symptoms and attacks, in real time, Divide Red, Orange, Yellow, Green belonging to the risk rating. For hackers to create a blacklist, to defend against attacks in real-time air-conditioning system is the study of security. WiBro networks for incident tracking and detection after the packets through the national incident response should contribute to the development of technology.

본 연구는 대학생의 장애인에 대한 전반적인 인식과 태도를 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 D대학에 재학 중인 대학생으로 학년을 고려하여 같은 비율로 목적유층표집을 실시한 794명이며, 수집된 자료는 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 장애인은 복지 생활시설에서 생활하는 사람이 많을 것이며, 국가나 지역사회가 돌봄의 주체가 되고, 장애의 정도나 종류에 따른 특수학교나 일반학교에서 공부하는 것이 좋을 것으로, 거주지역내 특수학교 설치가 교육에 나쁜 영향을 미치지 않을 것으로 인식하는 대학생이 많았다. 정보수집 경로는 매스컴을 통해서, 인식개선은 정부차원에서 적극적으로 장애인을 지원하는 방안이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 영역별 장애인에 대한 긍정적 태도는 감정적 행동적 인지적 교류적 태도 순으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 장애인에 대한 태도는 전공계열, 성별, 학년에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대학생의 장애인에 대한 올바른 인식정립과 긍정적 태도를 확립하는 방안 마련에 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.
