  • 본회는 전자업계의 정보화를 구축 및 향후 다가올 e-biz 환경에의 인식과 대응정도를 파악함으로써 전자업계가 준비해야할 전자상거래 인프라 구축 방향을 정립하는 계기를 마련하고자 지난 6월 4일부터 8월 4일까지 약 60일간에 걸쳐 대ㆍ중소 전자업계 207개사를 대상으로 '전자업계 정보화 실태'를 조사하였다.

  • 새 천년이 시작하면서 자본주의의 새로운 기업 모델로 e-Biz가 각광받았다. 하지만 곧바로 사양되었으며, 이 시점에서 새로운 대안으로 떠오른 것이 바로 모바일 인터넷 비즈니스였다. M-Biz는 편재성(Ubiquity), 접근성(Reachability), 보안성(Security), 위치확인(Localiz ation), 즉시 연결성(Instant Connectivity), 개인화(Personalization)의 모바일 인터넷 장점을 이용하여 뚜렷한 수익모델로 가능해졌기 때문이다. 이런 모바일 컨텐츠 서비스는 정보제공(Information), Entertainment, 상거래(Transaction), 단문메시지 (Communication) 등을 현재 제공하고 있으며, 이러한 기능들을 현재 개발되고 있는 홈 오토메이션 시스템과 결합하여 새로운 형태의 홈 오토메이션을 기반으로 하는 모바일 서비스 지원 기법을 본 논문에서는 논하였다.

  • As a XML Schema has been settled to W3C as standard at May. 2001 and technologies like as XML. Xpath and NameSpace related with XML has been developing. XML is becoming the standard of the new document exchanging. Due to the ability expressing various types of documentstructure through XML, ebXML, RosettaNet, and BizTalk are using XML as a core technology in the part of e-Business, To make the task automatically in the B2B EC now, a standard XML document is needed. Internal documents in each company should be transformed differently without any loss to work with other companies. In this paper, transforming XML document based on JAVA servlet is considered as realization of a XML system to exchange documents safely.

  • Today, most companies are needed to become interested on e-Biz and information management system. Especially, Data classification format system was very important for application to effective and efficiency management decision support. They should include main entry which consists of department, employee's name, title, publication date. Now, each company is using eleven different methods on data classification format system. In this paper finding result was as follows, in other words, general management document case using the nine date classification methods and special report management document ca se using the twodata classification methods. The aim of this study is to investigate problems that the present data classification format system has and some concerns that should be taken into account in case of the modification of the data classification system and change into a new one. This study is based on the survey in that the company managergave to 35 companies throughout the nation. As a result, the survey indicates that the crucial concerns of the participating managers are ineffective management information source and the duplication of data classification systems. This paper is the transcendental study the introduction of data classification format systems to business companies in Korea. This paper provided the fundamental data for the effective business process reengineering in business activity for management information.

  • 국내 외 많은 컨설팅 및 SI회사들이 나름대로의 SOA방법론을 개발 및 적응하고 있다. 하지만 각 회사의 방법론 마다, SOA 사상 관점에 따라 접근 방향이 상이하고, 수행 방법과 태스크 또한 실제 적응하기에는 상세성이 부족하다. 이 연구에서는 국내 외 SOA 방법론을 비교 분석하고, 실제 적응된 사례를 통하여 특정 도메인에 무관한 현업 사용자 위주의 서비스 식별이라는 명제를 반영한 유저인터페이스 기반의 서비스 분석 및 모델링 방법론을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 ebXML과 Microsoft BizTalk Server를 이용하여 항만물류 e-비즈니스 시범 시스템을 개발함으로써 기존의 항만물류에서 사용되어 왔던 EDI 시스템의 폐쇄적인 구조의 문제를 짚어보고 시범 시스템을 사용한 글로벌한 단일 e-Marketplace로의 전개 방법을 소개한다. 모든 거래에 사용되는 데이터는 XML로 만들어지고, ebXML이 제안하는 구조를 사용하여 비즈니스 프로세스 상에서 모든 트랜잭션이 동작하도록 한다.

A Study on Customer Segmentation and Applications of e-mail System - Based on e-CRM - (e-CRM 관점에서 본 이메일 시스템의 고객분석 및 활용에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify customers by e-mail responsiveness on time-series analysis and testify the effectiveness of grouping by ROI analysis. Response recency, response frequency and Activity(RFA) of e-mailing systems are adapted for Customer segmentations. ROI analysis are consisted of open, click-through, duration time, personalization, conversion rate and email loyalty index of email systems. Major findings are as follows: RFA analysis is used for customer segmentations that is fundamental process of e-CRM applications. Customers can be grouped into loyal customers, odds customers, dormant customers, secession customers, and observation customers by RFA grouping. Loyal customer group has high point in all ROI index compared to other groups. These results indicated that customer responsiveness of e-mail systems were appropriate methods to group the customer with demographic variables. Therefore, effective e-mail marketing strategy of e-Biz should have suitable active DB and Behavior targeting is best approach to enforce the target e-mail marketing.

  • This study is based on the analysis of technology innovation performance for Inno-biz. The primary purposes of this study are to help the government formulate Inno-biz related supporting policies and improve the fitness of evaluation models for Inno-biz. In this study the definition of "the outcome of technology innovation" includes technology competitiveness changes, technology forecasting as well as the outcome of technology innovation. For this analysis, 55 independent variables were used and categorized into ability of technology innovation, ability of commercialization, and ability of technology management. The results indicate that all three variable groups have positively influenced the outcome of technology innovation. Especially ability of technology innovation is highly related to technology competitiveness and business in future. The ability of commercialization enhances technology competitiveness and predictability in major business indexes; however it doesn't influence business performance in a short-term period. The ability of technology management enables businesses to forecast technology changes, but doesn't effect short-term business outcomes.
