The Effect of Logistics Services, Corporate Image, Product Reliability & Customer Services on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention in e-Commerce (전자상거래에서 물류서비스, 기업이미지, 제품신뢰도, 고객서비스가 소비자만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was done to analyze the effect of logistics services, corporate image, product reliability and customer service on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention that e-commerce users perceive. The survey was divided into "logistics services, corporate image, product reliability, customer services, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention". As a study result, independent variables such as corporate image, product reliability and customer services were found to affect customer satisfaction. Consumer Satisfaction had an effect on repurchase intention in mediated and dependent variable. In conclusion, in order to increase the repurchase intention in companies that introduced SCM, it was necessary to improve the corporate image, product reliability and customer service to satisfy consumers. Logistics services had not been adopted as an impact on customer satisfaction. We should strive to improve customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by creating a higher level logistics services.

  • 본 연구는 상호작용성의 속성과 이용자에게 주어진 통제력에 따라 상호작용성을 4 가지 차원으로 나누고, 이것이 어떤 경로를 거쳐 이용자 만족에 이르는지를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 상호작용성을 최적화하는 킬러 콘텐츠로 e 러닝을 선정하고, 상호작용성에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 서비스, 콘텐츠, 미디어 품질을 도출 하였으며, 상호작용성과 이용자 만족을 매개하는 변인으로 사회적 현존감과 인지적 몰입을 포함하는 연구모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 최근 온라인 소매업을 선도하고 있는 업태는 오픈 마켓이다. 본 연구는 기존 문헌을 바탕으로 오픈 마켓 사이트에서의 쇼핑동기, 만족도, 이용빈도, 재이용의도, 구전간의 인과모델을 제시하고 실증하였다. 그 결과, 쇼핑동기는 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 만족도는 이용 빈도, 재이용의도와 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증결과를 바탕으로 오픈 마켓 활성화를 위한 마케팅적 시사점을 토의하고, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 마지막에 제시하였다.

  • Recently, digital broadcasting service is growing as a TV-based commerce market spread. However, in previous studies, many researchers studied TV home shopping and T-Commerce separately each other, and there is little research on the attribute to increase the satisfaction of consumers. In this study, we analyzed the attribute to increase satisfaction of consumer using TV-based commerce, and we propose to the direction to move forward. We selected characteristics of TV home shopping and T-Commerce through previous studies, and analyzed satisfaction of customers with quality attributes of TV-based commerce using KANO model and ASC(Average Satisfaction Coefficient).

  • This study analyzes the factors which have influence on Internet news satisfaction and difference of Internet news categorical satisfaction based on the survey for the satisfaction of users towards Internet news site. As a result, this analysis suggests important points that have to be considered in producing and managing Internet news site and the position of internet news categorical satisfaction today. This analysis is particular because there has not been any study on testing difference between categorical satisfactions.

Effects of Consumer Innovativeness, Shopping Mall Attributes, and Satisfaction on E-loyalty for Fashion Products (인터넷 패션쇼핑몰에서 소비자혁신성, 쇼핑몰속성, 소비자만족이 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the effects of consumer innovativeness on e-loyalty mediated by shopping mall attributes and consumer satisfaction with the Internet. Data were obtained from 243 consumers who had bought fashion products through online shopping. Data were analyzed by using factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and path analysis using LISREL 8.53 program. The results of this study suggest that the consumer innovativeness, such as Internet-innovativeness and Fashion-innovativeness affect shopping mall attributes including Loading, Visual, Information, Variety, and Price/Fashion. These attributes and the shopping mall satisfaction partially mediated the impact of consumer innovativeness on e-loyalty of shopping malls through the Internet. Especially, consumer satisfaction was the most important determinant to build up e-loyalty for the online shopping of fashion products. The findings provide implications for e-retailers to develop strategies related to consumer innovativeness, shopping mall attributes, and the e-loyalty of shopping malls for fashion products.

  • The pandemic, which came unannounced, has caused people to feel the limitations of physical books and spaces, and discussions on library digital capabilities and sustainable library services are spreading. The e-book service of public libraries is at the stage of expanding to the autonomous district level and seeking to revitalize the service. In this study, a user satisfaction survey was conducted on the Gangdong district Library in Seoul to identify the current status of public library e-book services and suggest improvement measures. Based on the analysis results, improvement measures were derived in three aspects: expanding e-book content, strengthening user support services, and improving the e-book system management system.

A Study on the Web Service Quality and User Satisfaction at Open Market (오픈마켓의 웹서비스 품질과 사용자 만족)

  • The open market are expanding service quality which was used as rating scale in the field of marketing. In accordance with open market, they convert it to e-service quality and use it. Udo et al.[6] suggested web service quality combining e-SEVQUAL[2] and extended Information Success Model[7]. This study suggests four influence factors of e-service quality in the open market; website privacy and security, web site contents, web site convenience, and images of the open market companies. The study conducted survey on 301 college students and life long education center students in Busan. The study found that all four influence factors have positive effects on the web service quality and ultimately web service quality has beneficial effects on the satisfaction in open market users' information system.

  • Nowadays many telecommunication service companies try to enhance the quality of their service by providing customers with more specialized service for greater customer satisfaction. As this trend continues, the role that frontline employees play is getting more and more important because they are the ones who have direct influence on customers. For this reason, more than ever, the role of call center has become of paramount importance. Noting that a call center employee's job satisfaction critically affects the quality of service that a customer gets, this study was carried out in order to provide an insight on effective personnel and performance management which can boost up the job satisfaction of a call center employee, thereby enhancing the productivity of Call Center. Conclusively, it verifies that among job satisfaction influence factors, superior's support and compensation fairness indeed have a tremendous influence on job satisfaction of a call center employee. Furthermore, it verifies that if a call center employee is satisfied with his or her job, he or she tends to work more efficiently and hence increase productivity.

  • 본 논문은 전자책 제작 Sigil 환경과 C 프로그램 환경을 이용하여 전자책 ePub과 서버, 클라이언트 통신을 통해 인증정보를 사용한 전자책의 저작권 보호 시스템을 설계한다. 서버와 클라이언트 통신을 통해 전자책의 인증정보를 이용하여 사용 권한 유무를 판별한다. 나날이 불법적인 방법으로 전자책을 구입하는 경우 저작권의 보호를 받지 못해 큰 피해를 입는 사람들이 많다. 본 논문은 전자책 ePub의 인증정보를 이용한 저작권 보호 프로그램을 개발하여 전자책의 인증정보가 조건에 만족한다면 전자책을 열람하고, 조건에 만족하지 않는다면 프로그램을 종료함으로서 악의적인 사용자가 전자책의 접근을 할 수 없도록 한다.
