In experimental results, virus damage was lower 48.8% than the previous model. In addition, information on the number of dysfunction distribution occurring within the company gained 17.9% lower results than the previous model.
This research aims to make people realize the importance of styles of father's communication and ego-resilience in school life adaptation and, furthermore, provide necessary data for the communication between father and children by confirming the mediation effect of ego-resilience in the relationship between the styles of father's communication, which the child recognizes, and the school life adaptation. The selected research questions to achieve such research purpose are like the following. First, what is the correlation among school life adaptation, ego-resilience, and communications styles of father that child recognizes? Second, does the ego-resilience show mediation effect in the relationship between the school life adaptation and communication styles of the father that child recognizes? The subjects for this research were 345 children in 5thand 6thgrades from B elementary school in Seo-gu, Incheon. SPSS 18.0 program was used for the collected data, and correlation analysis was performed in order to discover the relationship among variables. Regression analysis was performed to verify the mediation effect of ego-resilience. The summary of this research is like the following. First, as the result of the correlation analysis of the father's communication styles, ego-resilience and the school life adaptation, which the child recognized, the three variables showed statistically significant correlation. Among the functional and dysfunctional communication styles that child recognized, the placating style showed positive correlation with ego-resilience and school life adaptation, and among dysfunctional communication styles, the intellectualizing style, distracting style, and blaming style showed negative correlation with ego-resilience and school life adaptation. Ego-resilience and school life adaptation showed positive correlation. Second, after looking at the mediation effect of ego-resilience in the relationship of the father's communication style and school life adaptation, the result showed that ego-resilience had partial mediation effect in the relationship of the father's communication style and school life adaptation. In this research, it has significance in the aspect that it confirmed the relationship and route between the father's communication styles, school life adaptation, and ego-resilience, which child recognized. Therefore, the effort is required to research and apply desirable communication method between fathers and children in order to help students to adapt well in school life, and moreover, it is also required that ego-resilience improvement program gets developed and applied at the school field.
This study was analyzed for the relationship between the self-differentiation of the university students and Kinetic Family Drawings that was responded their mental aspect. The coordinated action of the detrusor muscle cells in the urinary bladder is governed by cell-cell communication through gap junction, consisted of connexin (Cx) molecules. Even though a number of researches have been mostly focused on expressional changes of a few Cx isoforms in clinically dysfunctional condition of the bladder, less attention has been paid for investigation of Cx isoforms present in the bladder. Using real-time PCR analysis, the present study examined Cx isoforms expressing in the male rat bladder during postnatal period. Also, expressional patterns of Cx isoforms were evaluated in the bladder at different postnatal ages. Of a total of 13 Cx isoforms tested in the present study, we were able to detect mRNAs of 6 Cx isoforms in the rat urinary bladder, including Cxs 31, 31.1, 32, 37, 40, and 45. The transcript levels of Cxs 31, 31.1, 37, 40, and 45 were gradually increased from 1 week of age until 25 days of age, followed by transient decreases at 45 days of age. However, abundance of Cx32 transcript was drastically increased at 15 days of age, followed by a sharp drop at 45 days of age. These results indicate that differential expression of Cx isoforms in the bladder during postnatal development would be necessary for maintaining proper function of the bladder. A question remains to be answered if significant decreases of transcript levels of some Cx isoforms at the elderly are associated with age-dependent dysfunction of the bladder.
This study examined the factors affecting the client's binge drinking, and the client and parents' change led by family therapy. From August to November 2011, the counseling case of this research was consisted of a total of 9 sessions-individual, parents, mother-daughter, father-daughter, and family counseling. This study utilized verbatim and audio recordings, and employed Miles and Huberman(1994) matrix and network to analyze the data. The findings of the study revealed that the factors that influenced the client's binge drinking included the family's dysfunctional communication method, adverse rearing attitude owing to unresolved emotional problems from the family-of-origin, and the client family's peculiar environment and culture. The therapist's intervention included making the client aware of his own problem, helping to gain insight and understand the parents' family-of-origin, connecting the past family-of-origin and the present, identifying attempted solutions, making aware of new change, and suggesting new communication methods. Through the therapist's intervention employing MRI interactional family therapy model and Bowen's family systems theory, the family members experienced changes; perception of all family members that participated in the counseling changed, and accordingly, their communication method and attitude changed as well. Through these changes in the family, the client's alcohol consumption reduced in terms of both frequency and amount, thus was able to solve their binge drinking problem.
This study tries to figure out the communication types between a mother-in-law and a foreign daughter-in-law through their 'confrontational conversation.' For this, three episodes of 'Multicultural Mother-in-law and Daughter-in-law Biography' aired by EBS (Education Broadcasting System) were monitored. The dialogues between the mother-in-law and the foreign daughter-in-law were written down and analyzed. According to the result, there were 'dysfunctional communication' styles during their conversation. Theses styles deepened their conflict. Thus, to abate the conflict between the mother-in-law and the foreign daughter-in-law, this study suggested that it was necessary to develop the convergence counseling program and the family therapy for their functional communication.
