Physician's Duty of Information is classified into three categories by legal function: 'Duty of Information to Report' to fulfill the patient's right to know; 'Duty of Information to Guide' patient's convalescing and staying healthy; 'Duty of Information to Contribute' to patient's self-determination. We classify the physician's duty of information because the legal effect from the breach of duty varies accordingly. The legal effect is focused on damage compensation responsibility for breach of duty. When a physician violates 'Duty of Information to Report', he subjects himself to liability of compensation for infringing on the patient's 'Right to Know'. When a physician violates 'Duty of Information to Guide', she subjects herself to liability for general medical malpractice. Finally, when a physician violates 'Duty of Information to Contribute', the physician is basically liable for violation of the patient's 'Right to Self- Determination' which refers to infringement on freedom of choice. However, in the case of situation that patient's refusal to the medical treatment would be presumed, the physician bears all liability for the patient's damage which includes both of property and mental damage.

In February 2014 Korean Bar Association has amended Professional Ethics Code as to stipulate attorney's duty to protect personal information. While existing Korean law and Professional Ethics Code has made attorney to keep client's confidential information, attorney's newly promulgated obligation has its meaning in that personal information of subject other than client is not protected through confidentiality rules, given that confidentiality obligation is interpreted to protect only client's information relating to representation. Moreover, duty to protect personal information deals with not only disclosure and use of information, which confidentiality rules is about, but also collection and retention process, access to and correction and care of information and even destruction of information. Amid unprecedented theft of personal data in several national banks and other serious leakage reported recently, this paper is going to contemplate the scope and application of the duty to protect personal information with hope to contribute to starting discussion on it.

Since the Personal Information Protection Act was enacted in 2011, it has played a role in safely protecting people's personal information and protecting their rights. Personal information controller must comply with the duty of safeguards for safe personal information management. Even though administrative regulation is an accompanying issue, it is not clear to whom, when and how it applies. According to the imposition of duties, the scope, standards, safety measures, procedures, etc. for the target person should be clearly and specifically specified, but the current legal system is insufficient .In this study, problems and reasonable improvement plans were presented for the classification criteria for applicable subjects, the criteria for the criteria for determining the targets, and the criteria for measures to ensure safety. Through this, we intend to contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of the system by presenting reasonable measures by clarifying and specifying the scope and standards of application.

This paper seek to clarify a narrow set of policy issues relating to the international trade aspects of electronic commerce. It focuses, in particular, on the WTO decision not impose customs duties on electronically delivered products. The decision on duty-free commerce is intended to contribute to the growth of electronic commerce by providing a guarantee of open trading conditions, but the significance of the decision may have been exaggerated. In particular, the prohibition of customs duties does not ensure continued open market access for electronically delivered products and may even prompt recourse to inferior instruments of protection. Accordingly, barrier-free electronic commerce would be more effectively secured by deepening and widening the limited cross-border trade commitments under the GATS and by clarifying and strengthening certain GATS disciplines.

As cultural Heritages are source of the national history and a life transition, their extinction is a fatal shock as result of cutoff the genealogy of the creative national spirit. So, we have necessarily to protect them, and to get the duty and the responsibility which the cultural inheritance hands over tnem to descendants with preserving and meaning safely at present time. In these days, the risk of fire in the Cultural Heritages building is increased because of rash changing environments from the indiscreet development of them. Accordingly, in order to get the original transmission of the Cultural Heritages, this paper involves being intensive the fire safety information of the Cultural Heritage in kyonggi-do province, analyzing their diagnoses, and studying a Fire Safety Prevention Management model to protect and to maintain them continuously. Therefore, it is to contribute from this approach to collecting fire safety information, analyzing diagnostic problems in fire accidents, and to manage the prevention method for protecting and maintaining the Cultural Heritages.

Continuous conduction mode (CCM) boost converters are commonly used in home appliances and various industries because of their simple topology and low input current ripples. However, these converters suffer from several disadvantages, such as hard switching of the active switch and reverse recovery problems of the output diode. These disadvantages increase voltage stresses across the switch and output diode and thus contribute to switching losses and electromagnetic interference. A new topology is presented in this work to improve the switching characteristics of CCM boost converters. Zero-current turn-on and zero-voltage turn-off are achieved for the active switches. The reverse-recovery current is reduced by soft turning-off the output diode. In addition, an input current sensorless control is applied to the proposed topology by pre-calculating the duty cycles of the active switches. Power factor correction is thus achieved with less effort than that required in the traditional method. Simulation and experimental results verify the soft-switching characteristics of the proposed topology and the effectiveness of the proposed input current sensorless control.

This study aims to examine theoretical frame work of franchise restaurant, the characteristics of store manager's job and the level of their job satisfaction through an empirical investigation. Job satisfaction survey study shows that store managers consider important all work to be attended to as part of their duty with service management on top. It is also found that the majority of store managers consider their aptitude as most important job satisfaction factor and those, who are satisfied with their job content, advancement and the prospect, are more proactive in delivering qualify service and more than willing to commit themselves to their duties. Regrading demographical variables, store managers with scholarly competence and higher pay level are more likely to be satisfied with their job but married men are not satisfied with the work environment in general. Ergo, Businesses should correspond by capitalizing on those store managers content with their duty thus collecting additional information and providing opportunities to further contribute to the business. For those dissatisfied individuals, however, businesses should determine their demands and by educational training supply a motive therefore making possible the conversion of such individuals to satisfied store managers and their active participation in business management. But, as with any study, this one has a number of limitation which constraints the generalizability of the empirical findings. It has not been for long since franchise restaurants established in domestic market and has been few studies regarding this topic there. Furthermore, managers are not willing to release operation related data. Therefore, further study are urged to overcome this limitation and should examine other dimensions of job satisfaction such as relations between revenue and profit with the level of store manager's job satisfaction remain to be investigated.

Korea is a powerful nation in field of IT that has a 30 percent of world market. However Because of the IT education have been treated unimportant, korea has a shortage problem of manpower that develop core technology and software. Therefore, in this paper we propose a direction of the enactment of Information Technology Education Promotion Law to improve an education system and to promote education for IT. Also, we propose detailed contents to include in this law - the duty of country for a comprehensive planning of Information Technology Education, the organization of committee to promote Information Technology Education, a method to promote Information Technology Education in school and society, certification system of Information Technology using ability. Therefore, we expect that the result of this paper will contribute to enact an Information Technology Education Promotion Law that can improve an education system for IT.

This study identifies the aspects of a managers' perceived work experience in a Multicultural Family Support Center and analyzes how work experience backgrounds are formulated. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 managers from March to September 2015 to understand managers' work experience. Descriptions from the interviews were analyzed using phenomenological research methods. The result show that their work experience can be categorized into 73 meanings, 10 subcategories, and five themes. The five themes are 'program development,' 'employees assignment optimization,' 'use and control network resources,' 'deal with changes in needs of multicultural families,' and 'supports vs. controls.' The analysis of the themes and subcategories from each theme allows us to first interpret that managers consider their significant and diversified work tasks overwhelming. Second, they find their jobs fit them and feel personally interested with a sense of duty from their work to overcome stress from heavy workloads. Third, managers put a high value on their work as a hands-on experience that is an officially authorized position from the government. Fourth, they are proud that they contribute to offering welfare services to multicultural families as members of Multicultural Family Support Centers.
