The purpose of the present study was to investigate the age-related differences in recall and to assess effects of presentation modality, encoding condition and cue modality on recall in terms of encoding specificity principles and dual-coding theory. Eighty children in each of 3grades(first, third and fifth) were presented a 30-item set of pictures or words on cars for recall in a study-test procedure. The experiment was designed as a 3(age) x 2(presentation modality:picture or word) x 2(encoding condition:random or category) x 2(cue modality:picuture or word) factorial design. Statistical analyses were with four-way ANOVA and $Scheff\acute{e}$ test. It was concluded from these results that when the stimulus was presented by pictures, encoded by category and the cues were also presented by pictures, recall increased in all ages. These results were interpreted in terms of encoding specificity principles and dual-coding theory.

This study aims to identify and analyze the roles of incumbent smartphone's brand loyalty in smartphone adoption considering rational judgments and aesthetics evaluation. For this purpose, two hypotheses are developed based on dual process theory. For the validation of these hypotheses, G4, a smartphone brand from LG, was adopted as the target smartphone. The participants were university students in Korea, non-LG smartphones. In result, two hypotheses were statistically supported. This study showed that users with higher brand loyalty toward incumbent smartphone would be more sensitive to rational judgment while lower brand loyalty more sensitive to aesthetic evaluation.

In this study, a binary dielectric annular nanoring lens is proposed to cover the full range of optical phase. The lens is designed numerically, based on the effective-medium theory. The performance of the proposed lens is verified for the cases of single-focal and dual-focal lenses. The efficiency of a single-focal lens is improved by 17.19% compared to a binary dielectric lens, and that of a dual-focal lens shows enhancements of 13.11% and 49.41% at the two focal points. This lens design can be applied to other optical components with axially symmetric structures.

The memory response of nonlocal systematical formulation size-dependent coupling of viscoelastic deformation and thermal fields for piezoelectric materials with dual-phase lag heat conduction law is constructed. The method of the matrix exponential, which constitutes the basis of the state-space approach of modern control theory, is applied to the non-dimensional equations. The resulting formulation together with the Laplace transform technique is applied to solve a problem of a semi-infinite piezoelectric rod subjected to a continuous heat flux with constant time rates. The inversion of the Laplace transforms is carried out using a numerical approach. Some comparisons of the impacts of nonlocal parameters and time-delay constants for various forms of kernel functions on thermal spreads and thermo-viscoelastic response are illustrated graphically.

This minipaper offers a formula which is dual to that of Viskov [5]. While Viskov's can be thought of as a rising formula for Laguerre polynomials, ours is precisely the lowering one. Besides documenting the formula, which seems to be missing, we want to provide a (rather elementary) operator theory argument instead of making crude calculations. In other words, the annihilation and creation operators are confronted with lowering and rising formulae; they are often failed to be distinguished.

We give the relation between the Riemann-Stieltjes integrals with respect to the Riesz-N$\'{a}$gy-Tak$\'{a}$cs(RNT) distribution $H_{a,p}$ satisfying the equation a = $(1-a)^m$ and those with respect to the dual RNT distribution $H_{1-a,1-p}$, which leads to a generalization of recent results for a = $\frac{1}{2}$.

In this paper, we designed sandwich type pressure regulator for air pressure control system. As a result of research, we obtained several important conclusions. First, we decided theory of poppet valve and relief valve which are used in sandwich type pressure regulator, and then designed prototype of pressure regulator. Second, we organized circuit diagram of dual pressure regulator of air pressure control system.

In the five first sections of this paper we define and study the hypergeometric transmutation operators $V^W_k$ and $^tV^W_k$ called also the trigonometric Dunkl intertwining operator and its dual corresponding to the Heckman-Opdam's theory on ${\mathbb{R}}^d$. By using these operators we define the hypergeometric translation operator ${\mathcal{T}}^W_x$, $x{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^d$, and its dual $^t{\mathcal{T}}^W_x$, $x{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^d$, we express them in terms of the hypergeometric Fourier transform ${\mathcal{H}}^W$, we give their properties and we deduce simple proofs of the Plancherel formula and the Plancherel theorem for the transform ${\mathcal{H}}^W$. We study also the hypergeometric convolution product on W-invariant $L^p_{\mathcal{A}k}$-spaces, and we obtain some interesting results. In the sixth section we consider a some root system of type $BC_d$ (see [17]) of whom the corresponding hypergeometric translation operator is a positive integral operator. By using this positivity we improve the results of the previous sections and we prove others more general results.

본 논문에서는 하나의 이중 모드 공진기를 이용한 대역 통과 필터의 새로운 설계 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 설계 방법은 이중 모드 공진기를 두 개의 단일 공진기로 보고 공진기 사이의 결합 계수를 구하여, 이를 바탕으로 이중 모드 공진기의 두 공진 주파수를 계산한 후 필터 전송 영점의 위치에 따라 각각 배치하였다. 제안한 설계 방법을 검증하기 위해, E-모양의 이중 모드 공진기를 이용하여 WLAN 서비스 대역을 만족하고, 전송 영점이 각각 상측과 하측에 위치하는 대역 통과 필터를 설계 제작하였다.
