바람잡음을 고려한 자동차에서의 음성인식 성능 향상 (Improvement of Speech Recognition Performance in Running Car by Considering Wind Noise)

  • This paper describes an efficient method for improving the noise-robustness in speech recognition in a running car by considering wind noise. In driving car, mainly three kind of noises engine noise, tire noise and wind noise, are severely affect recognition performance. Especially wind noise is an important factor in driving car with window opened. We analyzed wind noise in various driving conditions that are 60, 80, 100 km/h with window fully opened, window half opened. We clarified that the recognition rate is significantly degenerated when the wind noise components in the frequency range above 200 Hz are large. We developed a preprocessing method to improve the noise robustness despite of wind noise. We adaptively changed the cutoff frequency of the front-end high-pass filter from 100 through 200 Hz according to the level of the wind noise components. By this method, the recognition rate is considerably improved for all kind of driving conditions

  • The Developing & Producing of Eco-Friendly vehicle have been more incremented, as People appreciate the importance of Earth Environment Conservation. The needs of Neighborhood Electric Vehicle(NEV) that suits Current people's short drive distance is incremented. In this Paper, we define Neighborhood Electric Vehicle through out National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of United States of America's regulation and explain motor and battery of primary constituents of that. We used MATLAB and ADVISOR 200 programs for Simulation, and propsed NEV's Model that tow people can be got in. In this Model, the battery is Lead-acid battery(72V, 85Ah) and the motor is 8kW permanent magnet synchronous motor(PM motor). We compared change of driving range of NEV through out non-changing speed Driving(10km/h, 20km/h, 30km/h, 40km/h) and Manhattan driving schedule.

고속 버스에서의 멀미발생 예측에 관한 연구 (Study on the Motion Sickness Dose Values in Express Buses)

  • This study alms to investigate the dynamic properties of express buses in the very low frequencies which cause motion sickness Incidence. Since passengers often use express buses for long distance traveling. it is a critical point whether the ride give rise to motion sickness or not. In the study accelerations at the three Points on the floor of the six test vehicles were measured during the driving at constant speeds. By applying the frequency weighting corves suggested in ISO 26.31-1, the Physical quantity of accelerations were changed into the perceptual amount used to judge quantitatively the incidence of motion sickness. Motion sickness dose values were calculated from the frequency weighted time history of acceleration signals, and compared between the vehicles, driving conditions. and the seat positions in the bus. During the 50 minutes' driving on the public road and high ways. the vomiting incidence ratios were seen to range from 0.4 to 0.8 %. which is equivalent to 2.4 to 4.8 % for 5 hours' driving. Unlike the very smooth road conditions considered in this work, motion sickness dose values encountered in real situations are expected to increase.

대형트럭용 루프 훼어링과 디프렉트의 공기저항력 저감 특성에 관한 연구 (An Effect of Roof-Fairing and Deflector System on the Reduction of Aerodynamic Drag of a Heavy-Duty Truck)

  • Roof-fairing and deflector system have been used on heavy-duty trucks to minimize aerodynamic drag force not only for driving stability of the truck but also for energy saving by reducing the required driving power of the vehicle. In this study, a numerical simulation was carried out to see aerodynamic effect of the drag reducing device on the model vehicle. Drag and lift force generated on the five different models of the drag reducing system were calculated and compared them each other to see which type of device is efficient on the reduction of driving power of the vehicles quantitatively. An experiment has been done to see airflow characteristics on the model vehicles. Airflow patterns around the model vehicles were visualized by smoke generation method to compare the complexity of airflow around drag reducing device. From the results, the deflector systems(Model 5,6) were revealed as a better device for reduction of aerodynamic drag than the roof-fairing systems(Model 2,3,4) on the heavy-duty truck and it can be expected that over 10% of brake power of an engine can be saved on a tractor-trailer by the aerodynamic drag reducing device at normal speed range($80km/h{\sim}$).

  • 본 연구에서는 분극의 이방성이 없는 ring-dot형 적층형 압전 변압기를 이용한 압전 AC-DC 컨버터를 개발하였다. 동작주파수 범위가 매우 좁은 압전 변압기의 특성을 고려하여 압전 컨버터는 발진주파수의 피드백 제어를 위한 PFM 구동방식과 출력제어를 위한 PWM 구동방식을 이용한 혼합형 구조로 설계되었다. 개발된 압전 컨버터의 최소 발열을 동반하는 안정적 구동을 보이는 최대전력 값은 25W였으며 허용전류 값은 약 900mA이었다. 압전 컨버터의 출력전압의 크기는 구동 발진주파수의 크기에 따라 제어가 가능하였으며, 최대전력에서 효율적이고 안정적인 동작특성을 나타내었다.

저압 UV램프 구동시스템 및 출력안정화 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Driving System and Constant Output System for a Low Pressure UV Lamp)

  • 본 연구의 목표는 안정된 출력과 높은 효율을 갖는 저압 UV램프의 구동시스템을 설계하는 것이다. UV램프 시스템은 반도체공정, 살균 등 그 적용범위가 대단히 넓은 전력설비의 하나이며 고부가가치의 제품을 생산하기 위해서는 출력의 안정화 기술은 필수적이다. 본 연구에서 저압 UV램프의 구동시스템 설계 목표는 변환효율 90[%], 출력안정도 ${\pm}7.5[%]$, 램프출력은 300[W] 이상으로, 연구목표에 상응하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며 국내시장 선점에 유리할 것이고, 제품의 생산비를 낮추는 시도를 계속한다면, 수출도 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 또한 부가적인 보호회로가 개발되면, 자외선램프용 전자식 안정기의 신뢰성을 크게 재고시킬 것이다.

Al7075-T651의 마찰교반용접된 접합부의 피로균열전파율의 통계적 분포 (Statistical Distribution of Fatigue Crack Growth Rate for Friction Stir Welded Joints of Al7075-T651)

  • This paper deals with the effects of driving force and material properties on statistical distribution of fatigue crack growth rate (FCGR) for the friction stir welded joints of Al 7075-T651 aluminum plate. In this work, the statistical probability distribution of fatigue crack growth rate was analyzed by using our previous constant stress intensity factor range controlled fatigue crack growth test data. As far as this study are concerned, the statistical probability distribution of fatigue crack growth rate for the friction stir welded (FSWed) joints was found to evaluate the variability of fatigue crack growth rate for base metal (BM), heat affected zone (HAZ) and weld metal (WM) specimens. The probability distribution of fatigue crack growth rate for FSWed joints was found to follow well log-normal distribution. The shape parameter of BM and HAZ was decreased with increasing the driving force, however, the shape parameter of WM was decreased and increased with increasing the driving force. The scale parameter of BM, HAZ and WM was increased with the driving force.

Ag 입자의 형성에서 구동력 및 계면활성제의 효과 (Effects of Driving Force and Surfactant on the Formation of Ag Powders)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effects of the driving force for reduction and the surfactant (polyacrylic acid) on the size of Ag particles. As the driving force for reduction increases, the size of particles decreases due to a decrease of initial nuclei-size. Also, an increase of pH increases the amount of ionized surfactant, which leads to a decrease of particle size due to the prevention of particle growth. Both the driving force and the surfactant may affect the particle size, but the surfactant appeared to be a more dominant factor than reduction potential in terms of controlling the particle size. An increase of surfactant in the range of pH=3-4 decreases the size of Ag particles, although the reduction potential also decreases.

어류가 내는 소리에 관하여 (A Study on the Noises of Fishes)

  • For the development of acoustic fishing method, the noises of fishes have been recorded and analy/'ed by many scientists. Some specimens of fishes were selected as such Cyprinus carpio, Ctenopharyngodon idellus Carassius carassius, and pagrosol1ms major in this experiment. The noises such as feeding noise, driving away noise, jumping noise and fi llip noise were recorded by the tape recorder, Sony Model 262, through the underwa te r microph I one, Oki ST 6582, and analyzed in frequencies bv octave band analyzer, Rion SA-55, and sound pressure level of source by sound level meter, Rion NA-opNN The supplied feed was placed within 5em apart from the hydrophone. The result of analyzed noises were as follow. Cyprinus carjJio; Feeding noise 250- 500 cps, 92- 99 dB Driving away noise 125-2, 000 eps, 101-112 dB Jumping noise 125-2, 000 eps, 99-116.5 dB Ctenopharyngodon idcllus; Driving away noise 125-1, 000 cps, 96-109 dB Carassius carassius; Feeding noise 250- 500 cps, 91. 5- 99.5 dB Driving away noise 125-1, 000 eps, 99-108 dB Carassius auratus Feeding noise 250 eps, 94-101 dB Driving away noise 125-1, 000 cps, 98-110 dB Pagrosomus major Feeding noise 230-500 cps, 90-101 dB Fillip noise 500 cps, 98-108 dB (1) Feeding noise was produced as like as snap noise of twig and gulping down saliva noise in human and dominant frequency range of the noise is 250-500 cps and noise level 90-101 dB. (2) It was found that feeding noise were not a monotonic but a complex tones though fish took the same food. (3) Driving away noise was produced not so keen and the wave form of the noise is rising very sharp and big amplitude in the oscillograph. Dominant frequency range of this noise was about 150-1, 000 cps and noise level 96-112 dB except thut of carp. (4) The frequency of snapper's fillip noise, when it produced by caudal fin in swimming at the surface of water, was 500 cps and noise level 93-108 dB snd that of jumping noise of carp about 150-2, 000 cps and noise level 99-116.5 dB.

사업용 차량의 프로브 활용 가능성 평가를 위한 디지털운행기록계 위치정보 정확도 분석 (Analysis on Accuracy of GPS installed in Digital Tachograph of Commercial vehicles)

  • 사업용 차량은 교통안전법상 난폭운전 및 사고 방지를 위해 운행기록계, 블랙박스, ADAS를 의무적으로 장착하여야 한다. 한편 도로 위 위험요소들로 인한 피해는 2013년 대비 2016년에 1.5배로 증가하고 있으며 이에 국토교통부는 도로위험정보를 수집할 수 있는 센서를 개발하고 사업용 차량에 장착하여 프로브 차량으로 활용할 수 있는 기술을 개발 중에 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 기술개발을 대비하여 주행속도에 따른 GPS 오차 편차 발생 여부를 확인하고 이벤트 지점을 통합·분리할 적정 통합 범위(m)를 도출하는 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 주행속도가 100km/h일 때 평균오차는 9.72m로 주행속도가 40km/h일 때 평균오차 4.69m에 비해 오차가 약 2.1배 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 이벤트 지점 적정 통합·분리 범위(m)는 주행속도와 관계없이 동일지점 인식률 90% 이상인 20m로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 사업용 차량이 수집할 위치기반 정보 정확도 향상 및 정책개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
