품질 경영 도입 효과에 관한 연구

  • This study investigated the management environment of medium and small business by examining the role of medium and small business in national economics, the change in management condition, and the problems in quality and technique. Also we analyzed problems in the past quality control activity of our medium and small business, and examined the driving direction and intorduction method of QM. And to understand the effect of manager's concern in quality management to observe the quality system before and after introduction of QM. A target for this investigation is the medium and small business which has introduced QM through ISO 9000. Also analyzed how 05 observance effects to the sale price, process effect customer complaint and on-time delibery by an oral test.

A Road Database Update Method for Vehicle Routing Using GPS Cellular Phone (GPS 휴대폰을 이용한 차량경로용 도로망 데이터베이스 수정 방안)

  • As the use of vehicle route application and LBS(location based service) are fast grew, the importance of maintaining road network data is also increased. To maintain road data accuracy, we can collect road data by driving real roads with probe vehicle, or using digital image processing for the extraction of roads from aerial imagery. After compare the new road data to current database, we can update the road database, but that job is mostly time and money consuming or can be inaccurate. In this paper, an updating method of using GPS(global positioning system) enabled cell phone is proposed. By using GPS phone, we can update road database easily and sufficiently accurately.

Optimization Method of Knapsack Problem Based on BPSO-SA in Logistics Distribution

  • In modern logistics, the effective use of the vehicle volume and loading capacity will reduce the logistic cost. Many heuristic algorithms can solve this knapsack problem, but lots of these algorithms have a drawback, that is, they often fall into locally optimal solutions. A fusion optimization method based on simulated annealing algorithm (SA) and binary particle swarm optimization algorithm (BPSO) is proposed in the paper. We establish a logistics knapsack model of the fusion optimization algorithm. Then, a new model of express logistics simulation system is used for comparing three algorithms. The experiment verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that the use of BPSO-SA algorithm can improve the utilization rate and the load rate of logistics distribution vehicles. So, the number of vehicles used for distribution and the average driving distance will be reduced. The purposes of the logistics knapsack problem optimization are achieved.

Extending of TAM through Perceived Trust and its Application to Autonomous Driving (지각된 신뢰에 기반한 기술수용모델의 확장과 자율주행에의 적용에 관한 실증연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of technology acceptance model (TAM) on behavioral intention in order to grasp the degree of technology acceptance on autonomous driving among the various factors that consumers perceive as unmanned vehicle system becomes commercialized. In addition to the mediating effect of perceived usefulness proposed by the existing TAM, this study proposed the perceived trust (PT) and hypothesized its mediating effect on behavioral intention to use the self-driving. Path anlaysis is adopted to investigate our hypothesis using the structural equation model. The sample used for the analysis was 149 valid data among 160 responses. The effects of total effect, direct effect, and indirect effect were confirmed by hypothesis test on mediating effect. Non-parametric bootstrapping analysis was also performed to confirm the robustness. All the hypotheses were significant and we found a partial indirect effect, which implies that mediation effect of PT on behavioral intention.

Effects of Visual Information Processing Skills on Intersection's Driving Performance of Elderly Drivers (고령 운전자의 시각 정보처리 능력이 교차로 운전수행에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine elderly drivers' driving performances at the intersections, suggested by Bao and Boyle(2009), according to visual information processing skills. Visual information processing skills of elderly drivers were measured by using the visual working memory task, developed by Min et al.(2006). Seven elderly drivers were divided into two groups(good/poor) depending on the level of visual information processing skills and eleven younger drivers were a contrast group. This study examined the differences of driving performance(i.e., intersection passing times, approach velocities, speed variation and handling variations) among three groups. The results showed that elderly drivers having the poor visual information processing skills passed more slowly through the intersection than the contrast group, and passing times between elderly drivers having the good visual information processing skills and the contrast group was not significantly different. It is suggested that elderly drivers having the poor visual information processing skills use more times when they pass through the intersection, because they don't process a lot of hazardous and latent hazardous factors quickly.

  • Since the fuel cell uses the hydrogen for its fuel. it has no emission and higher efficiency than an internal combustion engine. Also fuel cell is much quieter than engine generator and generates heat much less than engine generator. So it has advantage of Army's 'si lent watch' capability and the ability to operate undetected by the enemy. The fuel cell hybrid system combines a fuel cell power system with an ESS. The ESS (e.g., batteries or ultracapacitors) reduces the fuel cell's peak power and transient response requirements. It allows the fuel cell to operate more efficiently and recovery of vehicle energy during deceleration. The battery has high energy density, so it has the advantage regarding driving distance. However, it has a disadvantage considering dynamic characteristic because of low power density. One other hand. the ultracapacitor has higher power density, so it can handle sudden change or discharge of required power. Yet. it has lower energy density. so it will be bigger and heavier than the battery when it has the same energy. This paper proposes the power management strategy for multi-power source fuel cell hybrid system. which is applied with the merits of both battery and ultra capacitor by using both of them simultaneous.

  • The automotive industry is developing day by day. Among them, it is very important to prevent accidents while driving. However, despite the importance of developing automobile industry technology, accidents due to road defects increase every year, especially in the rainy season. To this end, we proposed a road defect detection system for road management by converging deep learning and raspberry pi, which show various possibilities. In this paper, we developed a system that visually displays through a map after analyzing the images captured by the Raspberry Pi and the route GPS. The deep learning model trained for this system achieved 96% accuracy. Through this system, it is expected to manage road defects efficiently at a low cost.

  • The volume of genomic data is constantly increasing in various modern industries and research fields. This growth presents new challenges and opportunities in terms of the quantity and diversity of genetic data. In this paper, we propose a distributed cloud system for integrating and managing large-scale gene databases. By introducing a distributed data storage and processing system based on the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), various formats and sizes of genomic data can be efficiently integrated. Furthermore, by leveraging Spark on YARN, efficient management of distributed cloud computing tasks and optimal resource allocation are achieved. This establishes a foundation for the rapid processing and analysis of large-scale genomic data. Additionally, by utilizing BigQuery ML, machine learning models are developed to support genetic search and prediction, enabling researchers to more effectively utilize data. It is expected that this will contribute to driving innovative advancements in genetic research and applications.

  • This paper deals with a driving current fault monitor design methodology for a DDV actuation system which has a dual hydraulic power supply system, and triplex electric control capability. A fault existing among these redundant channels should be detected accurately and removed timely, and the remaining channels are to be reconfigured in order to compensate the role of a removed faulty channel. An integrated analysis on the aerodynamics, flight control laws, and DDV actuation system is essential for the design of an actuation system fault monitor. A method to define a fault transient boundary which specifies a maximum travel of an actuation system caused by the first faulty operation is proposed based on the top level requirement on the fault effect specified in MIL-F-8785C.

Web-based Parking Lot Management System by Vehicle Movement (차량 영상을 이용한 웹기반 주차관리 시스템)

  • s economic development has been achieved and society gets complicated, problems of traffic system have been also exposed. Due to these problems, drivers have to endure economic loss and delayed time. A web-based parking lot management system has been proposed to solve this problem. Because a parking lot is an important resource of traffic system, efficient management of parking lots can be means to solve critical problems of traffic system. In this study a simple method is introduced to detect moving vehicles with geometric information of moving objects that has been computed from surveillance cameras installed in a parking lot. Statistical information processed from image data is also stored on a server side, such as total number of parking lots, a number of parked cars and a number of available parking spots. A client who wants to know the nearest parking place can share the information via a mobile device and shorten his or her driving time. Great benefit to both drivers and society is expected if many parking lots are equipped with this system.
