  • 스마트폰이 널리 보급되면서 QR코드는 새로운 트렌드로 주목받고 있다. 많은 기업에서 QR코드를 활용하여 마케팅을 하고 있으며 QR코드는 사람들에게 친숙한 이미지가 되었다.. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 기업에서 서비스중인 인터폰을 통한 종업원과 소비자의 주문 구조방식의 Drive-Thru가 아닌 QR코드를 활용한 비대면 주문방식의 Drive-Thru 제공을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 서비스를 통하여 기존의 Drive-Thru를 이용 시 불편했던 의사소통, 정보부족을 소비자에게 효과적인 서비스로 제공할수 있고 기업에서는 기존의 Drive-Thru에 배치되어 있던 노동력을 효율적으로 사용하여 능률을 증가시킬 수 있는 기대효과를 가진다.

  • Recently the needs the interest for the high speed motor drive system is increased in many different fields. So in this paper, the high speed motor drive system is proposed to drive the high speed motor using DSP which was developed in order to process datas at high speed.   • In this paper, a direct drive scalar robot manipulator is constructed and its mechanical machanism for operation is explained. Also, a motion controller board for the direct drive robot manipulator was developed where the IBM 486 computer is the main controller. For the developed direct drive robot, a force/motion control algorithm based on an active compliance scheme is developed. A preliminary experiment using the developed direct drive for a peg-in-hole job was done by implementing the control algorithm.

  • This paper presents an excellence start-up performance drive system of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) for hoist. At first, the SRM design method of Hoist drive is expounded, and suitable Digital control arithmetic of SRM Hoist drive is advanced in the paper. Finally, some correlative experimentation has been finished, and the SRM Hoist drive has been confirmed in the experimentation.

  • Conventional theory of gear mechanism can't be applied to analyze the harmonic drive due to specific movement of the teeth. This paper deals with an analysis of kinematics and geometry of the tooth engagement of a harmonic drive comprising circular spline, flexspline and wave generator. A theoretical new tooth profile of the flexspline in meshing internal rigid gear with involute profile is obtained. Characteristics of harmonic drive reducer are shown according to parameters such as deviation coefficient, deviation distance, addendum modification coefficient. As an example, the design of harmonic drive with 1:80 reduction ratio is presented.

  • 선체 청소를 통해 선박에서 소비되는 연료량을 감소시킬 수 있으며 최근에는 이러한 작업을 산업용 로봇을 사용하여 수행한다. 선체를 청소하는 로봇에 있어서 안정적으로 선체에 부착되어 주행하는 것이 가장 중요하므로 본 연구에서는 안정적으로 선체 청소로봇을 구동할 수 있는 주행 제어시스템을 개발하였다. 이와 더불어 보다 편리하게 로봇을 운용할 수 있도록 주행 제어시스템에 작업자의 편의를 반영하여 주행 제어시스템을 구성하였다. 개발된 주행 제어시스템의 주행 제어성능과 편의성은 선체와 동일하게 제작된 구조물에서 실험을 통해 입증하였다.

고밀도 디스크 드라이브의 적응형 공진 보상 알고리즘 (Adaptive Suppression of Mechanical Resonance in High-Density Disk Drives)

  • The band-width of disk drive servo system is rapidly increasing for the robustness to external disturbance as the track density is increasing. The increase of the band-width may cause mechanical resonance of an actuator. In disk drive servo system, a notch filter is usually used to suppress the mechanical resonance of the actuator. However, the resonance frequency differs from drive to drive because of manufacturing tolerance and varies with temperature even within a single drive. The variation of resonance frequency degrades the suppression performance of the notch filter. In this paper, we present an adaptive digital notch filter that identifies the resonance frequency of the disk drive servo actutaor precisely and adjusts automatically its center frequency. For this, we design an adaptive FIR digital filter for the estimation of the resonance frequency. The estimation filter identifies the resonance frequency adaptively using the output signal generated from the servo system, which is excited with an excitation signal including all the expected resonance frequency components. We prove mathematically the convergence of the resonance frequency estimation filter. Furthermore, in order to demonstrate the practical use of our work, we present some experimental results using a commercially available disk drive.

A Backstepping Control of LSM Drive Systems Using Adaptive Modified Recurrent Laguerre OPNNUO

  • The good control performance of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (LSM) drive systems is difficult to achieve using linear controllers because of uncertainty effects, such as fictitious forces. A backstepping control system using adaptive modified recurrent Laguerre orthogonal polynomial neural network uncertainty observer (OPNNUO) is proposed to increase the robustness of LSM drive systems. First, a field-oriented mechanism is applied to formulate a dynamic equation for an LSM drive system. Second, a backstepping approach is proposed to control the motion of the LSM drive system. With the proposed backstepping control system, the mover position of the LSM drive achieves good transient control performance and robustness. As the LSM drive system is prone to nonlinear and time-varying uncertainties, an adaptive modified recurrent Laguerre OPNNUO is proposed to estimate lumped uncertainties and thereby enhance the robustness of the LSM drive system. The on-line parameter training methodology of the modified recurrent Laguerre OPNN is based on the Lyapunov stability theorem. Furthermore, two optimal learning rates of the modified recurrent Laguerre OPNN are derived to accelerate parameter convergence. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control system is verified by experimental results.

Hybrid Excitation Control of SRM Drive for Reduction of Vibration and Acoustic Noise

  • The simple motor construction and low cost, fault tolerant power electronic drive has made the switched reluctance drive a strong contender for many applications. But the switched reluctance drive does exhibit higher levels of vibration and acoustic noise than that of most competing drives. The main source of vibration in the switched reluctance drive is generated by rapid change of radial magnetic force when phase current is extinguished during commutation action. In this paper, a hybrid excitation method is proposed to reduce vibration and acoustic noise of the switched reluctance drive. The hybrid excitation has 2-phase excitation by long dwell angle as well as conventional 1-phase excitation. The vibration and acoustic noise are reduced because the scheme reduces abrupt change of excitation level by distributed and balanced excitation.
