PURPOSE. This study was aimed to evaluate effect of the desensitizing pretreatments on the micro-tensile bond strengths (${\mu}TBS$) to eroded dentin and sound dentin. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Forty-two extracted molars were prepared to form a flat dentin surface, and then they were divided into two groups. Group I was stored in distilled water while group II was subjected to a pH cycling. Each group was then subdivided into three subgroups according to desensitizing pretreatment used: a) pretreatment with desensitizer (Gluma); b) pretreatment with $CO_2$ Laser (Ultra Dream Pluse); c) without any pretreatment. All prepared surfaces were bonded with Single Bond 2 and built up with resin composite (Filtek Z250). The micro-tensile bond test was performed. Fracture modes were evaluated by stereomicroscopy. Pretreated surfaces and bonded interfaces were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The data obtained was analyzed by two-way ANOVA (${\alpha}$=0.05). RESULTS. For both sound and eroded dentin, samples treated with desensitizer showed the greatest ${\mu}TBS$, followed by samples without any treatment. And samples treated with $CO_2$ laser showed the lowest ${\mu}TBS$. SEM study indicated that teeth with eroded dentin appeared prone to debonding, as demonstrated by existence of large gaps between adhesive layers and dentin. CONCLUSION. Pretreatment with Gluma increased the ${\mu}TBS$ of Single Bond 2 for eroded and sound teeth. $CO_2$ laser irradiation weakened bond performance for sound teeth but had no effect on eroded teeth.

A blazed $GxL^{TM}$ device is described as having high optical efficiency (> 70% for RGB lasers), and high contrast ratio (> 10,000:1), and that is highly reliable when used in a large-area laser projection system. It has a robust design and precise stress control technology to maintain a uniform shape (bow and tilt) of more than 6,000 ribbons, a $0.25-{\mu}m$ CMOS compatible fabrication processing and planarization techniques to reduce fluctuation of the ribbons, and a reliable Al-Cu reflective film that provided protection against a high-power laser. No degradation in characteristics of the GxL device is observed after operating a 5,000- lumen projector for 2,000 hours and conducting 2,000 temperature cycling tests at $-20^{\circ}C$ and $+80^{\circ}C$. At the 2005 World Exposition in Aichi, Japan the world's largest laser projection screen with a size of 2005 inches (10 m ${\times}$ 50 m) and 6 million pixels (1,080 ${\times}$ 5,760) was demonstrated.

1. Objectives This study is for discovering the characteristics of the sleep in ordinary symptoms based on the Sasang Constitution. The result of this study could be helpful to understand and to identify the patients as Taeumin by contrast with non-Taeumin. 2. Methods There were 1,229 patients(529 men), who answered the questionnaire about their ordinary sleep patterns. They had been diagnosed, including their Sasang Constitution, by the Sasang Constitution specialist at Bundang Oriental Hospital of Dongguk university. Applying the binary logistic regression analysis to each item about ordinary sleep patterns and the diagnosed Sasang Constitution, we can measure the characteristics and influence of ordinary sleep patterns to the dependent variable(Sasang Constitution). 3. Results As a result of the binary logistic analysis on the observed questionnaire, we found the similar features of the ordinary sleep patterns on Taeumin by contrast with non-Taeumin. In order of influence that identify Taeumin or non-Taeumin, first, Taeumin has a tendency that he will snore well or frequently. Second, Taeumin has a tendency that he will not dream, when he sleeps by contrast with non-Taeumin. 4. Conclusions This study will be used to identify patients as Taeumin or non-Taeumin by means of a reference tool.

Purpose : This study attempts to assist stroke patients lead independent daily life movements by providing basic data for stroke patients' successful rehabilitation program and understanding the relationship between health beliefs of stroke patients and their guardians, and patients' rehabilitation performance level and daily life movement fulfillment ability. Methods : 23 stroke patients receiving treatments at rehabilitation specializing hospital after getting diagnosed with a stroke, along with 23 guardians were selected as research subjects, and health belief was measured by modifying supplementing Byun Young-Hee(2002)'s health belief measurement tool for leg movement disorder patients. Research findings revealed the following relationship between health beliefs of stroke patients and their guardians, and patients' rehabilitation performance and daily life movement fulfillment ability. Results : The patients group's initial MBI score was $33.13{\pm}3.46$, and measurement after four weeks was $38.43{\pm}3.47$. As health beliefs got stronger, MBI score increased significantly(p<.05). Correlation analyses of factors that affect rehabilitation attendance rate showed that perceived susceptibility, seriousness and usefulness were statistically significant, and perceived disability was not statistically significant(p<.05). Guardians' health belief index(susceptibility, seriousness, usefulness, disability) had no correlation with rehabilitation attendance rate. Conclusion : In order to increase daily life movement fulfillment ability of patients who are being treated with stroke, health beliefs must be raised to increase changes in daily life movement fulfillment ability. Therefore, it is believed that managing programs that can increase health beliefs of stroke patients can allow patients obtain positive health beliefs, further increase rehabilitation performance rate of stroke patients as well as independent daily life ability.

This study, after analyzing 2019 Cannes Lion winners, suggests five creative trends. It was found that these global five creative trends are multi-sensory experience, integration between data and creativity, real humanism, brand activist, and consideration for socially disadvantaged. Not only visual impact or stimulus, but audio or scent could be utilized in an effort to stimulate consumers and promote brands. In 2019 Cannes Lions advertising campaigns which sought to find consumer insight through data and apply it to creativity received applause from Cannes Lions judges. In addition, advertising campaigns based on real humanism suggest that attitudes are best changed through positive experiences. Nike's 'Dream Crazy' campaign is a good example which shows a company's philosophy and brand purposes. Brands are becoming activists and are being encouraged to take real action, and for good reason. Lastly, projects such as Ikea's 'ThisAbles' and Microsoft's 'Xbox Adaptive Controller' are contrived for the socially disadvantaged.

This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for the Culture.Welfare.Administration Complex of Yongin-City which was held by Yongin-City in December, 2001. The site is located at 68-19 Yukbuck-dong, Yongin-City, Kyunggi-do and has an area of 236,449$m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the Yongin-City could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a locale as a community center of Yongin-City, a resting place for the welfare of employees and visitors, and finally a place with diverse landscape elements reflecting the individual identity of each facility. This proposal chose the main design concept of this project as‘Nature meets City'. A grove of pine trees fragments the multi building complex, so that‘nature'was brought into the‘city'. A double ground system was introduced to respect the existing topography and to enhance the efficency of the land. This design proposal consists of four segments. Each segment has its own design theme. Outdoor space of this multi-purpose complex was designed with themes of nature, culture, welfare and administration. Space composition with grid and natural looking curvilinear lines was a design motive for this complex. The nature oriented planting design was introduced to respect the existing groves of Mt. Suksung. Specific species were chosen to follow its own spatial character in each space. An environmental sculpture called‘Dream Soaring'was placed in the middle of‘Citizen Plaza'. Its light and feather-looking shape symbolizes the vision of Youngin-City. At night people can watch the diverse color changes on its mirror-like surface.

We have attached importance to the values of spirit and immateriality. As the age of modernism of rationality ended, human being began to emphasize spiritual and immaterial while accepting multiplicity and diversification in the whole areas of society and culture. Hence interests have increased in another side of human spirit that was oppressed by rational, analytic, reasonable and scientific thinking, which has expanded the inner world of human being to the world of the unconscious. According to these paradigm changes, steady efforts to improve our lives better both materially and spiritually have been made in the areas of art and design. Therefore, the current study aims to examine the meaning of object expressed in space from the viewpoint of the unconscious, focusing on works of designer Philippe Starck after 2000 in which unique, preferential and liking characteristics are expressed well. Philippe Starck is a designer who connects design with our daily lives and formalizes it with creative ideas. Also the study theoretically explored the theory of the unconscious, a concept of Freudianism, based on 'Meaning of Dreams' of Freud, and explained the expressional characteristics and meaning of unconscious desire through his works by putting object in Philippe Starck's space. It aims to grope for the meaning of object as another possibility that can function as a spatial ruling element by analyzing object through expanding the extent of correlation and interpretation between human containing spiritual things and object which is the recognition subject in space of the present time, not a mere concept as substance like in the past, and expression of Starck's unconscious desire based on unconscious theory.

The purpose of this study was to isolate and identify bacteria from the 4 patients with non-odontogenic infectious lesions (mucormycosis, chronic inflammation from wound infection, and two actinomycosis) and determine their antimicrobial susceptibility against eight antibiotics. Bacterial culture was performed under three culture conditions (anaerobic, $CO_2$, and aerobic incubator). The bacterial strains were identified by 16S rRNA gene (16S rDNA) sequence comparison analysis method. For investigating the antimicrobial susceptibility of the bacteria against eight antibiotics, penicillin G, amoxicillin, tetracycline, cefuroxime, erythromycin, clindamycin, vancomycin, and Augmentin$^{(R)}$ (amoxicillin + clavulanic acid), minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) measurement was performed using broth microdilution assay. Nosocomial pathogens such as Enterococcus faecalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Bacillus subtilis, and Neisseria flavescens were isolated from mucormycosis. Veillonella parvula, Enterobacter hormaechei, and Acinetobacter calcoaceticus were isolated from chronic inflammatory lesion. Actinomyces massiliensis was isolated from actinomycosis in parotid gland. Capnocytophaga ochracea was isolated from actinomycosis in buccal region in anaerobic condition. There was no susceptible antibiotic to all bacteria in mucormycosis. Tetracycline was susceptible to all bacteria in chronic inflammation. C. ochracea was resistant to vancomycin and penicillin G; and other antibiotics showed susceptibility to all bacteria in actinomycosis. The results indicated that the combined treatment of two or more antibiotics is better than single antibiotic treatment in mucormycosis, and penicillin is the first recommended antibiotic to treat actinomycosis.

Purpose: This study investigated the effects of virtual reality-based task training (VRBTT) using a smart glove on upper extremity function and activity of daily living in stroke patients. Methods: Twenty-nine patients with chronic stroke disease were randomly allocated to two groups: the VRBTT group (n=14) and the control group (n=15). All patients received 30 minutes of standard occupational therapy, 5 times a week, for 8 weeks. The VRBTT group performed an additional 30 minutes of virtual reality-based rehabilitation training, 5 times a week, for 8 weeks. Results: Both groups showed significant improvements in upper extremity function, yielding an increase in FMA and K-WMFT (p<0.05). There was a more significant increase in the VRBTT group before and after interventions (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in MAS for the control group (p>0.05); however, there was a significant increase for the VRBTT group (p<0.05). In the activities of daily living, there was a significant difference in the values for K-MBI (p<0.05). In addition, both groups showed a significant increase for K-MBI and K-RNLI (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study showed that VRBTT using smart gloves can have a more positive effect on upper extremity function and activities of daily living in stroke patients than conventional intervention methods. A variety of virtual reality-based contents and glove-shaped wearable devices will help stroke patients in rehabilitation clinics recover and return to society.

In Novel, readers keep trace of the plot with their imagination, but in Movie , movie director comes together to create visual and auditory elements of it. Daisy Buchanan is a fashion icon, wearing Prada, Chanel, and Tiffany's jewelry, which reproduce the costume of Jazz Age, and make viewers well understand that of Jazz Age. Symbols like "Ash Valley", "Green light", "East Egg", "West Egg" are presented more directly in movie. Roaring parties held in Gatsby's great mansion was made by computer graphic, and its enormous scale also reflects the mental chaos and the material affluence in those age. Additionally, actors excellent show highlights the theme of the novel. With the adaptation of novel, the film finally achieves more appealing art in front of the public. This thesis investigates these more logistically with the materials of internet.
