분자 모델링 시뮬레이션은 신 물질, 신약 개발에 범용적으로 사용되는 중요한 컴퓨터 소프트웨어이다. 교육과 연구 등의 분야에서는 사용자가 직접 입력 도구를 사용하여 분자 모델을 시뮬레이션을 하는 경우가 존재한다. 사용자가 직접 시뮬레이션을 하기 위해서는 가상의 3 차원 시각화 환경은 물론 생화학적으로 안정성 여부 검증에 도움을 주기 위해 에너지 계산 결과를 제공해야 한다. 그러나 대다수의 분자 모델링 도구가 시각화 환경 제공을 위주로 개발되었으며 에너지 계산 수식이 복잡하여, 사용자가 시뮬레이션 하는 가운데, 실시간으로 에너지 계산을 제공하지 못한다. 이러한 단점을 극복 하고자 본 논문에서는 어떠한 분자 모델링 도구라도 빠르게 에너지 계산을 반환 받을 수 있는 웹 서비스 기반의 분산 시스템 환경을 구현하였다. 또한 실시간으로 사용자가 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 작업 선별 처리 알고리즘(Job Skip Operation)을 개발, 적용하여 최신의 에너지 계산 요청에 대한 반환을 보장하였다. 본 연구는 사용자가 상호작용 기법을 통하여 가상의 분자 모델링 환경에서 화학적으로 안정된 분자 물질의 결합 위치를 빠르게 찾을 수 있도록 도와준다.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore nursing students' experiences of observing surgeries in the operating room. Methods: The data were collected through written scripts of nursing students who participated in the operating room practice. Data were analyzed via qualitative content analysis. Results: Five themes emerged from the data: 'preparing with the thrilled hearts toward unknown area', 'drawing back in front of the mirror of realities', 'becoming an audience at a lifesaving orchestra', 'reaching a tipping point of knowing', and 'redrawing the trajectory of dream to be a nurse'. Conclusion: This study will prove helpful in describing their needs for systemic and emotional support. Findings indicated that major contributions of surgical observations to nursing students are more integrated understandings of nursing and the determinations of their career preferences.

Subpopulations of nucleotides that bind specifically to a variety of proteins have been isolated from a population of random sequence RNA/DNA molecules. Roughly one in $10^{13}$ random sequence RNA/DNA molecules folds in such a way as to create a specific binding site for small ligands. Since the development of in vitro selection procedure, more than 50 nucleic acid ligands (aptamers) have been isolated. These molecules are very useful for the study of molecular recognition between nucleic acid and protein/organic compound. In addition to these basic studies this method gives us a dream to produce new drugs against several diseases. We focused on several aptamers which specifically binds to trypsin-like serine proteases (thrombin, human neutrophil elastase, activated protein C and NS3 protease of human hepatitis C virus) and want to introduce their structural characteristics and some functions.

In the era of web2.0, Internet users can communicate each other on open platforms(e-mail, Naver Knowledge-In. Cyworld, Wikipedia, and blog etc.). The author investigate the impact of web2.0 user's perceived value. affective commitment. brand equity on loyalty intention. The results suggest that excellent service quality will be alternative solving in web2.0 business environment.

It is evident that advancement of ubiquitous technologies in the near future guarantees more convenient and plentiful living. With regarding to car life, we dream of an automatic driving without any effort of operation. This paper touches the realization issue, a convergence of wireless sensor network and Telematics specializing on an information routing mechanism between participating components in Telematics sensor communication network. We list up new requirements of wireless sensor network deployed for Telematics services. Then context-aware routing architecture is proposed in order to solve these constraints, in which a network topology for routing can be dynamically configured according to the combination of context models of network components.

The 21 century has entered a stage of innovation with current globalization. The technical development of science has changed more rapidly than any other era and through this change, design will control the world. For this reason, I consider that researching Philippe Starck's - one of most active designers in the world- philosophies and traits of his work can be the key to understanding 21st century's design characters and main trends. Furthermore this research will also help to predict future design. Philippe Starck has diverse traits but this study would like to focus on his trait of Surrealism. First I have arranged all his design backgrounds including periodic circumstance which influenced his works. Secondly I researched and analyzed how his design philosophy has expressed his works. Phillppe Starck defines Surrealism as an expression of a dream and unconsciousness showing an indoor view and he expresses his characteristic wit and humor by presenting completely different and exceptional space from what people have usually seen.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to explore the academic failure experiences of Korean Medicine Students. The academic failure in a medical school is defined as the situation the student who have academic failure need to repeat their academic year again. Methods : Data were collected through in-depth individual interviews from April to May 2016 and analyzed through Colaizzi's phenomenological methodology. The participants were interviewed twice, for 30minutes to 60minutes per interview. Results : Eight theme-clusters of were identified from 21 themes. The theme-clusters were 'Dream of university life and freedom', 'Meeting Stranger academic field and growing study stress', 'Difficulty of self-management', 'Weak supporting system', 'Feeling of guilty, sense of isolation and decreasing in self-esteem', 'The experience during the vacation after the academic failure', 'The experience of returning to school' and 'Self growing through hard experience'. Conclusions : Understanding of academic failure experience of Korean Medicine Students is an important approach to counsel them and an important way to reach a good model of education at a medical college.

Donguibogam rearranged existing vast work was established as the medical science laying stress on human body. The contents of this book are divided into internal side of the body as Naekyung pyon. into outer side of the body as Woehyung pyon, into various kinds of diseases except for diseasesin Naekyung pyon and Woehyung pyon as jopbyung pyon, into medical herbs in natural world as Tangaek pyon, and into acupuncture and moxa cautery as Chimgu pyon. The contents in Naekyung pyon are classified into essence, vigor, spirit and blood. dream, vocal fermitus, speech, sap and unsound mucus, five vicera and six entrails, womb, vermin, urine and feces. And the contents in Woehyung pyon are divided into head, face, eyes, ears, nose, mouth and tongue, teeth thoat from upper to lower part of the body.

High temperature superconducting (HTS) cable could be regarded as one of the most promising technologies for large electric power delivery with high reliability and low losses of power transmission system. Therefore, since 2001, LS Cable Ltd. has been developing 22.9kV, 50MVA HTS cable system as a member of DAPAS (Dream for Advanced rower system by Applied Superconductivity technology) program. In 2003, 22.9kV HTS cable system, single-core cable employing BSCCO HTS wires was firstly manufactured in 2003, and then three-core cable was also successfully developed through the demonstration of its field applicability. In this paper, based on these experiences, the relevant design technology and transient characteristics of HTS cable is described.
