The purpose of this study was to develop the entity theory on the recovering process from gambling addiction. This study focused on "What is the process of getting out of the pit of gambling addiction?" based on grounded theory methodology suggested by Strauss and Corbin(1990). The subjects of this study were 7 male gambling addicts living in Jeonbuk area. As the result of this study, a total of 97 concepts were drawn, which were classified into 28 subcategories and 16 superordinate categories. The results of analyzing the categories by paradigm showed that in the process of overcoming gambling addiction, the casual condition was 'Being cut off money; 'Losing the will', and the contextual condition corresponding to this phenomenon was 'Shame', 'Repent', and 'Wanting to die'. The core phenomenon was 'Giving up the dream of hitting the jackpot'. The intervening condition to boost this core phenomenon was 'Being helped by friends', 'Being supported by the police', 'Being led by the family', and 'Showing the willpower'. The action/interaction strategies were identified as 'Cutting off the flow of funds', 'Overcoming the temptation of gambling', and 'Diverting attention to other things', ending up 'Being conscious of family', 'Growing up', and 'Being free'. The core concept in the process of overcoming the gambling addiction was revealed as 'Being free by giving up the dream of hitting the jackpot'. The process of getting over the gambling addiction was 'The dream of hitting the jackpot being shattered', 'Giving up the dream of hitting the jackpot', 'Getting out of it', and 'Being free'. The study participants were classified into four types; 'Challenging type', 'Enjoying type', 'Showing off type', and 'Obsessive type'. This study was expected to have significance in establishing the first theory in Korea on the recovering process of gambling addict.

Purpose : IRMA method for the experimental reagents, as set out in the manual settings for doing and reporting the test results should, in principle. But many of the reagents allows for the setting of the plot does not have a lot of information. Depending on the angle setting of the table make a difference in test results and what settings are best suited to investigate. Materials and Methods : The hospital has Boramae DREAM10, Cobra, SR-300's using the Immunotech TSH reagents have been compared with the measurements. Since then there using EXCEL calculation of the equipment compared with the measurement. Results : In the comparison between each piece of equipment 1.SR-300: DREAM 10 y = 1.1376x - 0.046 (LOG-LOGIT), 2.SR-300: COBRA y = 1.0985x + 0.042 (LOG-LOG) 3.DREAM10: COBRA y = 0.965x + 0.0887 (LOG-LOG) was the result. In all charts the same X, Y axis, X values were good in general when you have. Linear-Logit value of Cobra Dream10 and Excel tends to match the calculated values provided. Conclusion : Is to guide the B / max, B / Total Logit Y axis of the chart is set to draw a look at the value equation when the X-axis LOG a high concentration are disadvantages rising urgently toward the slope. Linear-Logit plots close to the straight line has a curve. If you have a chart to guide on setting AS setting and therefore, set to guide the absence of information on the need to set up the experiment are thought to pass through.

The optimal growth condition of in vitro stem cutting of Dendrobium nobile 'Hamana Lake Dream' ${\times}$ 'No. 55' was investigated. Among various media and their concentrations, MS media had better effect on the growth of micro stem cutting than Hyponex media in all concentration levels except stem length. The activated charcoal concentration in MS media showed different effects on number of stem and root, leaf length, and fresh weight: the most effective in the range of 0.1 to 1.0 g/L and barely effective above 2.0 g/L. Addition of agar 5 g/L, sucrose at 40 g/L, and peptone at 1 g/L to MS media increased significantly stem length, leaf width, and fresh weight, internode length and number of roots, and the number of stem and leaves. On the other hand, addition of gelite with any concentration had no effect on the growth of micro stem cutting compare to that of control. The optimal temperature for growth of micro stem cutting was $28^{\circ}C$. Under the same temperature, MS medium was better than Hyponex medium for the growth of stem. In addition, sucrose at 40 g/L was the most effective on growth at $28^{\circ}C$.

The purpose of this script is to understand general issues related to production of visionary drawing and correct the fault of previous research by examining the data on visionary drawing featured on Ok So Kwon-Seop's anthology, "Oksogo(玉所稿)" the summary of its contents are as follows. First by analyzing the status of visionary drawings, in among "Oksogo(玉所稿)" which is Ok So's manuscript collection, there are 56 pieces in Je Chun Bon (edition) and 47 in Moon Kyoung Bon(edition). And recorded dreams in visionary drawings are centralized when Ok So was in his late 50's to 70's. And it is estimated that the visionary drawings are the collection of work done by many artists in long period of time. It was confirmed that Kwon Seop himself did not participated in drawings but were done by his brother Kwon Young, his grandson Kwon Shin Eung and Cho Se Gul, the artist from Pyoung Yang. Also visionary drawings were produced in youth years and among the visionary drawings that can be ascertain about the produced year and the oldest is by Cho Se Gul which was estimated to be done in 1695. And the last one to be completed was which was a dream in 1756 turned into a drawing and this was produced between 1756 to 1759 which was a year Ok So passed away. Production of Ki Seung Chup (album) or Mong-Wha Chup (album) was accomplished as follows. When Ok So records his dream in writing he receives response poem from a person he was in dream with and ask artist to draw the vision in dream, then the drawing and scripts were compiled and made into an album. With this some of the issues on visionary drawings featured on "Oksogo(玉所稿)" would have been settled. Recently, 2 more volumes of Ok So's anthology were photo-printed and published and hopefully those issues that was unable to settle in this script will have more detailed answers by discovering new and undisclosed data.

Purpose: This study aimed to understand and explain the essences and structures of the experience of Korean nursing students' college life who have defected from North Korea. Korea. Methods: The data were collected in 2012 through individual in-depth interviews using open-ended questions. A total of 6 nursing students who have escaped from North Korea participated in the study. Each interview lasted about 2 hours. Verbatim transcripts were analyzed using Phenomenological analysis. Results: Four theme clusters emerged by the analysis using Collaizzi's method: a dream of passing, the stern realities of life, out of the frying pan into the fire, and passion for my dream. These theme clusters illustrate that although most participants faced very strange and strenuous situations in most aspects of college life, each of them had hope to be an a good nurse in the future. The essence of the experience of participants was "living as a star in the black night". Conclusion: This study provides deep understanding of college life of nursing students who defected from North Korea. Based on the results of the study, the Korean government, society, and college should support refugees in order to help settle well in Korean society.
