PLM 기반의 국방 형상관리 정보체계 구축 사례연구 (A Study of Implementation of Defense Configuration Management System based on PLM)

  • A configuration management system was implemented by applying PLM to the defense field. The PLM system has recently been incorporated in a wide range of industries, and it has allowed for improvements in work productivity and expansion of related services by comprehensively managing and securing connection regarding configuration information in the defense field. Implementations include acquisition of configuration related information and reinforcement of BOM-oriented configuration management function, securing compatibility among 3D drawings of different agencies, improvement of drawing and document management functions, comprehensive systematic configuration management focused on product structure, strengthened configuration control functions, a management system according to the work flow and life cycle functions, an integrated configuration management system of 3D model CAD resources and an enhanced management system. This paper covers a case study reviewing the implementation of a PLM-based configuration management information system and its results, so that the information can be made available to other agencies and companies seeking to apply PLM in their organizations.

공사용도면 현황분석에 기반한 일반업무시설 실시설계도면 체크리스트 개선방안 (Checklists for Construction Drawings of Office Buildings based on Working Drawing Analysis)

  • 현재 실시설계도면 작성과정에서 시간, 비용 등 제한조건으로 인해 실시설계도면 자체의 품질저하가 발생하고 있으며, 시공상세도는 표준화된 기준이 없이 임의적으로 작성되고 프로젝트 완료 후 대부분이 폐기가 되어 설계단계로 피드백 되지 않아 실시설계도면 품질저하의 악순환이 초래되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실시설계도면과 시공상세도의 품질 향상을 위하여 일반업무시설에 대한 기존 실시설계 체크리스트를 기본으로 공사현장에 요구되는 정보와 시공상세도를 반영하고, 설계자의 설계도면 구성 분류에 따른 검토항목과 시공자의 공사별 분류 방법에 따른 검토항목을 상호 연계함으로써 시공성을 반영한 실시설계도면 체크리스트 개선안을 제시하였다. 실시설계도면과 시공단계가 연계된 공사별 통합 체크리스트의 활용성을 위해 인덱스 매트릭스를 개발하였으며, 실무전문가를 대상으로 심층면담조사를 통해 유효성을 확인하였다.

  • According to complexity and high level of society, the rapid and accurate information for landuse, environment and traffic etc., is required, but the information management by a drawing and a map is confronted with a complicated and sudden change of facilities such as bridge; electricities, city gases and networks. This paper is aim to build a bridge management system of road with GSIS. It operated personal computer will bring easy computing management system of bridge on road. To build this system, presented bridge management system and domestic method for bridge management of road are investigated, and also apply to bridge management system using GSIS for site and character of bridges. And with that, position and character apply to bridge management system using GSIS.

  • This paper studies the computer programming of statistical methods. A few computer programs are developed for * computing the basic statistics and the coefficients of process capability for raw and grouped data * drawing the frequency table and histogram * goodness of fit testing for normality with the analyses for stratifications if necessary. A special emphasis is laid on the significant digits and rounding-off for the output. A running result appears in the Appendix for a hypothetical example.

  • This study was conducted to grasp problems of the present and investigate the real condition of organizations by making how an organizational ISO/TS 16949 quality management system has a positive effect on process improvement, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on the relationship between ISO/TS 16949 requirements and process improvement, process improvement has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and organizational performance research projects. For doing them, it tris to suggest an effective application plan of ISO/TS 16949 certification through improvements about corporate quality management systems of the automobile field by investigating and analyzing literature of the precedent studies and ISO/TS 16949 certification effects actually, conducting and analyzing an survey on effects on customer satisfaction and organizational performance, and drawing the problems.

  • 최근 국내 건축경기 불황에 대한 방안으로 리모델링 시장이 신규 유망시장으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 리모델링 공사를 추진하는데 있어, 도면의 부재나 도면 정보의 부족 등으로 시공에 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 역설계 기술을 이용한 도면화 기술에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행 중이지만, 현장에서는 역설계 기술의 정확도와 도면화 시간에 대한 정보부족으로 역설계 기술의 사용을 주저하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실험을 통해 역설계 과정 중 3차원 형상 정보를 획득하는데 있어서 포인트 데이터 정밀도에 따른 측정시간과 오차를 분석하여 최적의 포인트 데이터 획득 정밀도를 제안하고자 한다.

  • Traditional wooden buildings deform over time and are vulnerable to fire or earthquakes. Therefore, traditional wooden buildings require continuous management and repair, and securing architectural drawings is essential for repair and restoration. Unlike modernized CAD drawings, traditional wooden building drawings scan and store hand-drawn drawings, and in this process, many noise is included due to damage to the drawing itself. These drawings are digitized, but their utilization is poor due to noise. Difficulties in systematic management of traditional wooden buildings are increasing. Noise removal by existing algorithms has limited drawings that can be applied according to noise characteristics and the performance is not uniform. This study presents deep artificial neural network based noised reduction for architectural drawings. Front/side elevation drawings, floor plans, detail drawings of Korean wooden treasure buildings were considered. First, the noise properties of the architectural drawings were learned with both a cycle generative model and heuristic image fusion methods. Consequently, a noise reduction network was trained through supervised learning using training sets prepared using the noise models. The proposed method provided effective removal of noise without deteriorating fine lines in the architectural drawings and it showed good performance for various noise types.

Rebar Spacing Fixing Technology using Laser Scanning and HoloLens

  • Currently rebar spacing inspection is carried out by human inspectors who heavily rely on their individual experience, lacking a guarantee of objectivity and accuracy in the inspection process. In addition, if incorrectly placed rebars are identified, the inspector need to correct them. Recently, laser scanning and AR technologies have been widely used because of their merits of measurement accuracy and visualization. This study proposes a technology for rebar spacing inspection and fixing by combining laser scanning and AR technology. First, scan data acquisition of rebar layers is performed and the raw scan data is processed. Second, AR-based visualization and fixing are performed by comparing the design model with the model generated from the scan data. To verify the developed technique, performance comparison test is conducted by comparing with existing drawing-based method in terms of inspection time, error detection rate, cognitive load, and situational awareness ability. It is found from the result of the experiment that the AR-based rebar inspection and fixing technology is faster than the drawing-based method, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in error identification rate, cognitive load, and situational awareness ability. Based on the experimental results, the proposed AR-based rebar spacing inspection and fixing technology is expected to be highly useful throughout the construction industry.

얼굴자극검사의 평가를 위한 컴퓨터 알고리즘 (A Computer Algorithm for the evaluation of elements in Face Stimulus Assessment)

  • 2003년 Betts는 효율적인 투사검사 기법의 일환으로 FSA(얼굴자극검사: Face Stimulus Assessment)를 개발하였다. 이 논문에서는 Betts가 제안한 FSA 척도들을 색칠의 정확도, 색상의 적합도, 형상의 인식도, 묘사의 정밀도, 공간의 활용도의 다섯 가지로 분류하고 이를 객관적으로 평가하는 컴퓨터 알고리즘을 개발한다. 본 알고리즘은 눈, 입 술, 머리카락 등의 FSA 평가에 주요한 요인의 영역을 설정하고, 대표색 및 색의 비율을 통해 각 척도들의 등급을 산출한다. 그리고 이차 가중 Kappa 값을 통해 미술치료 전문가의 평가와 컴퓨터 알고리즘의 평가 간의 일관성을 보이고, 이를 통해 본 알고리즘의 적합성을 검증한다. 이 논문은 FSA를 평가함에 있어 미술치료사의 주관이나 경험 또는 직관에 따른 불확실성을 극복하고 객관성과 일관성을 제공하여 그림을 통한 투사검사의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
