  • 가스계 소화설비는 소화약제의 특성상 방호구역내의 누설면적에 민감하게 영향을 받고, 누설면적이 너무 크면 제대로 된 소화성능을 발휘 할 수 없기 때문에 설계 및 시공, 그리고 설치 후 성능 검증 등에 주의가 필요하다. 이전 가스계 소화설비의 성능확인방법으로 종래에는 소화약제 전량을 직접방출하거나 극히 일부 저장용기의 소화약제만을 방출시키는 소위 간이시험을 실시하는 것이 보편적이었으나, 방출시험은 고비용, 일회성 및 시험절차의 난이성, 그리고 환경오염으로 인해 실제 방출시험을 통한 설비의 신뢰성 확인이 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 상황을 감안하여 가스계 소화설비의 성능검증을 위해 Door Fan Test를 활용하는 방안에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

  • This work deals with finding a suitable position correction algorithm of industrial robot based on measuring particular points, which calculates two dimensional correction quantities and the must allow visually acceptable door-chassis assembly task. Three optimizing algorithms corresponding to three differ- ent error based performance indices are compared and selected to the best one, in terms of the predefined total uniformity, line uniformity and computational time. The selected algorithm(Total Error Minimization) is implemented for a simple door-chassis model to show its effectiveness.

  • The mobile card system used for mobile access control is connected to the door lock mounted on the door, enabling non-contact control. The RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) of the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) communication packet used here can help to know the direction and distance of the mobile device. In this study, the desirable access control distance was calculated and implemented by setting the RSSI of the transmitter of the BLE packet used in mobile access control and processing the RSSI of the receiver.

  • This paper introduces a smart door system composed of security system and secretary system. As ratio of single households increase, the security of household became more important. Also already there were a lot of artificial intelligence secretary system based on voice called smart home technology. But It has limits. It can not work without user's requests. That mean it is not automatic. And the voice recognition depend on user's pronounce. Thus in this paper, we design and develop smart door system that is added function of security and secretary. That can inform users that there are outsider in front of their house in real time. Also that can speak information such as user's requirements, delivery and weather information using TTS. As a result they can prevent crimes and use convenient secretary system.

  • PSD is automatically opened and closed when subway train arrive on the station. This system was designed to control electric automatic system. These doors will provide passenger safety, energy saving and a good environment in subway. The monitoring and control systems of PSD are configured so that they can be operated in automatic mode in connection with ATO through the composite control panel in the station control room. The objective of this paper is to obtain high reliability that is essential for monitoring and control systems of PSD. The power supply is based on protection circuit using DC power bridge from two UPS. Also, stable communication system consists of CAN communication line redundancy and RF cross protection algorithm. Monitoring state display results show the validity of the proposed high reliability monitoring and control systems of PSD.

  • In this paper, design and construction process for the standardized electric motor car according to standard specification is described. Aluminum extrusion profiles and power and control system made domestically are used in the electric motor car. Also, plug-sliding door system for noise reduction and automatic train control system are developed and applied. Through the development of the electric motor car, most electric and control systems can be substituted by domestic standard systems, and safety and reliability of electric motor cars can be secured.

  • In chemical, medical or biology laboratories Fume Hoods are basic facilities which can protect researchers from dangerous gas as blowing the contaminated air outside. After the air inside the laboratory room is sucked into the hume hood, then, it is blew out by a fan rotated by an AC induction motor. In addition, a damper controls the inside opening of a duct, which the air flows through. The face velocity, air velocity through the front door, have to be kept constant as the set value even though the opening of the door is varied. However, conventional fume hood used to be operated by operator's manual switches. So that, in this paper an automatic control system is developed which controls the face velocity by adjusting the rotating speed of the blow motor and the opening of the damper. Experiments show that this developed system can be used at such laboratories.

  • In this paper, we develop a planning system for the routing and scheduling of vehicles in pickup and delivery service such as door-to-door parcel service. Efficient routing and scheduling of vehicles is very important in pickup and delivery service. The routing and scheduling problem is a variation of vehicle routing problem which has various realistic constraints. We develop a heuristic algorithm based on tabu search to solve the routing and scheduling problem. We develop a routing and scheduling system installed the algorithm as a planning engine. The system manage the basic data and uses GIS data to make a realistic route plan.

  • This paper deals with the characteristics analysis and experiments of operating actuator for automatic door operated by fire detecting sensor. The dynamic characteristics of operating actuator system are analyzed on the structure of the operating actuator model. Simulation and experimental result have been performed for the verification of the proposed system and dynamic characteristics applied to a actuator by electromechanical energy conversion theory. The experimental result have been compared with proposed theoretical predictions. In this experimental result represented the temperature T1 and T2 which remarks T1 is a circumstance of operating actuator system, and T2 is a fire detecting sensor part.
