여자 창던지기 운동학적 요인의 일관성 평가 (Evaluation of Consistency on Kinematic Factors in Women Javelin Throw)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate variability of kinematic factors affecting the record in women's javelin throwing. For this study, 8 female-javelin thrower participated in this experiment. The three digital video cameras (Sony, 120x) were used to record motions. Kwon3D 2.1 was used to process data and they were analyzed with Excell for factors. The sampling rate of a camera was 60Hz and shutter speed of a camera was 1/1000sec. The coordinate data were filtered using a fourth-order Butterworth low pass filtering with an estimated optimum cut-off frequency of 6Hz. The results were as follows: 1. From cross step to landing of delivery, the average velocities of CoM of non-dominant athletes were greater than dominant athletes and those of CoM of non-dominant athletes less than dominant athletes, but at release dominant athletes had a lower average velocity and a variability than non-dominant athletes. 2. From cross step to landing of delivery, the average throwing velocities and variabilities of a javelin of dominant athletes were greater than dominant athletes, but at release, dominant athletes had a higher velocity than dominant athletes and had a equal variability. 3. At every events, a forward or backward angles and variabilities of non-dominant athletes were greater than dominant athletes. 4. From cross step to landing of delivery, dominant athletes' elbow average angles were greater than non-dominant athletes and the variabilities of latter less than non-dominant athletes, but at release dominant athletes' variabilities were smaller than non-dominant athletes. 5. At landing of delivery, dominant athletes' knee average angles and variabilities of a supporting foot were a greater than non-dominant athletes, and at release, dominant athletes' knee average angles was a greater but variabilities less than non-dominant athletes. In conclusion, the dominant threw javelins fast while having stable postures and the range of elbow's angle large.

간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify factors that influence the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses. Method: The data were collected from 1st, August until 7th, August, 2005. The subjects were 238 nurses from a general hospital in Busan. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS program. Result: The organizational commitment and job satisfaction was significant positive correlations with flexibility, satisfaction, competence factors and significant negative correlations with empathy factors and centralization factor. The most powerful predictors of Nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction was managerial strategy of organizational characteristics. And, satisfaction factors of professional self-concept, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative- dominant culture and innovative-dominant culture were powerful predictor factors. The Other powerful predictors of nurses's job satisfaction were satisfaction factors of professional Self-concept, communication and centralization factor of organizational characteristics, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative-dominant culture, professional image factor of nurse image. Conclusion: This study revealed that important factors for nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Consequently, the manager should be make effective managerial strategy and encourage that nurse have more satisfy to professional self-concept. And the manager make constant efforts to create an affiliative culture in hospital.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 TV산업에서 지배적 디지털 TV에 영향을 미치는 지배적 디자인 결정요인과 제품핵심요소를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, 전문가 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하고, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 지배적 디자인의 결정요인은 디스플레이, 디자인, 특성에 영향을 주고 디스플레이와 디자인이 지배적 디지털 TV를 만드는 데 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 우리나라 TV기업이 지속적으로 지배적 디자인을 선도하여 선도자로서의 역할을 유지토록 사업전략 수립의 기초자료로써 큰 의미가 있다 하겠다.

A NEW CRITERION FOR SUBDIVISION ITERATION DETERMINATION OF GENERALIZED STRICTLY DIAGONALLY DOMINANT MATRICES

  • Generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices have a wide range of applications in matrix theory and practical applications, so it is of great theoretical and practical value to study their numerical determination methods. In this paper, we study the numerical determination of generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices by using the properties of generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices. We obtain a new criterion for subdivision iteration determination of the generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices by subdividing the set of non-prevailing row indices and constructing new iteration factors for the set of predominant row indices, new elements of the positive diagonal factors are derived. Advantages are illustrated by numerical examples.

휴대폰 디자인에 있어서 지배성 변화 측정 (Measuring Changes of Dominance in Designs of Mobile Phones)

  • 본 연구는 디자인요소의 변화과정을 통해 제품디자인요소(product design factors)의 지배력 정도(dominant degree)를 실증적으로 분석하고 있다. 선행연구에서는 지배적 디자인에 대한 측정방법은 구체적으로 제시되었지만 장기간에 걸쳐 데이터를 확보하지 못한 한계점으로 시간의 흐름에 따른 지배적 디자인(dominant design)의 실증연구가 제시되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 연도별 디자인 변화 데이터를 확보한 후 휴대폰의 디자인 지배력(dominance)과 지배구조(structure change)가 어떻게 변했는지를 측정해 보았다. 측정결과, 휴대폰 디자인요소 중 바디형태(body form)와 모서리(edge)는 지배력(dominance)이 점점 증가하여 각각 직사각형으로 라운드 모서리로 집중화(convergence)되는 경향인 지배적 디자인요소를 가지고 있었고, 버튼방식(button type), 개폐방식(open type), DMB여부, 영상통화여부, 컬러조합, 바디컬러는 지배력이 높았다가 감소되면서 디자인수준(design levels)이 분산화(divergence) 되는 경향을 가지고 있었다. 이렇게 제품디자인요소의 지배력 정도를 측정함으로써 마케팅 관리자나 디자이너들에게 급변하는 시장 상황에서 제품전략을 수립하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 지배적 디자인에 대한 실증연구를 통해 신제품 개발시 지배적 디자인 등장에 대비한 성공적인 제품 개발의 가이드라인을 제공하는데 도움이 될 수 있다.

  • Cycling that transform human energy into mechanical energy is one of the man-machine systems out of sports fields. Benchmarking means "improving ourselves by learning from others', therefore benchmarking toward dominant cyclist is necessary on field. The goals of this study were to provide important factors on multi-disciplines (kinematics, physiology, power, psychology) for a tailored-training program that is suitable to individual characteristics. Two cyclists participated in this study and gave consent to the experimental procedure. One was dominant cyclist (years: 21 yrs, height: 177 cm, mass: 70 kg), and the other was non-dominant cyclist (years: 21, height: 176, mass: 70). Kinematic data were recorded using six infrared cameras (240Hz) and QTM (software). Physiological data (VO2max, AT) were acquired according to graded exercising test with cycle ergometer and power with Wingate test used by Bar-Or et. al (1977) and to evaluate muscle function with Cybex. Psychological data were collected with competitive state anxiety inventory (CSAI-2) that was devised by Martens et. al (1990) and athletes' self-management questionnaire (ASMQ) of Huh (2003). It appears that the dominant's CV of ankle joint angle was higher than non-dominant's CV and dominant's pedaling pattern was consistent in biomechanics domain, which the dominant's values for all factors ware higher than non-dominant's values in physical, and physiological domain, and their values between cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety were contrary to each other in psychology. Further research on multi-disciplines may lead to the development of tailored-optimal training programs applicable with key factors to enhance athletic performance by means of research including athlete, coach and parents.

임도 절토비탈면의 우점식물과 식물피복에 미치는 인자들의 영향 -­전라북도를 대상으로­- (Dominant Species and Factors Related with Plant Coverage in the Cutting Slopes of Forest Road -In Jeollabuk-do Region­-)

  • To investigate the dominant species and factors related with plant coverage by road structures and forest environment factors, forest roads elapsed from one year to twelve year after construction had been selected in six county(Gochang-gun, Muju-gun, Imsil-gun, Jangsu-gun, Jeongup-shi and Jinan-gun), and 20m segments were continuously set up in each road. The results obtained from this study are summarized as follows: The species diversity of Gochang, Muju, Imsil, Jangsu, Jeongup and Jinan were 1.304, 1.267, 1.308, 1.193, 1.289 and 1.018, respectively. In process of years, plant coverage was increased gradually and average of plant coverage was 15.3% in forest roads which elapsed three year, and was 86.5% in forest roads which elapsed nine year after construction. The dominant species in the cutting slope of surveyed area were covered with Arundinella hirta, Pinus rigida, Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens, Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, Pinus densiflora, Oplismenus undulatifolius, Rubus coreanus, Lysimachia clethroides, Lespedeza bicolor, and Alnus hirsuta of the 152 species. The high correlated factors between plant coverage and variables in cutting slopes appeared elapsed year, soil hardness, mean annual precipitation, vertical grade, inslope and arid humidity in surveyed area.

하천(곡릉천,안양천)변 토양에서 세포성 점균의 분포 및 토양 환경요인의 영향 (The Distribution of Dictyostelids Cellular Slime Molds in Gokneung and Anyang Streamside and Effects of Environmental Factors on Its Distribution)

  • Dictyostelids cellular slime molds were isolated from the soils of Gokneung and Anyang streamside in Korea. The fifteen species including two undescrihed species were identified. These were as follows ; Dictyostelium macrocephalurn D. sphaerocephalum, D. aureum var. aureum, D.mucoroides, D. minutum, Polyspondyium pallidum. D. giganteum, P. violaceum. D. purpureum. D.brefeldianum, D. flavidum, D. mucoroides var. storoniferum, D. septentrionalis, D. aureum var. luteolum,D. aureo-stipes var. aureo-stipes. D. macrocephalum was the dominant species. and D. sphaerocephalum. D. aureum var. avreum were relatively common. D. mucoroides var. storoniferum, D. septentrionalis were the undescrihed species in Korea. In the soils of streamside, dominant species was shifted by D. macrosephalum, D. sphaerocephalum. which were rare in the forest soils. The total clones per gram of streamside soils were greater than that of forest soils, whereas the number of species in streamside was smaller than the in forest soils. As a result, the ratio of the number of clones to species was very high in the soils of streamside, Environmental factors of soil pH, water content, organic content, total nitrogen and total phosphorus made a effect differently on the cellular slime molds community. 을숙도 생태공원내 서식지별 환경요인과 갈대분포 특성 (Environmental Factors and Phragmites Distribution at Various Habitats in Eulsukdo Ecological Park)

  • Environmental factors and phragmites growth properties at various habitats in Eulsukdo ecological park were investigated to understand major factors affecting phragmites distribution in constructed wetlands. Although phragmites is very important species in wetland ecosystem, it should be controlled to prevent excessive expansion within the restricted park area. The results showed that phragmites dominant sites have the highest LAI among other emerged plants habitats and could adversely affect for waders habitats. Phragmites were also found at the areas with wide ranges of water-depth than other plants, and showed phragmites could be favored for occupying the newly constructed wetlands like Eulsukdo ecological park. The results showed difference in soil redox potential between phragmites dominant and non-dominant sites. Because soil redox potential is affected by wetland hydrology like flooding duration, control of wetland hydrology should be considered for creation and management of constructed wetlands. The results also showed that differences in soil cation exchange capacity, soil salinity, soil organic matter content and site inclination between phragmites dominant and non-dominant sites as well as brackish and freshwater areas. Those abiotic factors can be important considerations for the sustainable wetland management especially for the phragmitest managements in the ecological park.
