A technological trend of treating or preventing the cardiovascular diseases has reviewed on 381 domestic and foreign patents from the year 1980 to June, 2007. Primarily focused upon countries such as Korea, Japan and the United States; the leading nations concerning cardiovascular disease, this paper delved into a systematic research of the cardiovascular disease utilizing research focused database and research analysts. Korea was showing increased development in the diet and cardiovascular related areas as shown by increase in related patent caseloads and submission since the 2000. Especially within the area of food production, there had been an increase of market share by up to 50% and the frequency of patent submission had also increased. Japan was showing similar trend as Korea with its increase in research, but the only difference was that Japan was focused more upon medical supplies. With the United States, there was no real consistency with the number of patents, therefore harder to make an accurate assessment.

Objectives : This study is designed for trend analysis of oriental medicine treatment for visual impairment. Methods : Research studies related to objectives were gathered through OASIS, KTKP, PUBMED with keywords such as "visual impairment", "myopia", "hyperopia", "presbyopia", "astigmatism" and analyzed. Results : As a result of searching domestic and overseas research on oriental medical treatment for visual impairment, 7 domestic research papers and 11 overseas research papers have been selected. Among those research papers, 15 of those are studies related to childhood or juvenile myopia. Acupuncture, ear acupuncture, herb medicine, periocular massage, eye muscle exercise and habit correction are used as treatment methods for visual impairment. 14 out of 17 research papers which mentioned treatment effect of oriental medicine reported oriental treatment of visual impairment is effective. Conclusions : Various types of oriental medical treatment could be effective in treating visual impairment. Thus, related in-depth research must be proceeded.

Objectives: The present study examines the domestic trend of Chuna manual therapy on cervical spinal disorders in Korea. Methods: We investigated the studies on Chuna manual therapy for cervical spinal disorders via searching 6 Korean web databases. As a result, 51 research papers were found to be analyzed according to their published year, published institution, the titles of journals, the types of study, the techniques of Chuna, the instruments for assessment, the Chuna technique and the number of the treatment trials by the cases of cervical spinal disorders and ethical approvals. Results: The number of the research papers published tended to increase every year. The studies on Chuna manual therapy for cervical spinal disorders were mainly published in The Journal of Korea CHUNA Manual Medicine for Spine & Nerves. The most frequently adopted technique of Chuna in the examined studies was Chuna spine manipulation therapy - cervical spine technique. Visual analogue scale (VAS), neck disability index(NDI) were used as primary means of assessments. The ethical problems of the examined studies needed to be improved. Conclusions: Reviewing the domestic trend of studies on Chuna manual therapy for cervical spinal disorders and examining the strong and weak points of those treatments are essential for the future studies. It is anticipated that this review benefits the future in-depth study on the treatments for Chuna in Korean medicine.

This study introduced the inclusion of Global Value Chain (GVC) as a strategy for the globalization of domestic industries. In addition, this study intended to highlight direct foreign investment as an important opportunity for enhancing the competitiveness of the domestic small and medium firms. That is, globalization could be realized not only through simple capital inflow, but also through domestic industry's participation in the overseas production network. The analysis of the trend and pattern of direct foreign investment revealed that the FDI inflows heavily dependent on the USA and Japan have been diversified steadily over time. In spite of recent decline trend of overall FDI amount, inflows from European countries in machinery and chemical industries have been rising. These rising and diversifying trends in these industries are promising since FDI inflows have the potential of playing an important role in achieving productivity growth of domestic industries, particularly in the area of comparatively fragile industries such as machinery and chemicals. In the same logic, it is crucial for future growth of Korea that the small and medium firms find their competitive edges through strengthening production networks with foreign multi-national companies. Thus, it is suggested that the policy of globalization of small and medium firms should be based on the firm understanding of GVC and FDI pattern of industries.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction and implications of robot education by analyzing domestic research trend related to robot education and effectiveness papers from 2001 to the recent time. For examining the research trend related to robot education, 112 papers in total 10 kinds of professional academic journals of National Research Foundation of Korea were selected and they were analyzed by academic journal, year, research form, research subject, research object and research method. As the result of analyzing the number of papers by year, they are greatly increased from 2007. And, for the research subjects, they showed high rate of research, programming education and children's response research in order. For the research method, the experimental research was fulfilled the mostly. In the research on the educational effects of robot, it's reported to be effective in creativity, problem-solving ability, academic accomplishment of subjects, justifying factors of studying concentration and studying attitude. Based on the studying material, direction and implications of robot education were suggested.

Korean floricultural industry has grown under the full backing of government, as it placed itself as the main export item since 2000s. Despite its high-speed growth after the domestic production scale of trillion won, the floricultural industry lost its pace after 2005, due to the market-opening of agricultural product and global economic depression. Although the national income is growing and the level of civilized living is following, spending on flowers is faltering. As of such circumstances, necessity for analyzing flower consumption trend and behavior has came out, along with the calls for expansion plan of flower consumption, under the basis of result analysis on consumer reports. The result of the research contains the trend/consumption behavior analysis on domestic and foreign flower industry to boost floricultural industry, along with reviews on various studies of the developmental process of domestic and foreign cut-flowers/pot-plants consumption trend. Also this study has reached to the various recognition of people toward flower, through a public survey. Through such results, this study would like to propose the measures for diffusion of flower-consumption culture, achieving the improvement of life-quality of public along. First, efforts on reviewing the customer accessibility is essential to create flower- culture and the consumption. Second, to eliminate the obstacles that prevents flowers from public's daily life is essential. Third is the effective public-relations on flowers. To create consuming culture and to adhere the positive images, it is essential to research and systematically organize categories of color, scent, and elements of flower and utilize them. Last proposal is the organization of flower-concerned personnels and the leading groups. The change is affected by the economical, social environment, along with the emotions of consumers. Therefore the necessity for the leading group to be the control-tower of such changes are very clear.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trend of Korean traditional medicine for edema under Korean healthcare facilities. Methods : We collected data from search engines for research including domestic online database using the keywords edema, Hydrocele, emphysema and Pneumocranium Results : Total of 41 articles were about Lower body edema, General edema, edema of the eyelid, Lymphedema, Hydrocele, Bone marrow edema, hand edema, Brain edema, emphysema, Pneumocranium The treatment methods used were acupuncture and pharmacopuncture treatment, moxibustion treatment, herbal medicine treatment, cupping treatment, massage treatment, radio frequency treatment, and Chuna treatment. Twenty-nine studies used only oriental medicine treatment, and 12 studies combined oriental medicine and western medicine. the most commonly used measurement was Measurement of the perimeter of the area. Conclusions : This study shows the research trend of edema. Through the collected data, the treatment methods and for specific information of treatments were organized. This study can be used in clinical environments and will contribute for further study in edema.

This study analyzed the Seungmu research trends published in domestic academic journals from 1978 to 2021. Seungmu, a traditional Korean dance, has been handed down for a long time and has established itself as a traditional dance representing Korea. I think that the trend analysis of Seungmu Dance can present basic data that can solidify the succession, preservation and development of Seungmu Dance, a sustainable traditional cultural heritage. I think that the trend analysis of Seungmu dance is a meaningful process that lays the foundation for the vitalization and popularization of Korean traditional dance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trend of transformational leadership published in domestic journals in the last 10 years and to find some implications for future research. For this purpose, 337 research papers on transformational leadership from 2007 to 2016 were reviewed. This study used descriptive statistics by frequency and percentage and a network text analysis method. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the annual average number of papers published was 33. Second, 'human resource management research' was the most common topic. Third, most of the research subjects were business employees. Fourth, the research method trend analysis showed that the highest proportion was in the quantitative research. Fifth, 'transactional leadership' showed the highest frequency as a result of analyzing the keywords presented in the abstract of the paper. Sixth, as a result of analyzing the network texts, those having the trend of being analyzed with a close connections were 'transactional leadership', which had the highest connection to transformational leadership, showing the closest relationship with 'role satisfaction'.
