전자상거래에서 소비자들의 구매 의사결정에 판매 제품을 이미 구매하여 사용한 고객의 리뷰가 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 전자상거래 업체들은 고객들이 제품 리뷰를 남기도록 유도하고 있으며, 구매고객들도 적극적으로 자신의 경험을 공유하고 있다. 한 제품에 대한 고객 리뷰가 너무 많아져서 구매하려는 제품의 모든 리뷰를 읽고 제품의 장단점을 파악하는 것은 무척 힘든 일이 되었다. 전자상거래 업체들과 연구자들은 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하여 리뷰들 중에서 유용한 리뷰들의 속성을 파악하거나 유용한 리뷰와 유용하지 않은 리뷰를 미리 분류하는 노력을 수행하고 있다. 고객들에게 유용한 리뷰를 필터링하여 전달하는 방안이다. 본 연구에서는 문서-단어 매트릭스에서 단어의 제거 기준으로 온라인 고객 리뷰가 유용한 지, 그렇지 않은지를 구분하는 문제에서 단어들이 유용 리뷰 집합과 유용하지 않은 리뷰집합에 중복하여 등장하는 정도를 측정한 중립도를 제시한다. 제시한 중립도를 희소성과 함께 분석에 활용하여 제거할 단어를 선정한 후에 각 분류 알고리즘의 성과를 비교하였다. 최적의 성과를 보이는 중립도를 찾았으며, 희소성과 중립도에 따라 단어를 선택적으로 제거하였다. 실험은 Amazon.com의 'Cellphones & Accessories', 'Movies & TV program', 'Automotive', 'CDs & Vinyl', 'Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry' 제품 분야 고객 리뷰와 사용자들의 리뷰에 대한 평가를 활용하였다. 전체 득표의 수가 4개 이상인 리뷰 중에서 제품 카테고리 별로 유용하다고 판단되는 1,500개의 리뷰와 유용하지 않다고 판단되는 1,500개의 리뷰를 무작위로 추출하여 연구에 사용하였다. 데이터 집합에 따라 정확도 개선 정도가 상이하며, F-measure 기준으로는 두 알고리즘에서 모두 희소성과 중립도에 기반하여 단어를 제거하는 방안이 더 성과가 높았다. 하지만 Information Gain 알고리즘에서는 Recall 기준으로는 5개 제품 카테고리 데이터에서 언제나 희소성만을 기준으로 단어를 제거하는 방안의 성과가 높았으며, SVM에서는 전체 단어를 활용하는 방안이 Precision 기준으로 성과가 더 높았다. 따라서, 활용하는 알고리즘과 분석 목적에 따라서 단어 제거 방안을 고려하는 것이 필요하다.

Where a paper document, a manual signature, or negotiability is required in statute, then solutions must be found through a change in the law. However, where the problem originates in commercial usage, then the solution can be easier, and speedy. Certainly, nearly all of the functions that paper document provides can be equally, or better, satisfied by electronic means. That is, Electronic Commerce(EC), which has been increasing rapidly and is a new type of transaction, may be hindered by legal obstacles to use of Electronic Message, or by uncertainty to its legal effect and validity. Therefore, it is important to sustain legal effect to Electronic Message for the prosperity of EC The one of solutions is to use reliable Electronic signature system by Certification Authority to verify the authenticity of Electronic Message.

The Rotterdam Rules regulate both transport documents and the legal effect of the choice of document much more comprehensively than the existing maritime convention to bring international harmonization of issues relating to transport documents. The Rotterdam Rules use the generic term 'transport documents' rather than referring to specific title such as bills of lading, sea waybills. The generic term 'transport documents' allow four types of transport documents to be identified as follows. 1. negotiable 2. negotiable which dispense with surrender 3. non-negotiable which require surrender 4. non-negotiable. Each types of transport documents has its requirements to be satisfied. Also, the choice of transport documents affects legal effect. Thus parties to the contract of carriage not only need to know how the document will be classified at the time it is issued but also consider what the documents will bring legal consequences.

The purpose of this study analyzes laying stress on Japan example that background of electronic issue of international meritime insurance policy is what, and is marched in some degree present. and this study presented what hereafter subject of electronic insurance plice is. The this paper is to study the current situations of trade financial EDI in Japan and problems in application of marine insurance contracts. The subject of electronic marine policy issue is as following in trade financing EDI. (1) application of electronic document in claim demand. (2) standardization of various documents and insurance plice data. (3) insurance compensation document that become Jeonjahwa in insurance accident settlement. (4) maritime Insurance policy agreement's establishment. (5) when is monopolized to third party, realization of electronic maritime insurance policy offer.

Requirement of facilitating electronic trade transactions and efforts to platform on the electronic trade in major countries are link to the interest of Bill of Lading, the major transportation document, to be electronic, namely interest in Electronic Bill of Lading. Regardless of the benefits from replacing paper based Bill of Lading to the electronic form, which are eliminating of the Crisis of Bill of Lading and cost saving of international trade community, it has not been successful so far. Among the three functions of Bill of Lading, evidence of contracts and receipt of goods can be easily transferable to the electronic form. However the most important function, Document of Title, became the hardest work to replicate in electronic form. The purpose of this paper is to clarify what kind of conditions shall be prepared to ensure the transfer of right and negotiability of the Electronic Bill of Lading and propose to ensure the use of electronic bill of lading and its transfer of right and negotiability in the era of the electronic transactions.

Contracts of carriage evidenced by bill of lading which are made between carrier and unidentified number of the shipper are to a large extent regulated by statute law such as Hague-Visby Rules and Hamburg Rules. These rules qualifies the contractual liberty of parties and especially restrains the carrier from introducing exemption from his liability beyond those admitted by the Rules. However, these Rules are applied only to goods in respect of which a bill of lading or similar document of title has been issued. In this reason, it is possible that liability of carrier in respect of goods shipped could become an issue where electronic bill of lading is used instead of paper bill of lading because electronic bill of lading is not generally recognised document of title in existing rule. Thus, this article discuss the relation between the carrier who create electronic bill of lading and the Rules regulating liability of carrier. Also, new Rules which has been examining in UNCITRAL will be introduced.

Genomics & Informatics (NLM title abbreviation: Genomics Inform) is the official journal of the Korea Genome Organization. Herein, we conduct a statistical analysis of the publications of Genomics & Informatics over the 16 years since its inception, with a particular focus on issues relating to article categories, word clouds, and the most-studied genes, drawing on recent reviews of the use of word frequencies in journal articles. Trends in the studies published in Genomics & Informatics are discussed both individually and collectively.

International electronic commerce is different with international commerce in the aspect using electronic media and non-face transaction so there are some problems as authentication, integrity and non-reputation. These problems of electronic document and signature are resolved from electronic certification system. To introduce and develop the electronic certification in the international electronic commerce, it needs to authorize and operate certification authority under the uniform regulation base. But, because the laws and guidelines that related to electronic certification system are different among the nations and international organizations, it needs to compare each nation's law or guideline. In conclusion, to resolve problems of certification and develop certification system in the international electronic commerce, we make uniform rule of international electronic certification and harmonize the technology of electronic certification.

In order to succeed in e-Trade Project in Korea, the related parties endeavor to introduce the e-title registry model such as Bolero model(Title Registry Model) and TEDI model (Repository Service Provider Model). Prior to mentioning the Model of e-Title Registry, desirable Global e-Trade Platform is the platform connecting Global e-Trade Platforms in each country and Bolero's Core Messaging Platform and e-Title Registry must be established in each country. Each e-Title Registry must be connected with another registry. Like Korea, Recognized Electronic Document Repository must be established as proxy for preserving, attesting, carrying out sending and receiving electronic document to prevent from disputes between parties and to carry out notarizing electronic documents and related transaction. The purpose of this paper is to promote the introduction of e-Title Registry in the e-Trade and to streamline the procedures of the electronic bill of lading.

본 연구는 다중어 질의어를 제공하는 대용량 정보검색 시스템, 콘도르에 대한 고찰이다. 이 시스템은 전북대학교, (주)서치라인, 그리고 카네기멜론 대학교가 컨소시엄 형태로 개발하였다. 이 시스템의 질의처리는 확률 모델을 기반하고 있으며 최근 정보검색 시스템에서 제공하는 문서 클러스터링 기능을 제공하고 있다. 특히 시스템의 특징은 다중어 질의어를 처리하고 질의를 중심으로 온라인으로 문서를 클러스터링하고 요약하는 것이다. 본 시스템은 이미 국내의 3,000만개 웹페이지에 대한 테스트를 마쳤으며 그 안정성을 확보하고 있다.
