The government is pushing hard to realize the electronic and knowledge government. In connection with the efforts most public institutions have already started adopting the electronic document management system(EDMS), and have entered in a phase of modification of, and supplement to the system for the flow of the electronic documents among the agencies to be made possible by the month of November this year. The present situation is that the modification and supplement of EDMS are underway in the field that is unrelated to the records and archival management, what has been foreseen in the academic world of archival science. Under this circumstances the article places emphasis on the importance of the positive participation of the archivists in the development of the EDMS. To be concrete it reveals how the archival achievements can be practically applicable to the EDMS. What is particularly conspicuous in the article is the detailed description of how usefully control of record production, classification and description, evaluation and selection that are put into practice in the archival management law can be embodied in the development of the EDMS. Finally the article put emphasis on the positive exchanges and integration to bring the archival management science and computer science, archival management law and electronic government law, the archival management agencies and the agencies in charge of the electronic government together into whole to find a way for the methodical achievements of scientific archival management to be positively applicable to the electronic document management system(EDMS).

The measure of public information flow developed here is the number of order frequency. In the first part of the analysis, I document the general pattern of public information, with an emphasis on the intraday arrival of information. Overall, I find that public information arrival is nonconstant Consistent with earlier studies, I find that information arrival exhibits an inverted U-shape pattern across intraday trading. Over the average trading day, the flow of public information increases throughout the morning hours and then falls over the period, between 3:00 P.M. and 3:05. The second part of my analysis focuse is the relation between the public information variable and measure of intraday order frequency, specifically insignificant effect. According to time flow in the intraday trading, although the number of insignificant effect is increasing moderately, the result is remarkable in light of the aggreate nature of the public information and order frequency variable employed. The foreigner's investor group changes homogenously.

In 1959, Satomura used spectral Doppler ultrasound to express the velocity of red blood cells according to time change, and Kato defined a zero-base line that could tell the direction of blood flow, making it possible to know the direction of blood flow. This became the basis for the widely used classifications of Triphasic, Biphasic, and Monophasic. However, the above classification has limitations that confuse users with the meaning and timing of use in a clinical environment. As a result, the American Society for Vascular Medicine (SVM) and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU) A consensus document on Doppler waveform analysis was declared by the joint committee. This study tried to review this consensus and to suggest nomenclature and modifiers that can be used in the domestic vascular ultrasound clinical field. The joint committee formed by SVM and SVU recommended that the use of the triphasic waveform and the biphasic waveform be used as a multiphasic waveform rather than being used due to the ambiguity of interpretation. In addition, it was agreed to name the hybrid-type waveform, which is a monophasic and high-resistance waveform, which has always been a problem of interpretation in a clinical environment, as an intermediate resistive waveform. In addition, in order to increase the communication efficiency between the interpreter and the sonographer, waveform analysis was classified into a main descriptor and a modifier, and it was recommended to use a single nomenclature by unifying various synonyms. It is expected that this literature review will provide accurate arterial spectral Doppler waveform interpretation and an agreed-upon nomenclature to radiologists performing vascular ultrasound examination in clinical practice, and will be utilized as basic data that can contribute to the improvement of public health.

Through the convergence of Internet technology and various information technologies, it is possible to collect and process vast amount of information and to exchange various knowledge according to user's personal preference. Especially, there is a tendency to prefer intimate contents connected with the user's preference through the flow of emotional changes contained in the movie media. Based on the information presented in the script, the user seeks to visualize the flow of the entire emotion, the flow of emotions in a specific scene, or a specific scene in order to understand it more quickly. In this paper, after obtaining the raw data from the movie web page, it transforms it into a standardized scenario format after refining process. After converting the refined data into an XML document to easily obtain various information, various sentences are predicted by inputting each paragraph into the emotion prediction system. We propose a system that can easily understand the change of the emotional state between the characters in the whole or a specific part of the various emotions required by the user by mixing the predicted emotions flow and the amount of information included in the script.

One of the business in the future will be executed by Business to Business(B to B) model of E-Commerce. The concept of the B to B model composes the work process, people, and supporting environment. The work processes are related to the information process, technologies, and standards. Information process elements contains digital data exchange, data sharing, and collaboration. This paper designed and implemented the XML-based Business Flow Management System(BFMS) for B to B model of E-commerce in the Internet. BFMS in this paper automatically performs the information process for B to B model such as electronic bidding system including purchase order management, bidding management, delivery management to build E-Commerce in the Internet. XML can be used as document standard between business for skating and exchange of data and also provide platform independent environment.

A configuration management system was implemented by applying PLM to the defense field. The PLM system has recently been incorporated in a wide range of industries, and it has allowed for improvements in work productivity and expansion of related services by comprehensively managing and securing connection regarding configuration information in the defense field. Implementations include acquisition of configuration related information and reinforcement of BOM-oriented configuration management function, securing compatibility among 3D drawings of different agencies, improvement of drawing and document management functions, comprehensive systematic configuration management focused on product structure, strengthened configuration control functions, a management system according to the work flow and life cycle functions, an integrated configuration management system of 3D model CAD resources and an enhanced management system. This paper covers a case study reviewing the implementation of a PLM-based configuration management information system and its results, so that the information can be made available to other agencies and companies seeking to apply PLM in their organizations.

최근 지능형 지속 위협(APT)은 명확한 공격 대상과 정교한 프로그램을 사용하여 치밀하게 공격하는 사회공학적 공격 기법을 사용함으로 상업용 탐지기술의 지속적인 발전과 개발에도 빠르게 증가되고 있다. 기존의 탐지 기법은 알려진 악성코드에 대하여는 효과적으로 대응 가능하나 아무런 정보가 없는 제로데이 공격 등의 악성코드는 탐지하기 어렵다. 특히 최근의 악성코드들은 빠르게 변종을 만들어냄으로 기존의 탐지 기법으로는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 악성코드에 대한 경로 및 유형, 공격 방법 등을 분석하고 이를 탐지하고 분석하는 선행 기술들 조사하여 DAST 기반의 콘텐츠재구성을 통한 무해화 기술을 제안하였다.

In this paper, the state-of-the-art IVEF Service based on e-Navigation System was represented. The unification of the data exchange format among maritime-related systems is one of vital user-needs of e-Navigation, advantageous in bringing maritime safety and security. This paper propose the method to exchange marine information in IVEF, as recommended by the IALA, between VTS centers and Korea's GICOMS as well as the government-related agencies. To achieve this, a system data flow was designed which it acts as client and server. It enables the sending and receiving of Radar and CCTV images in accordance with the IVEF recommendation document of IALA.

기존의 스마트 미디어(전자책) 저작 도구의 경우 현장 교육의 주체가 되는 일선 교사나 교육 전문인이 직접 스마트 미디어(전자책)를 출판하기 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 전문가, 일선교사 또는 일반 사용자들도 손쉽게 교육용 스마트 미디어(전자책)를 제작할 수 있고 다양한 스마트 디바이스에 호환 가능한 교육용 스마트 미디어 저작 도구 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 교육용 스마트 미디어 저작 도구 시스템은 WPF의 FlowDocument 기반의 문서 구조를 따른다.

The Evolution of Workflow Managment consists of rhe automation of business procedures or "workflows" during which documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another in a way that is governed by rules or procedures. Workflow technologies have evolved from image management system, document management system, relational or object database systems, and electronic mail system. Workflow Management system has the benefits to improve better efficiency, process control,flexibility, business process. Automation of many business processes results in the elimination standdardizing working methods. Consistency in the processes leads to greater predictability in levels of response to customers and software control over processes enables their re-design in line with changing business needs, In this present study, we implement Electronic Approval System which is a kind of Workflow Management system using static and dynamic flow control information on the web environment.
