As social demands on forest are diversified, we need some economic and pro-environmental methods of forest management. In this study, developing an FMS(Forest Management System) using GIS techniques, we aimed at making workers handle quickly and exactly their works related to forest, offering customers the exact information and making clients modify or renew the variously changing information about forest. Therefore, we can efficiently handle the works related to forest management. For this, we designed and developed the system to be in accord with working-level and we can handle various information efficiently and conveniently. Accordingly we can process and print out data based on each subject. In addition to that, we can preserve the consistency of data by connecting work zones and providing database through network.

Until now, it has been for choosing most economic result to be generally used for designing remote MicroGrid (MG) system. It is able to make economic benefit by reducing operation cost, but proportion of renewable energy will be minimum. In other words, it is difficult to get an effect by renewable energy because economic feasibility is an only consideration. Therefore, various factors should be considered and design objectives should be are diversified to design proper remote MG system. In this paper, remote MG system is classified into two types according to design objectives, and they are analysed through case study based on economic evaluation. In addition, economic feasibility for each type is analysed through sensitivity analysis according to various factors that affect the design results of the system.

As modern buildings grow to become diversified, toxic gases and smoke coupled with characteristics of space during a fire increase the risk of large-scaled disaster. It is now urgent to take measures for evacuation and escape directly linked to personal damage. Existing fixed one-way emergency exit light is not enough for efficient evacuation and rescue. Therefore, to ensure quicker escape and evacuation during a fire, two-way radio data system should be devised, which linked with fire detector, helps people in danger to escape quickly and is able to control by a central control system, and the system was found to enhance the efficiency of escape and contribute to safer escape.

With the globalization of economy, there is keen competition among rountries to be a logistics hub and companies are striving to be first in establishing logistics system centering on advantageous sites, especially airport and seaports, to perform supply, production and distribution. Korea competing with Northeast Asia countries is also working out strategies in order to make Korea peninsula a logistics center of Northeast Asia taking advantage of its geographical strength. Gwangyang port has designated as Free Economic Zone together with Pusan and Jinhae, Incheon from October 24th, 2003. However, the introduction of Free Economic Zone in Korea lagged behind other major countries and it has a lot of operational problems. Approximately 600 areas worldwide are designated and operated as a Free Economic Zone and Gwangyang port and its surrounding area has several points to be settled as one of FEZ. First one is its limited functions and related laws. Next is imperfection on development, investment and management system of the hinterland. Lark of promotion activities could be one of the problems. This paper analyzes the above problems and presents various measures to activate Gwangyang Port and Gwangyang Free Economic Zone as follows Benchmarking to promote Gwangyang Free Economic Zone as follows Benchmarking other countries' system, governmental support, introduction & logistics functions, early development of the hinterland, supply of effective one-stop service, investment attraction into the area and diversified promotion & marketing activities.

The Augmented Reality, as a technology caught the spotlight as a next generation's technology of inserting 3D virtual objects in the space of reality seen through the camera, can maximize the learning effects by inducing user's absorption and interest using interaction between user and objects. Recently, as the movile devices having excellent mobility and portability are generalized, the diversified augmented reality are introduced using mobile devices. In this article, a 3D fish encyclopedia system augmented from the mobile environment was designed to provide the user with learning contents focusing on the sense of absorption and an interest. This system is intened to provide helps to learn about the fishes by recognizing the pictures of fishes in the encyclopedia as marker, bringing out the 3D model stored in server and displaying in the mobile environment.

The food service industry has grown up without an affection of economic collapse, and its kinds are being diversified and focused on many different aspects from physical taste to many other elements such as atmosphere, service quality, sanitation and etc.. Now it appeals to even familiarity. These Facts are well ref looted to Family Restaurant which has not been very popular so far, but now it takes its space in the market, and its management system is being introduced to other countries. The purpose of this study is to see how to satisfy them to make maximum business profit, and one possibility is "incentive". To accomplish research, theoretical and practical studies have been done and surveys have taken placed for substantial studies. The subjects were limited to employees in Family Restaurant in Seoul from February 20th to March 20th, 2001. Data, reliableness, and propriety were analyzed by SAS(Statistical Analyzed System). Sampling mode was randomness, and validation mode was limited to 223 papers. The followings are the results of this analysis First, Satisfaction of incentive were made by stability, impartiality and suitability regardless difference on companies, ages, departments, and authority of an employees. Second, Satisfaction on incentive for employees in Family Restaurants were not well received. Although these necessary demand, there is not yet incentive system operation to most of business. Especially, it is not even studied on Family Restaurants. This study should have been studied on more customers and spotted employees to be objective. It is strongly recommended to do this study without limitation and further studies is considered on this subjects.

With a purpose to set up an efficient national security system for both at war-time and peace-time, President Lee's government transferred the emergency management function from the Office of Prime Minister to Ministry of Public Administration and Security (MOPAS). As a result national emergency management system has been changed into diversified management system ; the function of comprehensive disaster control, emergency preparation to MOPAS, fire, civil defense and disaster management to NEMA and anti-terrorism to NIS, which produce another inefficiency. For this reason, this research presents desirable improvement alternatives through scrutinizing current governmental function and structure.

Each cultural community has developed a variety of fonts to express their own language and characters. Hangul has also diversified its font shapes through changing the composition ratio and look of the consonants and vowels. Rather, thanks to the variety of these fonts, a considerable amount of time and effort must be devoted to the selection of a specific font shape. This is related to the fact that the current Hangul service and classification system process the font only with its name or the name of the manufacturer. It means that there is no consensus about the font shape classification system for Hangul. In this study, we propose a shape property set that can be a basis for classifying Hangul fonts. The font shape property set was generated by performing statistical analysis with features which have been studied by the font design experts and was verified through questionnaire using representative fonts based on the classification scheme defined by the Hangul font design classification system standard. This study is meaningful in that it is a study on shape classification properties of K-means and PCA statistical techniques based on font data rather than design field study.

About trade show strategic practical use plan, sought practical use plan hereafter with problem in 5 side. First, need that supply reliable and objective information about exhibition utilizing active public relations of domestic trade show certification system and international certification system. Second, I need to reinforce budget support estimation to expand governmental budget support and strengthen professionalism of exhibition operation. Third, need to seek globalization strategy of exhibition industry concretely to overcome realistic limit of domestic exhibition industry. Institutional improvement for long-term public information of exhibition and participation company's satisfaction raising and infra for gallery's management result should be established. Fourth, need excavation of various first-hand field marketing that can dig various interaction method with customers and invite new customers by booth exhibition. Fifth, need professional worker positivity, deflation that fulfill knowledge that is adapted, and precedes in environment worldwide exhibition industry training actively universal exhibition industry professional worker. Foreign exhibition is an one of marketing tactics that is generalized that can approach to oversea market in less expense relatively. To measure exactly fact and participation result of exhibition that select suitable exhibition in one's own company's marketing goal in company's standpoint that participate in exhibition according as exhibition number is increased and function of exhibition is diversified became difficult.

With the development of computer and video technology, a lot of contents are being produced as digital media methods to provide are being diversified and the intrest in digital media increases. Such contents are actively researched using human motion and user's information through camera or controller. Contents using user's information can be exposed to various people in public places and used as an advertisement. This paper proposes the character floating hologram system that is implemented using detection of user's height and motion. The purposed system detects user's height and motion from depth images and creates corresponding character from the detected data. Then it is represented using a floating hologram device. This system can be used for marketing, advertising and exhibition events using user information.
